1 Working With the Chakra Pairs Greetings, dear ones, from the Brotherhood of Light. We are waiting to work with you, in your own space and time, to help you gracefully weather these shifting times. In this practitioner section of the Circle of Grace work, we offer you a higher perspective of your true energetic nature. The more you understandd how your "invisible parts" work, the better you will be able to heal yourselves. The chakras of the human body are woven together in multiple ways to achievee overall balance in the body. If you have learned other pairs and functions, please honor those teachings as long as they make sense and work for you. Incorporate your knowledge with what we offer here, if it makes sense and works for you. Lightworkers, it is by blending your knowledge, tools and talents that the bigger healing picture will become clear. Many modalities have defined chakra pairs by their energetic connections, at the emotional, mental and spiritual levels, but do not consider the basic physical "plumbing." That is where we step in, dear ones, for we are Master Plumbers, here to explain how the physical layer is designed to achieve and maintain balance by releasing excess pressure through the meridian system. Your

2 meridian system is a combination of energetic (auric) meridians and the physical pathways of your nervous system. In the following material, these chakra pairings in your physical core are the "foundational wiring" for the rest of your energetic structure. If the chakras suffer imbalance from excess pressure at the physical level for too long, physical symptoms of dis-ease begin to appear. We point out at the beginning that it takes many, many years of layered blockages before a pair of chakras fail. Know that symptoms arising from too much internal pressure can be reversed before damage occurs to the body proper. The best course to health is preventative maintenance, keeping your stress levels to a minimum, eating and drinking pure foods, exercising and sleeping regularly. Those, dear ones, are lifestyle choices you cannot put in a pill! To that list we add a daily practice - whatever you are drawn to, whether active or sedentary, please start clearing on a regular basis. What we teach is basic care and maintenance of the aura, which is a new concept for most people. If none of this makes sense to you and you feel none of it applies, then we ask only that you nap more often! Yes, the nervous system clears itself naturally while you sleep, and recharges your body with vital energetic fuel. A simple daily halfhour "nap habit" can create better health! * * * * The first layer of information we offered about chakra pairs covered the seven core chakras. Those are Root and Crown (1 & 7), Sacral and Throat (2 & 5), Solar Plexus and Heart (3 & 4). We said the 6th chakra, Third Eye, works in conjunction with all the others at physical and energetic levels, that we will explain in future text. For now, we add the final chakra pair to complete the 8-chakra system that is your energetic expansion potential within the Millennium Shift. That pair is Third Eye and Soul Purpose (6 & 8). Eighth chakra is your Higher Self connection, paired to your center of higher intuition. Does it not make energetic sense that these two centers work together? Their connection and their communication are vital to your conscious ascension beyond the limited human form that you know so well. Once the seven within are cleared, balanced and fully connected to the eighth all around you, your "conscious cosmic connection" is regained. You then enter a new level of interdimensional reality that was simply not available to your prior 3D vibration. When one chakra falls out of balance at the physical level, its mate works harder to compensate. If balance is not achieved, both areas eventually succumb to illness. We will specify here: When the affected chakra's mate can no longer compensate for this imbalance, the source chakra begins to present physical symptoms. The physical symptoms can fit into a discernable pattern, yet when doctors look for the illness, they may not find it. When physical symptoms first appear, there is a window of time in which clearing the excess internal pressure will allow the body to rebalance towards health. In other words, people can demonstrate symptoms before the full illness sets in. Once the compromised organ or system loses function from being overpressurized, then the physical body part/organ/system will begin to distort at the visible (testable) level. Once the body has fully manifested illness, it is more difficult to cl ear.

