1 Coming up on fall {a beautiful time of year}! Fall & winter Fall is my favorite time of year! The air is starting to turn crisp and cool; the harvest season is upon us, and we can rejoice as we receive nature s bounty. The seasons are changing, and as a result, we can watch Mother Earth go through her cycles. From the green leaves of summer to the brilliant colors of red, orange, & brown on the trees, for a brief time, the colors of the trees in fall are a sight to behold. I encourage everyone to get outside and enjoy the fall colors in the surrounding countryside; it s one of life s little pleasures that are free to experience. Karuna Reiki Levels One & Two: One of the things that are new this issue is that Dana and I have decided to separate the normal Karuna master teacher classes into several levels. Karuna Reiki Level One & Karuna Reiki Level Two. Karuna Reiki means compassionate action. The symbols of these classes are very specific in nature and frequency. They can be used in a variety of different ways, which we will be explored in class. What better way to experience compassionate action then to give your self the gift of a Karuna Reiki class? 2 New Classes & Events: D Rose Institute of Urevia Healing Offering Two New Programs: Integrated Health Program and Healing Science & Energy Mechanics Program Integrated health is the wave of the future: The destiny of humanity. Through selective education, individuals will empower themselves toward wiser choices, greater health, and happier lives. Integrated health includes everything a human being needs to fulfill his or hers greatest potential for self-actualization. The healthier an individual is on all levels, the happier he or she feels, which in-turn, creates a positive flow of energy within and without. This work is of the upmost importance because integrated health is key to an individual s enlightenment, and therefore, to humanity s successful evolution. It is important to understand everything from spirituality, to physical health, to emotional and mental health, to universal life knowledge, to science, to philosophy, to theology, to energy mechanics, and to cosmic wisdom. This class is the beginning of a divine cosmic adventure. This course is designed to empower individuals for self-healing and for helping others to heal. The pursuit of health and soul self-actualization is important. Every morsel of knowledge learned, every skill perfected, every power achieved, every created experience, every piece of wisdom understood allows the person to soar to greater heights in love, in relationships, in his or hers career, in health, in spirituality, and in life as a whole. Integrated health addresses all the needed elements for growth, healing, transformation, divine alignment, and self-actualization: transforming the energy of fear by living in truth. All new and certified students can enroll in this program. For example, if you have an Urevia Practitioner, Urevia Advance, or an Urevia Masters/Teachers certificate, but want to earn an Integrated Health degree, you would start with the weekly classes scheduled throughout several weeks. Basically, a student would need to take the new classes offered, but he or she would not need to repeat the weekend classes. See the dates of the weekly classes schedule toward the back of the newsletter. The classes are two Wednesdays per month; however, there are no winter classes. This fall will finish the classes started in the Spring, but we are now taking registrations for classes starting Spring 2015 for both programs. Have a group of Friends or Family that is looking for a RETREAT? Details: We are now offering retreats for specific private groups such as: a girl s weekend for a group of friends, a Mother s Day weekend for mom and daughthers, knitting groups, or for any private clubs. The retreat includes lodging at the Lake Cottage on the lake, all meals and snacks, (homecooked by Dana), hiking the trails at the Pierce Preserve, (if wanted), daily meditation, bonfire with drumming circle, (if wanted), sunset boat rides, and kayaking are all included as well as special requests if possible. We will do are best to design the retreat around your group s needs. Prices will vary depending on group size, dates scheduled, and planned activities. 4 Usui Reiki Classes with Ken Gray and Dana Glore-Gray Ken Gray & Dana Glore-Gray are certified Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki Masters with the International Association of Reiki Professionals. Ken has been involved With Reiki for over fifteen years. He and Dana are certified Reiki Master/Teachers who own and operate Subtle Energies Healing Center, an organization which is dedicated to the healing and empowerment of its students and customers. On a lark I did a beginning Reiki class, as soon as I had the attunement process that engages the Reiki energy, I noticed that the energy was coming through me very strongly. I didn t think too much about it at the time. When we practiced the hand positions a fellow student remarked that the energy was very strong with me and that I had a great talent. I thought he was exaggerating, but little did I know that Reiki would change my life forever. I became more nurturing and caring with regard to my family and friends. In fact I became that way with just about everybody. That still holds true for me today. It is said that when you become a Reiki Master, one is mastered by Reiki.
