5 This book seems to reiterate my message in my previous books which were written in succession to help you to begin to create a loving and emotional closeness with God. I know it seems a little redundant, but it is very important to me to write more about it. Obviously, Source is telling me to continue to write until every last person who needs the message, gets it. Loud and clear. Demanding this Source I have, or God I shall put it. I have learned to not question the messages I receive. Now I know, not everyone is capable of that complete trust at this moment, but I pray that with the help of my previous writings, you are on your way. My books were written to inspire you to want to change your life. Using the simplest methods possible. If it is too difficult, most people won't take the time to do the work. People are naturally lazy, and will want to take the road of least resistance. The bad news is that that road will only get you misery. Taking the high road of action will get you miracles. So, the choice is yours. Misery or Miracles? Who would have to question this? Loving God is always the topic of my day in my own head. I talk a lot with my God which only makes our relationship stronger on an emotional level forming a continued closeness with each other. I talk and actually try to feel his presence in my life every day. He lives in my middle. My God center of love. God is honestly my best friend, whom I love with all my heart, who knows all my secrets, knows of all the skeletons I have hidden in my closet, which by now I hope to have cleaned out and God is on my mind 24 hours a day or as much as humanly possible, let me say. And even when he is not in the forefront of my mind, he is next in the line of thought. Now this did not come over night. It has taken many years of daily vigilant seeking. I am not some religious fanatic or anything, I just want to have a life of peace and love, not a life of no peace and no love and definitely no God.

7 If you are not good at something you want to desperately be good at, you would normally continue to try and try until you have it down perfect. Like playing the clarinet for instance. Which I did play, by the way. I would practice and practice and practice until I had mastered the instrument and the music I was trying to learn. And after doing this, I knew that there would always be someone on my heels trying to get a head of me to become the 1st Clarinet. This meant that I had to practice every day to be the best that I could be, at that time. I refer to praying and being with God to just that. If I want to be the best at being God's best friend and closest confidant, I have to continually keep in contact with him. And put work into the relationship. In doing this, I begin to love him with all my heart and know that he loves me the same. Then from this, I begin to rely on him and his power to solve all my problems. I have someone I can lean on and know that I am not alone. Ever! I believe that a relationship with God has been put on the back burner and is not as important to everyone as it was say, 2,500 years ago. The name Yahweh was a form of the Hebrew name of God used in the Bible. The name came to be regarded by Jews (c.300 BC) as being too sacred to be spoken. It was too sacred to be spoken but they knew of him in their hearts. This is how I feel about God. He is so sacred to me; I tear up just thinking about him. Because I feel as though every time I need his closeness, he is there. Always dependable. Now this was not always the case. I had to do the work and take the action to open myself up to the relationship and then build a relationship with him, in whatever way that looked at the time. In return, I have received a completely unexplainable loving and trusting relationship. It is truly beyond words to me. I obviously did not know what was going to become of this relationship when I began my

8 journey, but today it is simply a relationship of pure love and trust. That simply sums it up. Pure love and trust. Beautiful. I just had to be willing to believe and take some action. So my hope is that you can get back to the mindset of 300 B.C. where God and a elationship with him become a sacred union. It's really a mindset or intention. Each day is intended for you to honestly be the person you know that God would have you be. Just for today. You live the principles of God and you keep your channel open for God's grace to reside, and you cannot possibly have a bad day. Tragedies and problems will still happen, but they won't bother you so much emotionally and spiritually. Instead of reacting to them, you can see them, acknowledge them, and say, well, isn't that interesting, and then move on. Living the will of God, changes a person. There are really no big deals anymore. We live in humility. The problems simply cease to exist because the beautiful union you have with God just seems more important. Peace is what you will now strive for. Because once you have peace of your soul, you won't want to lose itand you will want to build on it because it feels so good in your soul. My favorite saying: Know God, Know Peace. No God, No Peace. If you do everything every day for God, then you can only have good in your life. That's God's promise. If you wake up for God, you eat breakfast for God, you go to work for God and you love your family for God, any negativity, or evil cannot intercede into your life. You will not be attracting it any longer. If you are at peace and living in love, that's what you will attract. Like attracts like, period. As a child of God, you deserve nothing less than the best, right. God is. Period.

