25 It is life-changing So far since starting the course just before Christmas I have had some money show up. Firstly, I was given a 10% pay rise which far exceeds the industry average in this current economic climate. I injured my back during a workout and was in so much pain that the only positions I could be in were standing straight, sitting up straight or lying down. I could hardly move.
