When a person achieves liberation they are called a 'worthy person' or holy one.

15 Thingyan Water Festival or Burmese New Year Celebrates many festivals and ceremonies Thingyan" is one of the most significant festivals in Burma (Burmese New Year), in the middle of April, 3-6 days, once year. a time for a new beginning in life, and for gathering with friends and family. During the festival, Buddha Monks usually teach the doctrine of Buddhism such as karma, reincarnation and truths.
16 Shinbyu Ceremony Shinbyu is one of the most famous ceremonies in Burma. all Burmese parents to make sure their sons are admitted to the Buddhist Sangha by performing a Shinbyu ceremony once they have reached the age of seven or older Parent would expect them to stay at the monastery. Monks teach them the life of Buddha So their sons are become the Buddhist Sangha...for three months or longer, or their whole life...monks.