9 I talk about what you focus on will govern your life. If you are focusing on good and God, then that will be the governing force of your life. If you are focusing on the negative and evil, then that will be the guiding force in your life. If you are having spiritual unrest, take a look at your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions. Is your soul radiating negativity? Look at your surroundings, who is in your life, are they adding to it spiritually, or taking from your soul? I write about this in Knowing God, book 3. Are you maintaining the integrity of your soul? What have you done today for your soul? If you are not taking any action to enhance your soul peace, then you will know it by the way you feel inside. If you have unrest, then take a good look around. Has your prayer life been slacking, are you too busy for God? If you are too busy for God, remember, God is never too busy for you. This is a give and take relationship, practice being a giver and not a taker. How can I best serve thee today? This should be your motto. Do whatever it takes to keep this sacred union within. Don't share too many of the intimate details of this relationship with others. I believe if you share too much, it will break that tie of sacredness. Keep little inside jokes just between you and God. Build the trust that comes from a special love of each other. Now this doesn't mean you can't talk to others about God, and what he had done in your life, just be sure not to break that loving sacred bond you have created by taking power out of the love of the relationship. Have little secrets with God, tell him things, and he will answer, it's like beginning a new love affair. Not in a sexual way, but getting to know the other person inside and out. You do this by asking questions, and listening with intent, and kind of daydreaming about them. This I believe gives strength to the relations and makes it especially special. Try it.

10 Trusting Yourself, Trusting God Try to hold his hand if you are out walking. Try acting as if he is the passenger in the car with you. Or take him with you on an interview; see how this works for you. He is your new best friend, and because this relationship is through love, it will become the most important relationship in your life, bar-none. I think it's beautiful. Kahuna in Hawaiian means the keeper of the secret. Try to be God's Kahuna today. Do your best each day to be a human expressing God without any reservation or restraint.

11 My Sacred Union with God I myself believe in reincarnation. If you do or do not, it's neither good, nor bad. It's just part of what I believe. I believe this because as part of my journey to God, my ability to heal using energy has surfaced in conjunction with my ability to see, hear, and feel things that normal people do not. I have become clairvoyant and a medium. Crazy, right? I know, you should be me. I want to tell you a little about how this happened. It actually began in December of 2011 when I had a Reiki treatment in Half Moon Bay, at the Ritz Carlton. What a wonderful place for such a gift. My husband and I were invited to an art show there by one of his best friends. So he told me to go ahead and pamper myself and get a massage. I picked the Reiki massage, because I have read about it before, and how it does something with your energy. When I got on the table the masseuse said that she does not put hands on people during this type of massage, unless she is called to. Well, needless to say, she began by putting her hands on my head, and they never left. They were stuck to the back of my head, which I believe holds our belief system and relationship with God, our sacred self if you will. She seemed astonished, but I wasn't, I knew what was happening, even though I actually didn't know. If that makes any sense. Next, as she held one had on my head, the other hand would scan down my body stopping at each of my chakras. We have a chakra energy system that begins at the top of our head, and there are seven places in our body that house these energy spheres. Each sphere rotates within its space, and when they are misaligned or have energy stuck in them, our body does not work to its greatest capacity, energy wise. They are located along the central channel of our bodies and

12 when they are out of balance our physical and mental health suffer. Our bodies are made up of channels of energy, meridians and strange flows that run throughout our body carrying energy. Sometimes these meridians can get blocked. They can get blocked by our mental physical and spiritual sickness. I am a true believer in I am what I say, what I think and what I do. I have read about this for years, but today, I finally believe it. Because of my journey, I have been brought to a place to help and heal others. I cannot express my gratitude for this opportunity. I honestly never thought I would amount to anything given my past. Ok, moving on. So, during this Reiki massage, and at each chakra, or level I called them them, I felt this huge wave of release. I did not know what was happening but, each time she would move her hands down, to the next chakra, I would take a deep breath to the point at which her hands were and I would release a huge gigantic breath. I began to go back to through my life at different ages, and seemed to be able to view this time period. Sometimes it was good, and sometimes it wasn't. So, I finally figured out what was happening, and began to release all negativity and pain I was holding on to for myself and for others. It was as though I had been a prisoner and was beginning to find some freedom. I asked God at this time to guide me in this healing. Because by then, I knew what was happening. I was releasing. I am not saying everyone will get to this point, this quickly, but if you are vigilantly practicing what I wrote about in my last 3 books, and now in this book, you might. Anything is possible, right? Anyhow, after I left I, felt so free and energetic in my body and my soul and in my actual self. Wow, what a release. I believe that on my path, God guides me to exactly where I need to be. Always! Having said that, I will follow

