1 Chapter Twenty-Five WHAT ABOUT MONEY? FROM EDITATION TO M A N I F E S T A T I O N M C C L A I N M I N I S T R I E S 2007 One of the most frequent questions I receive relates to money; or rather the perceived lack of money or perceived difficulty in acquiring it. First of all I should mention that it is much better to focus on "things" you desire rather than the money to "buy" them with. The Universe is like the ultimate store which stocks absolutely everything you can imagine and more; but everything in this shop is free. If you want something from this shop you only have to ask for it and you shall receive, every time, providing you ask in faith according to The Law of Attraction. However; many people wish for money, and cannot understand why they can never acquire it, or they are always "broke". The reason for this is almost always the same; focusing on lack instead of focusing on abundance. Wishing for money will not attract money if you are focusing or thinking about "debt" or "lack". People are conditioned from an early age to believe that "money" is hard to get, that you have to "work hard" to acquire it, or those with money must have obtained it by dishonest means. These are very powerful beliefs and vibrations that are guaranteed to keep a person holding those beliefs "broke". Money; like everything else in the Universe is Energy which flows into your awareness and out of your awareness like a stream. And like a stream, if you place obstructions in the stream the flow of water will be slowed, and if you build a dam the flow of water will stop altogether. 142

2 Many people are building these obstructions and dams with their thoughts, attitudes and feelings, which are slowing or stopping the flow from the infinite abundance of The Source into their lives, then blaming it on such notions as "luck", "chance", "fortune", or on other people or circumstances. So what then in reality is this thing we call "money"? As previously mentioned, the Universe is pure Energy and simply does not recognize the concept of "money", which is an entirely human construct. Our distant ancestors were manifesting everything they required relative to their specific needs at their stage of evolution, long before "money" was even conceived by more recent humanity. Cave paintings, for example, found all around the world, are scenes depicting the wishes of those people such as a successful hunting scene. By focusing on these images they know they will attract what they are focusing on, and will thereby gain the food they need for survival. This is why so many of these cave paintings are depicting ancient humans hunting animals with spears. The only reason "modern" humans are so dependent on money is because they believe that money is an absolute necessity, required in order to realize their wishes, needs and desires. If everyone in the world ceased focusing on money, the illusion of money could no longer be perpetuated and would accordingly cease to exist altogether as a concept, which is all it is, along with the misery it causes to so many people. While people hold this erroneous belief about money it will always be a self-perpetuating aspect of their experience, and such people will remain a slave to money for the duration of their entire physical life. From a human perspective, money somehow is supposed to represent value. The question being what precisely is "value"? Value is relative to the perception of each individual. The notion of value fluctuates dramatically as the "economy", "rate of inflation", 143

3 "foreign exchange rates" and many other such human constructs, change. The irony is that even these factors, in and of themselves are simply human ideas, which can and are often manipulated by the world governments, institutions and in particular the so called "central banks" for their own agendas. No one really understands how or on what basis the "central banks" quite literally "print" money. In the USA for example the amount of money in circulation was supposed to be "backed" by the equivalent in reserves of gold, but of course there is no way for most people to verify this is actually the case. In any case the notes of the US currency no longer state that gold is the standard, rather now stating that the note is simply "legal tender". In any case, only a very small percentage of the money in the world tangibly exists in the form of physical coins and notes. Most "money" is in the form of electronic data, bits and bytes held on a vast network of computer systems that can simply move money around at the touch of a computer key. So, even "money" itself is an illusion existing only to perpetuate the human concept of "value", but which for many people, businesses and governments has long since become an obsession at the expense of everything else important in life, not the least of which is compassion, service to others, love and the needs of minority groups. "Money" is at one level simply a human construct, a method of exchange and at the most basic level most money does not even really exist in a tangible form except for the few percent that remains in circulation in the form of notes and coins that people can "spend" in exchange for products and services. The realization of our needs is, always has been and always will be a natural function of the God and if only humanity knew how to realize this powerful truth instead of relying on intangibles. 144

4 Money is the fuel of materialism and the basis for the enforcement of human power over what is perceived as "others" - one of the main reasons that humanity has been heading away from its own true purpose and destiny and towards potential real disaster. As far as God is concerned we are not separate we are one! While so many people focus on money as an object of power, control and means of obtaining goods and services, it will be associated with the energy that perpetuates that same power, thereby allowing the dark factions that seek power and control over humanity to use money as an instrument of control, just as they have so many times in the past and continue to do so today. Every "boom" and "bust" cycle in the world, including the stock market crashes, depressions, recessions, and most recently the so called "sub-prime" crisis has been engineered, ultimately to place people under a burden of debt through which they can be controlled. Universal Principles work with absolute, immutable perfection, have always worked with absolute, immutable perfection, and always will work with absolute, immutable perfection. So, all humanity needs to do is to cease to focus on the energy of money and start to focus on that which is desired. When this happens the world will become a vastly happier place, and the adverse consequences of money, such as poverty, control and oppression will become a thing of the past along with this thing called "money". Health, wealth and abundance are a state of mind. Everyone was born wealthy, and all anyone needs to do is to realize that health, wealth and abundance by aligning with the Universe and Source, thereby coming into vibrational harmony that it may be received. Again, we must never shun money, or hold a negative image of money. Although money is a human construct human society is based around money at this time. Accordingly there is nothing at all wrong with attracting and making use of money in the context of the human society providing that it is available and is appropriate to do so - but never as a primary consideration for gaining abundance. 145