3 No matter where illness symptoms may present, please spend some healing time working on the mate to the ailing chakra region. This may conflict with your linear concepts of cause and effect, but we say here, illness symptoms can be often be sourced from imbalance elsewhere. Yes, with abdominal issues, throat needs clearing! Lower back pain? Don't forget to work on the shoulders! These are examples of imbalances in chakra pair 2 & 5. Doctors have seen and know to test for many of these interrelationships, which eventually show abnormalities in laboratory tests and physical examinations. But what if the test numbers are high in range, but fall within "normal" or "acceptable" limits? Do you hover at the edge, not knowing which way your body will go? Not knowing causes such fear, dear ones, fear forces you to focus on the negative and invites it to manifest. Even with conscious clearing of the pairs, accident or illness can still reoccur in one or both areas. Sometimes an energetic "weakness" persists, since the meridians in those areas have been so sorely taxed. Knowing these interconnections will enable you to see beyond just "getting better", to a space and time when you feel healthy again, no matter what your medical history has been. * * * * Question: Doctors find that certain brain tumors metastasize to the rectum. They don't know why, but have recognized this pattern and know to look for it. What is the relationship between these two areas that cause this symptomology? Channeled Answer: Crown and Root are a chakra pair. When one falls ill, its mate compensates to maintain the body's overall energetic balance. When the imbalance becomes too acute, the source chakra falls ill. Eventually, the mate of the ill chakra follows into the same illness pattern. Cancer is an extreme example, therefore easy to track. This question refers to pair 7 & 1, Crown and Root, where certain cancers metastasize from brain to rectum. You will often see thyroid cancer spread to lower abdominal area, which is chakra pair 5 & 2. What other pairs have you seen? Question: Apart from the chakra pairs, what other blockage patterns can arise within the chakra system? Channeled Answer: One pattern is blockage sourced from the chakra above or below the area of illness. Finding the true source of illness can be tricky, especially if one is only looking in the physical body layer. Sometimes a blocked chakra or ailing region can cause symptoms to arise in the chakra area above or below it. This is a different cause-effect function of internal pressure, when overpressurized areas impinge on (or flow into) areas of less pressure nearby. If you take an air-filled balloon and squeeze it in the middle, what happens? The air within the balloon moves above and below where you are pressing. If you squeeze the top and bottom of the balloon, the air moves into the middle and creates a bulge there. So, Throat can affect the Heart region below and Third Eye above. Sacral can affect Root below, and Solar Plexus above. Root blockage can cause the entire meridian system to eventually stop clearing, or cause pressure in Sacral and up to Solar Plexus. Blockage

4 around the Crown can cause symptoms to manifest in (6th) Third Eye directly below, which eventually puts excess pressure on Throat. For example, some chronic sinus irritations (apart from allergy issues) can arise from a blocked Throat chakra or from injuries to neck and shoulders. These cases often cause a person to feel run down, with a chronic cold coming on that does not fully materialize. When the meridian system is thus blocked in neck, pressure in the head region cannot release down the meridian paths. Chronic sinus trouble can also be triggered by 6th chakra blockage, the forehead, since the sinus area is between 5 & 6. Finding which chakra is blocked, or tending to a series of blocked chakras, is far more effective to relieve sinus pressure than taking medication to temporarily breathe better. Treating the symptoms is vital for patient comfort, yes, but clearing the source of internal pressures alleviates the need for palliative measures. Just taking pills to relieve pain, without addressing the source of pain, allows illness to truly form. Grinding the teeth, or damage to the jaw joints (TMJ) can cause excess pressure above the jaw in the head, causing ear, eye or sinus issues and/or headaches. TMJ blockage can also cause pressure downward, in the neck, shoulder and upper back region. This is a crucial point in the meridian system - the jaw joints must be open for the meridians to release pressure. When those joints are closed, nothing flows. For any type of meridian clearing modality or meditation to succeed, the jaw must be fully relaxed! Another form of blockage that can affect the entire meridian system is meridian blockage that clogs the pathways by which the chakras are designed to clear. The aura carries etheric damage from trauma to the body (illness, accidents, and surgical intervent ion) long after the physical body has visibly healed. Until the meridians are cleared of those blockages, the chakra system cannot release from the head on down as it was intended to function. Meridian blockage can be localized to a specific body part, area or system, and still affect a chakra region or impinge upon the entire system. In brief, your meridian system is designed to expel pressure in different ways, as explained in the Circle of Grace release patterns. In a clear-running healthy system, new energy enters the dominant side (hand and foot), rises up and circles around the crown, then descends down the non-dominant side, pushing ahead of it the old, pressure-filled energy to be released from the non-dominant hand and foot. This is called the Normal Pattern. The circle around the head is a circuit-breaker for the Crown, to prevent blockages from lodging there. So at the top of the meridian system is a circle around the head, as if you were wearing a hat, where pressure backs up to and can go no further. That is why strokes can occur in that region, after years of built-up pressure from blockages elsewhere in the system, without being sourced in the head or brain. Most people are not aware that etheric blockages exist after the physical body has visibly healed; care and maintenance of the aura is largely unknown. The human design is incredibly resilient, dear ones, and the body has many different ways of absorbing new fuel and releasing excess pressure. Though much of your energy intake is from Crown, each chakra is an individual energy vortex, absorbing energy directly at its own level of vibration, like plants in the sun. Blocked chakras spin slower and slower and eventually can stop spinning, or even reverse their spin direction. When starting the Circle of Grace clearing exercise, please begin with the Fully-Blocked Pattern. Imagine energy entering into the Crown chakra from above, descending both within the

