It is the process of discovering that there is so much more of you involved in your own life then you've ever imagined. It's the process of eliminating the things that no longer serve your life such as a long held belief, an old conditioning pattern, a career that no longer interests you, a relationship that has run its coarse or simply the clothes in your closet that have worn out their welcome. It can be the quest to find out what makes you happy and not how you can make others happy. I went through the most challenging aspects of this process in the 90's when I felt as though I were walking on egg shells in an earthquake. Nothing felt solid, nothing felt familiar and it felt as though everything was shifting at the same time. This process can feel tumultuous and even a bit scary sometimes. But in actuality, all that is happening is that your consciousness is shifting to a new way of being in the world, a way of existing that gives you the insight to see how you have limited yourself. Waking up assists you in actualizing your magnificence and seeing yourself and your life in a more

2 expanded way in order to allow you the joy and fulfillment that you've been searching for. My greatest joy in life is watching people transform and bringing their gifts into being. There is nothing like the feeling of witnessing the purity of the waking up process and knowing that another person's life is being fulfilled. It won't always be easy, but it will bring you the greatest rewards imaginable! Classes with Jaap van Etten Thursday, September 24th - Sunday, September 27th I met Jaap in April and just knew we had to have him come to Free Spirit Crystals! His humble demeanor and caring heart coupled with his immense knowledge won me over. Selfishly, I want him to come so that I can learn from him! Jaap has a PhD in Biology with a focus on Ecology - the study of the interrelationship between living beings and their environment. Over the years his studies included the Metaphysical and Spiritual aspects of life. He also studied the human energy system. During these studies he developed inner sight and knowing into the "unseen" realms. He utilizes these abilities together with his knowledge to continue his study of the interaction between the subtle energies of ourselves and those of the world around us. He calls this study "Metaphysical Ecology". Jaap has explored hundreds of vortexes in the Sedona area to understand Earth's energy lines and power spots and how they affect the human energy system. They always have supported those who are on their spiritual path. Currently there are many books, ideas and trainings that give incredible amounts of information. Crystals can be seen as the most pure form in which consciousness can manifest itself in physical reality. This means that they are the best tools to awaken, activate and stimulate our awareness. Being aware, being conscious, is of prime importance for our personal spiritual evolution. Crystals can help us to evolve and to transform everything that prevents us from evolving. Jaap will talk about his experiences with the skulls and how they can assist you in your own expansion.

Jaap's work with the human energy system and the energy system of Mother Earth has shown him that there are 14 chakras! In this workshop you will learn: the 14 chakras; the energy flow of the 7 chakras (masculine approach to life); the energy flow of the 14 chakras (feminine approach to life). Understanding both will help balance your system, give you the opportunity to increase the power of the Divine feminine energies, help you to know yourself on a deeper level and find ways to improve your interactions with the world around you. Healing with Earth Energies Sunday, September 27th 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Fee: $ Mother Earth provides us with everything we need on physical and subtle energy levels. In this workshop you will learn how Mother Earth does this by visiting places in nature that hold energies that support our energy systems (i.e. meridians and chakras) which determine how we function in this reality. You will experience the power of these Earth energies as well as feel how they support us by healing and balancing our systems. Working with the energies of Mother Earth is a joyful adventure with many unique and powerful gifts. We will be going to one of Free Spirit School's graduates property near Holy Hill for this class so that we can walk the land and energize ourselves. Thank you. Healing Sessions with Jaap Friday, September, 25th and Monday, Sept. 28th Fee: $80.00 In sessions Jaap integrates counseling, reading and energy healing. Through a reading he understands the issues you are dealing with and helps you to understand these issues so you can make changes in your life. He includes soul retrieval, transformation of relationship and family energy fields and clearing of the house whenever the situation asks for it.