13 up with in March of the following year, I was having a very difficult time breathing. And just let me say, I have never had this problem before. I went to urgent care and saw different doctors for this issue about 8 times. I had x-rays, received various inhalers, breathing treatments, even took steroids and still no one could figure out what was wrong with me. I couldn't walk because I had no breath, I was very weak, I couldn't work, and I had no money coming in on my part. Needless to say, my husband became quite concerned. Then on my last trip to the urgent care a doctor looked at my records and said, "your x-ray is clear, and the medications are clearly not working. I believe you have a dis-ease. A spiritual disease, do you understand?" I said yes. He proceeded to tell me that he was a Reiki Master from Australia and a doctor here in the states. I thought well now that's weird. And next he said I think you should go see a Reiki healer. What? I thought this was very odd, given the fact that most doctors try to medicate any problem as far as I was concerned. Needless to say, he did not give me medication, or anything else. He just sent me on my way. At that moment, I thought; well now what, how will I breath, how will I work? What am I going to do now? I felt very powerless. So, I went home look up Reiki on the internet and ed the first lady from my town. She quickly ed me back and said that she was out of town, but gave me another . So I went ahead and ed the new lady. My phone rang, and as I lay in my bed barely breathing, wanting to die and I knew that this was the Reiki lady I ed. I thought, why didn't she just me back like normal people...? And, at that particular moment I remember saying to the universe "if I answer this call, you know that I trust your, right?" I answered the call. I explained to the lady my issue and she said sure come on over tomorrow.

14 Reiki Treatment As I lay on the massage table, thinking what is this lady going to do for me? How could she possibly do anything for me, if she could not prescribe me medication? I could barely get up on the table and lying was very uncomfortable especially since I could not breathe. We talked a bit, and then she proceeded to put her hands on my head, then proceeded to my face, then to my throat, and then to my heart where the energy was stuck. Then she said to me, "do you believe in past lives"? I said yes. She then said your energy is stuck because you are holding on to things from the past. These are not your current past of this live, they are your lives you have lived in the past, prior to this one. What? I thought. She then said, can you give yourself permission to let them go? And I said of course. Then I awkwardly said do I have to say them out loud? kind of embarrassed. And she said say them however you want. Then and I said a silent prayer and gave myself permission to let go of my past and of what was ailing me and affecting my life today, so that I can move on and start living again. I had no idea what these issues were and still do not know what they were today. Needless to say, when I left that day, I could breathe. No doctor, no medication, no educated person could help what was ailing me. I was free. I honestly thought I was going to die not being able to breathe. What an awful place to be. I asked how many times I need to come and see her, and she said whenever I feel stuck and out of sorts. Since I have been on this spiritual journey with God I have made an effort to listen to what is happening in my body, and around me, like I wrote about in Knowing God. I do my best to stay away from negativity, anger, and spiritual wolves. I also listen to my gut. I began to get more interested in this Reiki thing, so I bought some books, and got interested in how, one more time, I can help others heal. I had already been on this type of path anyway, so I thought the more I can help, the better.

15 Reiki Attunement In June, 2012, I received Reiki I Attunement. I began to feel more at one with myself and the universe and after each attunement, my energy began to feel stronger and stronger and my awareness became much more apparent as to my physical and spiritual life and how I could feel the Reiki power working through me during healings as well as in my everyday life. Things were falling into place all the time. I felt synchronized with the universe. I constantly kept seeing 11:11 or many other sequences of numbers, all the time. The right people would show up at the exact right moment, especially if I had been thinking about them. I thought this is amazing. I did not have to do anything except just listen to my intuition and the Reiki power flowed through me. It was so amazing. During this time, I read more and researched about Reiki and what it was and how it worked with spirit and God. In August, 2012, I received Reiki II Attunement and November 11, 2012, I received Attunement III, Reiki Master Practitioner. Today I am a Reiki Master Therapist Practitioner. What an honor. Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an "attunement" given by a Reiki master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life. Its use is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. Reiki - Energy - Ki - Prana I wanted to give a little more explanation on what Reiki is and why and how it works. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace.

