The initiation you will receive is quite complex and takes about two hours of unbroken transmission to come in completely. After receiving it, you will be empowered to make "Kundalini water". This means you will be able to run into water an energy which stimulated Kundalini in whoever drinks the water, doing so in a profound yet completely safe manner. The shakti (energy) you run into the water is not Kundalini, but rather an energy that stimulates Kundalini. The shakti will remain in the water for roughly 2½ hours, so the water should be drunk within that time period. Once the water enters a human body the shakti remains active for two to three days, stimulating kundalini during that time. After each two to three day period, you need to drink more kundalini water if you wish to keep having a kundalini experience. The reason the shakti is programmed so that the effects of the kundalini water do not last beyond two to three days is to give you some degree of control over your kundalini experience. For kundalini to do what it is designed to do, it is necessary to completely surrender to the energy. However, the lack of control that people often feel when having a kundalini experience frequently results in resistance (both conscious and unconscious) that prevents complete surrender to the experience. Sufi Reiki Sufi Reiki was created by Reiki Sufi Master Sami Pajunen in Finland at the end of Reiki Sufi was introduced to Indonesia by Mr. Fajar Isbandi with the help of the first few Reiki Sufi Masters including Rudi, Eko Yuwono, Edys Susanto, Hikam, Rachmat Hanafi, Adi Setiawan,Andry, and others. Sufi Reiki is a Reiki that accesses Sufistic energy by the moment method. The aim of the energy is to enable the practitioner of Sufi Reiki to become a spiritually enlightened person who is also able to do healing for him/herself as well as for others. Sufi Reiki has 3 levels followed by the band attunements. The Usui Reiki symbols may be used after the second attunements, however many Sufi Reiki Masters do not use any symbols. It is hoped that when the Sufi Reiki practitioner has completed the 3

12 levels of attunement that all the chakras are well expanded and the energy fields are clean and there are no blocks. The ego should be less and is replaced by a heightened awareness and this is manifested as patience, calmness and a greater wisdom in handling life situations. At this stage, the higher attunements are taken, that is, the Band attunements. The Band attunements are equivalent to what is known as Shing Chi for other Reiki types.
