4 Introduction This tapping script marks a breakthrough for me, in that it was the first set of affirmations I created that represented actual meridian circuitry. The 33 meridians described do not relate to the meridians in Chinese medicine, but instead are the reflection of electromagnetic circuits in the physical body. You can expect greater flow and harmony in your life as a result of tapping these phrases you'll notice your own internal resistance more and be able to disregard it, push through it, or heal it. You'll have greater access to Universal Wisdom you may find times when you just know things that you need to know, not about the facts of specific situations, but about how to deal with them wisely. Finally these circuits connect your physical body directly to source energy. This is the greatest healing energy of all and will help you heal on a spiritual level. In other words it'll help you tap stuff. This won't directly create physical healing but may lead to it. 5 Finding the Tapping Points This diagram shows the tapping points required for the Chakra Tapping. You will not need any other tapping points to follow the scripts in this book. 5

6 For most points it is best to use two fingers to make sure you cover the whole area. If you are wearing glasses you may prefer to remove them, although most people can reach the points with their glasses on. Top of Head TH Use several fingers to tap the top of the front of the head. There are meridian points in the fingers so bear in mind you are also tapping these. Tap an area about the size of your palm. Eyebrow - EB Tap the inner end of either eyebrow. Tap slightly on the underside of the eyebrow on the brink of the eye socket. Side of Eye - SE Tap the very outside corner of the eye, avoiding the eyeball itself. Some people tap the temple which will probably work fine but is not technically correct. You may notice your vision jump slightly as tapping the skin slightly moves your eyeball. Under Eye - UE Tap on the highest edge of the cheekbone under the eye. You will feel a solid connection with the cheekbone as you tap. Under Nose - UN Tap centrally just under the nose and above the top lip. Chin - CH The very best place to tap is on the very outermost point of the chin. It s also fine to tap the indent between the lip and chin. 6

7 Collar Bone CB Find the boney protrusion of the collar bone just to the side of the soft area below the throat. You can use several flattened fingers to tap this. Below Nipple - BN Some people miss this point out when they teach EFT, but it s an important point for the Chakras as it connects to the Brow and Truth Chakras. For men this point is about an inch below the nipple, for ladies this is where the underskin of the breast meets the chest wall. Underarm - UA Use four fingers to tap where the bottom of your armpit meets your ribcage. Tap quite firmly but not so hard that you feel pain. 7

Where this is the case I have underlined the points that are not in the usual top-to-bottom order. Usually points can be tapped in any order.
