2 October 31 - November 13, Earlier this month I led our group of ten Sacred Sites Journeys spiritual pilgrims on a powerful journey in EGYPT through the ancient pyramids and sacred sites. Using meditation with sound frequency and scent alchemy to enhance our sacred experiences,we received initiations as we connected with the energies of the Neters at each of the temples dedicated to them. I was very honored to be able to support my Brothers and Sisters on their transformative journeys! Below are some of the pictorial highlights of our time in this eternal land of mystery and magic. 3 ASWAN Temple of Isis After our pre-dawn PRIVATE ENTRANCE and Meditation during which we received our Isis Initiation! ASWAN View of the Isis Temple complex on Agilika Island from Philae Island, the original site from which the temples were moved in the 1970's after the High Dam was built and the waters flooded them. The energy was still very strong on Philae! Just as it is in the temples on Agilika. Isis Lives! KOM OMBO During our Nile Cruise we visited the Dual Temple dedicated to the Neters Sobek and Haoeris. Sobek Altar, dedicated to the Neter who assists us to look at our fears. We meditated here to to confront and digest/integrate them.

4 KOM OMBO Altar dedicated to Haoeris (Horus the Elder), where we connected with our Higher Selves after overcoming our fears. NILE CRUISE Sunrise from the cruise ship window! EDFU Temple of Horus, where we meditated to connect with our Higher Selves, and toned the frequency to "turn on the temple"! LUXOR West Bank - Hatshepsut's Temple dedicated to Amun We walked the hallowed ground of this beautiful temple

5 built by one of the few female Pharaohs. LUXOR West Bank - Valley of the Kings LUXOR Karnak Temple - Sekhmet Chapel in the Temple of Ptah We meditated with Sekhmet and received our initiation to open up more to the Unconditional Love and Fierce Protectiveness from this modern-day icon for the empowerment of the Divine Feminine. LUXOR Luxor Temple, the Temple of Man. Each area of the temple represents a part of the human body. During our nightime visit we meditated near the Holy of Holies and further activated the energies of our Third Eye.

6 ABYDOS The Temple of Osiris Our meditation/initiation into the energies of Osiris took place in the Western Hall of the Temple of Seti I, where the wall panels such as the one above represent the mysteries of the Djed Pillar, or kundalini. ABYDOS The megalithic construction of the Osirion and the Flower of Life located on one of the gigantic pillars offered us its perennial mysteries as to who built it, when and how. DENDERAH The Temple of Hathor "The Lourdes of Ancient Egypt" During our meditation and initiation in the Birth House of Isis, Hathor came calling and touched our hearts deeply with Her Unconditional Love. We chanted in Joy!

7 How fortunate we were to view the rectangular zodiacs on the ceiling of the hypostyle hall. Here Nut, the Sky Neter, swallows the sun, which travels through the 12 hours of the night and is then birthed anew each morning from her loins. BEAUTIFUL! In the crypt we viewed the famous "light bulb" and discussed possible theories as to the meaning of this enigmatic wall panel. Did the ancient Egyptians have electricity? And was this really a light bulb? Or is it symbolic of something else, possibly the kundalini and spiritual awakening? DASHUR The Bent Pyramid, standing mutely silent for centuries, offered its mysteries to us. Was it a power plant that was turned on by two different frequencies produced by the two different angles of the sides?

8 We entered the Red Pyramid and used toning to "turn it on"! The corbeled ceiling is part of the machine that produces various frequencies when sounds are made inside the chamber. SAKKARA After toning in the niches in the "hospital" area of the site, we raised our hearts and hands to receive the Higher Frequencies! We entered the newly-opened Tomb of Maya, Vizier to King Tut. Our meditation and initiation to connect with the Neter Anubis gave us an opportunity to enter our "Underworld" and move through a shamanic death, a letting go. Very powerful! ABU GHUROB On we visited this very mysterious off-the-beaten-track sacred site. At 11:11AM we were gathered on the alabaster altar, meditating on peace and unconditional love.
