God poured out His Holy Spirit on us at our Baptism. Also, the Holy Spirit is sent to guide us when we are lost, to comfort us when we suffer pain or loss, and to strengthen our faith when we need it the most. The Holy Spirit filled the Disciples, enabling them to speak many languages to the foreigners in Jerusalem which not only amazed them but got their attention. God sends us His Holy Spirit when we are in need, but we need to receive the Holy Spirit into our hearts.
