It is offered simply as a means of relating her personal numbers in her numerology chart with the events and circumstances of her life and destiny to further the understanding of numerology as a science.] I always knew I was destined for greatness. ~ Oprah Winfrey Our present life is already determined before we are born. ~ Saint Charan Singh, 20th Century For an individual to be known by a single name is powerful, indeed. Just think of the cavalcade of great souls in this category, names such as Einstein, Churchill, Newton, da Vinci, Earhart, Diana, Cleopatra and now... Oprah. Certainly, the one-name moniker is indicative of an individual's recognition on the global historic stage. Oprah Winfrey is a world icon, a brand, an institution. She needs no introduction. Her influence, no discussion. She is a one-of-a-kind human being, and her fame is both prodigious and renowned. But what of that success? Happenstance? Of course not. As we know, nothing is coincidental in this universe. Oprah's destiny was set long before she was born, and her enormous success and fame are clearly revealed in her numbers. This article will focus on her success. Perhaps another time we'll address her early life and struggles, of which she has been quite candid. For now, however, let's see what numbers and numerical patterns are associated with the remarkable destiny of this global icon, Oprah Gail Winfrey, born 29 January Following the textual information is a short chart of Oprah's life for reference. It is not a full chart but will give enough information for us to see the connection between her life and numbers. 1/8 IR Power Set First, and quite visible is the extreme amount of 1/8 energy in her entire Life Matrix. In fact, this 1/8 IR set [Influence/Reality (see The King's Book of Numerology II: Forecasting - Part I )] is active in her life from birth to death, creating a consistency of energy with its attending attributes and characteristics. The first number of this IR set,, the 1, indicates the self, ego, individual, leader, activator, initiator, doer, strength, courage and will. It is the One who goes first, shows the way and stands alone. It is also the star, the center of attention. This 1 is the Influencing aspect of the set. When this 1 is added to, i.e., filtered or funneled through her 7 Expression, the second part of the IR set, the 8, appears in the Outcome position. This indicates connection, business, commerce, 1

2 management, administration, orchestration, marketing, being in the social loop and successful in the world. Together, this 1/8 IR set is indicative of an entrepreneur or a person in a management position. Because it is active throughout her entire life, there is consistency and continuity to her life, thus stabilizing her identity, course and image. Yes, the beginning of her life was rocky, and perhaps one day we'll discuss why, but the early part of her life also established a foundation for her later life of profound prominence. Notice that this 1/8 IR set occupies her 1st, 3rd and 4th Challenge PE positions, as well as her 2nd and 3rd Epoch PEs. This 8 outcome, particularly since it is not voided in her chart, guarantees her lifelong success. Remember, too, that 8 is the highest octave and most powerful of the social numbers Also, the 1/8 occupies her 3rd Challenge which is the core challenge of her life, i.e., the most dominate Challenge position. 3/55-1 Crown Pinnacle This 3/55-1 IR set occupies her 4th [Crown] Pinnacle. The 3 is a reference to communication, conversation, words, literature, language, children, self-image, health and good fortune. Because it crowns her life, its positivity sprinkles down over her entire life, becoming most active in her later years, specifically from age fifty-one on. It's not unusual to have a 3 Crown Pinnacle, many people have it, but what is unusual is the 55-1 PE which is a direct reference to an individual who is highly unique, different and one-of-a kind; who is also a leader with vision and one who creates change and movement. Because 5 is the center of the Alpha-Numeric Spectrum [the basic numbers 1 through 9], the 55-1 leads from the center of the human spectrum, being able to move up and down the spectrum with greater ease than any other number. Thus, the 55-1 is a moving, dynamic, diverse energy pattern of extreme fire since both the 1 and the 5 are fire signs. It is this combination which has corroborated Oprah's leadership role with children, books, words, communication, her powerful image and all things 'media'. 5/66-3 Grand Pinnacle The Grand Pinnacle is the 3rd Pinnacle in a numerology chart. It is [combined with the Grand Challenge], the core of a person's life path. Together, the Grand Pinnacle and Grand Challenge are known as the Grand Couplet and are the most powerful set of numbers in the Life Matrix. Oprah's 5/66-3 Grand Pinnacle indicates an influence of variety, diversity, change, movement, motion and freedom [the 5] playing itself out in the arena of the 3 - communication, conversation, words, children, joy, image, etc. The 5/3 is a common IR set. However, the master number 66 as a root to the 3 is not common. The master number 66 gives the 3 a highly loving, nurturing, supportive, compassionate quality. It also makes her words dynamic, connecting to the hearts of others. These dual 3 combinations of having 3 as the Influence aspect of her Crown Pinnacle along with the 3 Outcome of her Grand Pinnacle creates a continuity of good fortune, communication, words, children, media, image and all things 3. Because all these numbers are not voided in her chart, they are positively aspected. Were they voided, her life would not be manifested as it is being manifested. Voids are generally considered negative aspects in a chart and create problems and challenges. 8/33-6 Grand & Crown Challenge [sibling IR Challenge set] Sibling to her 1/8 Grand and Crown Challenges is an 8/33-6 IR set. Again we see the energy of the 8 and its worldly success - this time in an Influence position - producing an outcome of 6 energy with a 33 master root. The 6 governs love, compassion, nurturing, adjustability and the home life. It's 33 master root governs words, selfexpression and powerful communication skills. Thus, this is a combination of integrated social nurturing through words and the heart. And isn't this much of who Oprah is, a nurturer to others? Nature Components Oprah's Nature is a 5. Her Material Nature is a 9. No two numbers address the public more than this powerful duo. It is often very visible in the charts of those in the public eye, ala Princess Diana and Marilyn Monroe. This 5-9 set creates power and variety in Oprah's personality, making her a person connecting with all people. This has been a brief synopsis, but it clearly shows the numbers associated with Oprah Winfrey's universal success and global appeal as a true and notable icon. 2