5 The most important point and the one that I hope I have conveyed in this message, is that, in the context of applying the Law of Attraction, we should always focus directly on the "things" we wish to attract, thereby being in harmony with the immutable workings of the Universe and therefore of Universal Principles, enabling us to be powerful attractors of our own reality. Everyone, without exception can enjoy an infinite flow of health, wealth and happiness if only they created a stream wide enough a stream with no obstructions or obstacles to overcome. This means focusing only on infinite abundance. God, as our source, is an infinite flow of well-being and abundance that we either allow or deny. A great many people for example focus on debt, and the more they focus on debt the more debt they attract and thus become trapped in a spiral of debt. This is because they have slowed or blocked the natural stream of abundance with vibrations of debt, lack and hardship. Debt is a very powerful emotion of course, but if the power of that emotion was transmuted into "wealth", then wealth would arrive in abundance. The reason people do not do this, apart from not knowing or understanding The Law of Attraction, is because "debt" is something they believe in due to life-long programming, whereas wealth is something they believe is "hard to get", or "only for the privileged few" or "you have to be lucky" etc., all attitudes guaranteed to keep the person in a state of lack. Let us look at the reason we are on planet earth for a moment. We are here for one fundamental reason; to evolve through experience. Everything is in a natural state of expansion; never contraction. In order to evolve, without any restrictions, using our own freewill, 146

6 we must have access to everything we believe that we need in order to evolve. If we were denied those things God would be restricting our ability to evolve through experience, and would therefore be restricting the Universe to evolve through experience and that is absolutely contrary to the entire order of Life. This is like a child who is given toys to interact with in order to learn. If a child were denied those toys, the child would be denied the means to learn. Eventually just as a child outgrows their toys, having learned from them; humans will outgrow material toys having learned the lessons contained therein, and, like a child can progress to the next stage of life. In the context of the Universe, humans on Earth are babies, and the planet Earth is the kindergarten humans attend, and the "things" that humans crave to play with are the toys. The objective of humans on Earth and indeed the "afterlife", is to out-grow the toys having realized them for what they really are, in order to graduate to the next phase of education, which in the case of humans, having graduated from the mental planes to the world of Spirit which exists beyond form and the illusion of material things, and where we experience our true Spiritual essence. So getting back to money; if it is the "toy" known as "money" we desire, all we have to do is allow it into our experience. If you have debts then it is important to forget them; any focus on debt will keep you in debt. Even if you were to focus on "getting out of debt", the vibration going out into the Universe is still "debt", and the toy known as "debt" is what the Universe will lovingly provide. The Universe makes no judgments. If you have debt; I don't mean a mortgage I mean debt that affects your ability to live life to the full, then find a voluntary organization 147

7 to manage it for you. In the USA and UK for example there are many free services that will manage your debt. Never, ever go to a "debt management company" that has any form of charges or conditions attached. Only go to approved organizations with a charity status; these are often government funded. Do whatever you need to do to put the debt out of your mind completely. Now you can focus on abundance instead. Think abundance, talk abundance and behave abundance at all times and abundance will be your reality. Countless people who are now multi-millionaires or even billionaires were at one time living in poverty or were bankrupt at least once. They dealt with their debt and started to focus only on wealth, and wealth now flows to them constantly; anyone can do the same. Never worry about spending money; it sends the wrong vibrations. Spend with joy in your heart and with gratitude and you will attract even more to spend. When you pay bills be grateful about it. Another very powerful way of attracting wealth is by giving wealth, for example to churches and charities. Giving is such a powerful act at many levels; it says to the Universe that you have so much abundance you can give some away, and that will attract even more abundance. In giving we also receive by helping others and therefore ourselves. Above all giving is an act of gratitude, one of the most powerful vibrations of all. It is a powerful fact that many of the wealthiest people in the world give away vast amounts to charitable and other humane causes. 148

8 So in conclusion money is an attitude, a state of mind and above all Energy. We always receive what we think about, focus on and send out the most emotional Energy to; so only think about, focus on and send out vibrations that are in absolute harmony with your desires. 149