5 body and around it within the aura, like a golden shower going from head to feet. The aura switches patterns as needed in any given moment - start with the Fully Blocked Pattern, and allow your body to switch, when it is ready, to Alternating Block. When that occurs, you will feel the upper body release down the arms, then that will subside and the lower body will release down the legs. The upper/lower alternating pattern will continue until enough pressure is released so that the aura can switch to the Normal Pattern. The final pattern that the body uses we call Reverse Blockage, where pressure will reverse direction to release from the nearest exit. For example, a right-hand wrist sprain (in a right - dominant system) can release down through the right hand chakra, which is a much shorter path than traveling up the right arm, around the head, and back down the non-dominant arm to release out the left hand. Also keep in mind that any blockage near an exit will prevent blockages behind it from moving. If that right arm has a sprain at the wrist and one at the elbow, the wrist blockage must release first so that the elbow trauma can then move down and out. If such a case remains untended, pressure backs up to where? Throat and Heart chakras, dear ones. If the meridians are not clear-flowing, the chakras in that region eventually become sluggish from an inability to clear excess pressure. So, there are many cases where people feel pain or tenderness in an area that shows no evidence or has no history of damage. Test results will come back negative, nothing will be found. We say here that every twinge, every pain, every dysfunction in the body arises for a reason. If there is no physical evidence, then the blockage/damage is still etheric. For example, a backup of pressure can form in the thigh that has sustained no discernable injury, yet knee surgery twenty years prior has left meridian blockage that eventually prevents the thigh meridians from releasing downward past the knee. Hence the thigh tissue may be sore to touch, sometimes feel hot, yet not show any diagnosable or treatable cause, while the knee appears symptom-free yet is the true culprit here. There are many cases where the chakra pair information does not suffice to explain the symptomology. One must consider the COG meridian release patterns to understand what blockages are causing which symptoms. One last point we would like to make is that the aura does clear itself on a regular basis, indeed, has a built-in mechanism that flushes pressure from your meridian system through your physical nervous system and repressurizes itself with new energy while you sleep. Your body is a self-pressurized, self-maintaining system - there is never a drain without a gain. That is why, with proper diet, exercise and sufficient sleep, you have doubled the human life span. If you knew how to meditate with a relaxed jaw from a young age, if you were aware of care and maintenance of the aura, you would have discovered by now that all damage to the body, large or small, can be released in non-invasive ways before the accumulation of that damage begins to encroach on the harmony of your physical body's functions. Yes, we are speaking here of growing old! Dear ones, accidents aside, "succumbing" to illness does not need to happen! It can be prevented. The more you explore the energetics of the human form and the more you keep those energetic balances in tune, the longer you will live. Yes, the original Adamic blueprint encompasses a thousand-year lifespan. You may think this is an outrageous boast on our part (chuckles) but within a few generations, you will under stand and embrace this concept as attainable.

6 Lastly, we will say that happiness is not just a state of mind. A positive perspective is not just a tool. Joy is a specific vibration that harmonizes the body towards its perfect pitch. Fear and anger are also specific vibrations that dampen your immune system, interfere with proper digestion, and negatively affect your body chemistry. "Don't worry, be happy" is our vibrational prescription for you. Being happy, just laughing over something for a minute, boosts your body chemistry for six hours. Getting angry also affects your body chemistry for six hours, sending it plummeting the other way. So, being aware of your moods is the first step to being in charge of your moods.
