3 TRAVEL ITINERARY Day 1 - Arrival in Delhi Accommodation in Delhi to prepare for the next day's train trip to Amritsar. Welcome meeting and group dinner. (Included: accommodation in Delhi). Day 2- Delhi - Amritsar - Province of Punjab Travel to Amritsar by train during the day. Upon arrival in Amritsar, you will visit the golden temple, the largest Sikh temple in all of India that will undoubtedly fascinate you, and in the afternoon you will go to the Indo-Pakistan border to see the military ceremony that is celebrated every day between the two countries as a commemoration to the friendship between these. (Included: lodging, transportation and visit to the Golden Temple and the border with Pakistan)

4 Day 3, 4 and 5- Dharamshala - Province of Himachal Pradesh In the morning, after breakfast, we depart by road to Dharamsala where you will stay in a Buddhist monastery. Here, you will be able to rest in the calmness of the surrounding nature, participate in the daily meditations with the monks and where they will also be a Yoga Room with mountain views. In this area we do not have transportation since Mcleod Ganj is a small town where you can easily walk between shops and restaurants. Here we will also visit the monastery where the current Dalai Lama resides, the Tibetan Buddhist Museum and have the opportunity to take a hike up to the mountains (3-4 hours). (Included during the 3 days in Dharamsala: accommodation in Buddhist monastery, daily Yoga and meditation classes, visit to the Tibetan Buddhism museum, house of the Dalai Lama and trekking to the Triund hill). Day 6, 7 and 8- Rishikesh- Province of Uttarakhand We depart from Dharamshala through Pathankot and take a night train in shared cabins towards Rishikesh, an amazing local experience not to be missed! In Rishikesh, in addition to having yoga classes every day, you will have the opportunity to attend a sunset Aarti ceremony by the Ganges, receive an Ayurvedic massage and also to learn to cook in an Ayurvedic cooking class. In Rishikesh, we do not have transportation since the majority of the city is only pedestrian and one walks perfectly around the city. Here, we will also have an opportunity to visit the Beatles Ashram and also optional nature hikes and trips to temples and waterfalls near the city. (Included: Lodging, daily Yoga classes, Ayurvedic massage and Ayurvedic cooking classes, visit to waterfalls with transport included and surprise event with local musicians).

5 Day 9 Rishikesh - Delhi (day train) Afterwards, in order to move to Ladakh, we will have to return by train to Delhi first, to then catch a flight to Leh, one of the most remote and fascinating places in the foothills of the Himalayas. We spend the night in Delhi to rest and prepare for our amazing trip north. (Included: train from Rishikesh to Delhi, transportation to the hotel in Delhi, accommodation in Delhi).l Day Ladakh and Leh - Province of Jammu & Kashmir In the morning we take an loal flight to Leh. The first day, we will make sure that the travelers acclimatize perfectly to the altitude, already on the second day, we will start with the activities and the visits around the area. Every day in the morning there will be a yoga class, first we will visit the famous oracle, ( a Tibetan custom where a shaman is visited that in addition to practicing different healing rites, connects with sanctities in other spiritual planes to predict the future). Another activity will be a visit to a school of martial arts practiced by nuns, where you can practice this ancient art and have a talk to understand this ancestral customs.

6 Apart, you will visit the wonderful Castle of Leh located on the cliff where you will experience wonderful views of Leh, Another mandatory visit is to the Stupa Shanti, an important monument symbol of world peace. You will also have the opportunity to practice Yoga outdoors in the Indus Valley, other monuments that will be visited will be the Thiksey Monastery and the Stok Palace. Another day, we will visit the beautiful Sham Valley, where apart from enjoying the spectacular scenery, you can practice picking peaches with a local family as it is harvesting season! You will also visit the town of Alchi, famous for the mixture of Buddhist and Muslim religions. You can also have the chance to live and presence the Hemis Festival, where the birth of Padmasambhava (founder of Tibetan Tantric Buddhism) is celebrated. This festival is full of color, traditions and music; where the whole town dresses up in colorful masks and uses horns. What better celebration to conclude such a beautiful trip! (Included during your 6 days in Leh: accommodation, yoga classes, visit to the oracle (shaman), visit to the martial arts school (nuns), ancestral & cultural talk, visit to Stupa Shanti, Thiksey Monastery and Palace Stok, Valley of Sham, village of Alchi, festival of Hemis, and peaches harvest with local family).

7 Day 16 - Delhi We fly back to Delhi, free time and group dinner to close our amazing trip! (Included: flight back to Delhi).
