My coach said to me, "I've never felt you so true to you as now." The changes, the risks... I have no fear. I've been crying tears of joy. I don't feel like a fake anymore. And I can credit Jane s program for that. M.S. (Chicago area) Jane s journey began as a young artist and dancer. Her budding career was being painfully interrupted by ongoing bouts with bulimia. Searching over a 20 year span for relief from the pain of this disease, she encountered many powerful forms of transformative healing processes. Jane E. Latimer, MA aliveness1@gmail.com Experiences of spiritual awakening occurred throughout her life which led to the study of an array of transformational processes such as Agni Yoga, the Course in Miracles, Meditation, Sound Shamanism, Shiva Nata, Laughter Yoga and a variety of Somatic Therapies. Unifying her background as a dancer, author, artist and a psychotherapist, she has merged expressive arts into her work creating a holistic and compelling approach that helps creative individuals heal, grow and evolve as they focus on freeing their creative spirit. Jane has lived free of her eating disorder since Her work is renowned in the field of recovery, being one of the first to pave the way for creative and spiritually based recovery. Her latest autobiographical account of her healing process, Soul Hunger: 11 Spiritual Lessons That Healed My Life is in progress. She is also working on a series of inspirational visual and coloring journaling books. Jane s work has been sponsored by various hospitals, churches, wellness organizations, bookstores and other enterprises including American Business Women s Association in Colorado, Divine Science Churches, Unity Churches, the Association for Research and Enlightenment in Virginia, HCA Regional Hospital in Tennessee, Pastoral Counseling Services in Illinois, New Renaissance Bookstore and Wild Oats. Jane s love of creative process is expressed in her fiber art, paintings and creative programs. Presently, she is traveling the world and has an international coaching practice.