16 Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Its use is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. In fact, Reiki is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not. Because Reiki comes from God, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it. While Reiki is not a religion, it is still important to live and act in a way that promotes harmony with others. Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki system of natural healing, recommended that one practice certain simple ethical ideals to promote peace and harmony which are nearly universal across all cultures. Reiki Experience After these attunements, every time I was around someone who needed healing, my hands would heat up like a furnace as the energy is here all the time and spirit knows when and where it is needed. The hard thing though was turning it off. I had to get some guidance from my Reiki Master for this. She said if I don't learn to control it, I would burn up. She was right, I got it under control just by asking spirit to only let my hands heat up during healing sessions. It worked. I also wanted to add, that since this energy comes from God and spirit and is used intuitively to heal others, I feel honored in providing Reiki to others. I know that it is only because of this constant vigilant work and seeking of God that I know I am right where I need to be. The best news of all is that anyone can do this.

17 I have been put together with a group of others who are on the same path and we all learn from each other. This tells me, like I have said in my books, like attracts like. I never thought I would find other people who were like me. This helps me to remember that I am not unique, I am just a banana on the healing bunch. So I stay humbled with honor of living in God's Grace. In the beginning, I found that it not only heals stuck energy and energy flows, I also saw colors at each chakra on client's bodies. Each chakra has a corresponding color to it and each time I put my hands on a client's Chakra I would see the color. I was so amazed. I also vividly saw their past lives as though I was them looking out of their eyes, seeing what was happening at that moment they were in the past. Sometimes, I could make myself look and see what the person looked like and get specific details of their name, where they lived, and in what time period. My newest gift is that I am able to have people who have passed, speak through me during the healing. Oh my God! This completely floored me. When it was happening, I was trying to decipher if I should say the name, or just say that Spirit is talking. I am still currently trying to process this gift, as I feel it is an absolute honor to be able to help others heal in in this capacity. I am still stunned, actually. So, I must say, this is amazingly amazing. I sometimes think who am I to have such a gift? I know that I must share this gift and let others know what God and spirit have in store for any of us. I can also see emotional mental, and/or spiritual issues or baggage people carry both inside and outside their body. So I am here to say that not only do we emotionally carry past life baggage with us on the inside, it is on our outside body as well. And, not just from our current life. We usually talk of our "baggage" meaning a divorce, or someone else's children, etc. I talk of "baggage" as baggage from prior lives which sometimes obstructs our ideas of what and how we think currently, in this life. We are still living in the past and we don't even know it. Crazy stuff, huh!

18 Sometimes I can just look at people and see what is ailing them, both inside and out. I have found that most people carry around very heavy loads from our past lives. Here they are living their lives, dragging around a heavy cloth bag of past life issues. These issues manifest themself in this lifetime as almost the same problem, just a different century or different person, place or thing. Most times however, we reincarnate with the same people who we have made sacred contracts with to enhance our spiritual knowledge for God. Look around in your life and see who is closest to you and causing the most trouble. They are your greatest teacher. Thank them. Use your intuition and see if you think you have known them before. Ask them, they may know the answer. Or, have you ever met someone, and instantly knew that you knew them before. Yep, see what I am talking about, reincarnation. I have done this for so many years and I didn't know what it meant. Take a look around your house at your decorations. Are they from some prior time period or era? Do they have a certain theme? I have many roman decorations, I love French provincial furniture and big giant gold mirrors and lamps and I very much love Asian decorum. We are and have been so much more than we are today. It truly amazes me. Knowing this, I have been able to heal myself of what I have carried forward from past lifetimes and release some of its hindrances in my current life. I have issues with control and letting things go. In a recent healing by a Reiki Master, during the Reiki III attunement, I was told I was trying to muscle through things. Trying to shoulder everything. And let me tell you, my shoulder and back hurt all the time. Just let go she said. And I was able to release some of it. I try each day to release a little more. Today, during my morning meditation I heard the song titled: I have loved you for a thousand years, by Michael Whalen and I cried like a baby. It is so true of all of us. We have lived lifetimes with ourselves, and loved ourselves so much. Let's heal and move on and truly life today.

19 This books seems to be getting pretty long now, I guess another book is in order. In my next book I will add some of the healings I have been honored to practice. No names, of course...just the magnificence of healing, I love it!!! Onward and Upward! Feeling deeply honored, Namaste' Andi
