Can you find the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit that are represented by the doves on the front of the altar? The doves are surrounding a chalice and host which represent the sacrifice of the Mass which Christ urged us to repeat in His memory. On the host are the letters IHS a time honored symbol of Christ taken from the first, middle and last letters of His name in Greek. Twelve magnificent windows are basically representative of the pillars of our Church men and women whose heroic lives serve as examples to us. Four are taken from the Old Testament; four from the time of Christ; four since the time of Christ. Can you match the saint with the description?
