3 RAINBOW AURA : Rainbow Aura is also known as Opal Aura Quartz, Angel Aura or Pearl Aura Quartz. It is created by fusing platinum crystals to clear quartz via a process similar to plating. Rainbow Aura Essence is helps to protect and balance the aura and brings health on all levels, it is useful in meditation and helps one move toward right action. It lifts the spirit and helps to bring tranquility and peacefullness and contact our inner wisdom to create a blossoming of the Spirit. WORK WITH THE RAINBOW AURA ESSENCE ENERGIES : FOR YOURSELF : 1. Take a position that make you comfort and relax, but always keep straight your spinal column, but i ll suggest you to sit on a meditation pose. Close your eyes, deep and slow breath. 2. Mentally say : Rainbow Aura Essence! 3. Still in position, don t think anything about the self healing process. Let the energy run and flow, the energy will start and stop with automatically. Will be more better if you use the time to do meditation. 4. Drink a glass of water and wash your hands. 5. Do the Grounding. FOR OTHERS : 1. Place your hands in the patient s shoulders. Or if you performing a distance healing, Place your hands about 10 Cm apart facing each others. 2. Mentally say : Rainbow Aura Essence! ; Or if this a distance healing : Rainbow Aura Essence to heal (Mention the patient s name). Thank you! 3. Still in position, don t think anything about the healing process. Let the energy run and flow, the energy will start and stop with automatically. 2

4 4. When you have feel the energy is stop, cut the energy connection with your patient, only with say mentally : Cut the energy conection, now! 5. Drink a glass of water and wash your hands. 6. Do the Grounding. GROUNDING : Do this Grounding Exercise after you have finish all sessions like as above. This is very usefull to balance yourself and your energy, also will either relieve you from being over energized or recharghe and refresh your energy. 1. Stand up straight, stable position on the ground. Or if you don t have access directly with the ground, just visualize that you re standing on the ground. 2. Mentally say : I m ground, now! 3. Feel the energy flow in your body feel. 4. This process will run approximately 3 5 minutes. 3
