Awakening your Inner Lover: meditate on the lover and beloved inside yourself to come to an appreciation of how it feels to be loved, the fullness of feeling by which you will know the sweetness of intimacy. Awakening the Body Ecstatic: we use partner stretching, tantric dance processes, tantric massage, and the art of gentle and respectful touch. The Dynamic Streaming Process: discover how to relax in high states of arousal, opening the body to the possibility of a full body orgasm, on an energetic level. Sexual Healing: through many approaches such as touch, breath, visualization, dialogue, psychodrama, tantric energy work and others, we explore how to heal old sexual wounds. TantraSkydancing teaches the celebration of life and love. The other is a mirror and a door to growth. We are all marked by our familial experience. Using tools inspired by Sexual Grounding Therapy, we will give a new healing to mark this family triangle (father, mother, child). You will learn: The Yin Yang Balance : discover and harmonize the feminine and masculine polarities within yourself and better understand the roles, energies and conditioning which we have unwittingly received as we grew up. The Opening the Inner Flute : develop your awareness of the seven chakras (energy centers) in your body and energize them through visualization, sound and breathing practices. The Multi Orgasmic Response : the art of opening your partner to deep intimacy, and learning how to be guided by your partner to ever expanding levels of orgasmic pleasure and abandon. We will present advanced practices and guide you into an awareness that is relaxed and energetic, still and alive, focused and omnipresent - melting with the consciousness of the divine. We connect deeply with our essence, our spaciousness, with a partner, and then we begin to master what Margot Anand calls "the art of disappearing into each other" - into the emptiness of pure consciousness, riding on the waves of energy as you and your partner move beyond time and space. This is the sacred work that the Tibetans used to practice after years of meditation and purification. We must approach this work with deep reverence, for it is truly a mysterious and wondrous gate to awakening. 6 Info Who Should Attend this Training? The Love & Ecstasy Training (LET) is for singles and couples, ages 18 to 80. Whether you come alone or with a partner, you will find this workshop to be an enlivening and nourishing experience. This training is for anyone wishing to deepen his knowledge and Tantric practice, anyone with the project to integrate the approach of Skydancing Tantra in its professional practice. Certification: a certificate will be issued at the end of each level of 3 cycles. The Love & Ecstasy Training is a mandatory introduction and preparation for those who wish to become Teachers recognized and certified by Margot Anand. Would you like to shed emotional armoring and beliefs that do not serve you anymore on this pilgrimage into your own personal freedom? If this sounds familiar, this workshop is designed for you! Using the approach of Family Constellation we understand what binds us to our family and how to leave our family with love and respect. Only then are we fully available as a partner in any relationship to the other sex and live the full potential of our sexual energy. Life is born out of a meeting between two opposite energies - represented by our mother and father. So in order to feel inner peace, strength and a sense of sexual identity we need to be connected to our parents in a healthy way. Because of past traumas and incomplete events from the past it is often difficult for us to feel love for both our parents equally. As a result we often cannot love ourselves or a partner fully and cannot allow the natural flow of sexual energy within our body. In this workshop, we will experience and understand the systemic laws that operate in families and in the man- woman relationship. We will travel into an evolutionary journey including several themes around pleasure, its limits and its transcendence, as illustrated by advanced psychocorporal structures. Pleasure is a natural state, a physiological law, and yet, since our childhood, obstacles prevent us from fully accessing this state of being. The Tantric path gives us back our innate right to pleasure! Sexual energy represents 20% of the tantric path. Sexual desire becomes bliss when wave energy rises from the root chakra upwards through the others chakras. As electric charges of same polarity chakra meet, they become light. The Descending Wave uses this unified light, and channels it downwards through the inner flute, from the crown chakra through the body to the root chakra. Cycle 6 The practice of the "Wave" reaches upward and deepens downwards - from earth to heaven, and heaven to earth. 10 FACILITATORS The Francophone SkyDancing Institute exists since It is run by Nital Brinkley and composed of a team of trainers selected and trained by Margot Anand. MARGOT ANAND Margot is a native of France, she received her degree from Sorbonne University in Paris and has spent decades studying with many of the world s prominent masters of Hindu and Buddhist Tantra, including the great mystic Osho in India. Margot also has extensive training in Gestalt Therapy, Bioenergetics, Massage, Meditation, Arica, and Integral Yoga. Margot s teaching style is a rare synthesis of French erotic humor, American pragmatism, and Indian mysticism. She is particularly appreciated for her ability to bring healing, lightness, fun, and passion to the workshop atmosphere. She is an internationally acclaimed authority on Tantra, best-selling author and much-beloved teacher and founder of SkyDancing Tantra. Margot s books, videos, CDs and DVDs are widely regarded as the seminal teachings for integrating spirituality and sexuality and for cultivating the art of Ecstatic living. VASANTI VERONIQUE VACHET Her professional practice for 15 years in "Rebirthing" has naturally led her to SkydancingTantra - she did her training with Margot Anand in Therapist of the Internationnal Sexual Grounding Therapy. Today she balances family life in Paris, giving individuals sessions, writing and facilitating seminars and leads the LET training in France. What is really important to her is to share her passions, such as the Body memories, the fusion of consciousness and energy in order to fully live a spirituality which incarnates truth, love and simplicity. 10

LAURENCE HEITZMANN Laurence is a body psychotherapist and certified member of the "Societe Française d'- Analyse Bioenergetique" which is affiliated with the "International Institute for Bioenergetic

Her work in bioenergetic analysis derives from Wilhelm Reich and Alexander Lowen among other sources. Her path carried her to Skydancing Tantra and its methods for spiritual awakening through the intermediary of a conscious body. Laurence lives in Lyon (France) and leads seminars and provides individual consultation mainly in the Rhone-Alps region of France. She is skilled in creating a climate of confidence and trust necessary to a process of real and lasting transformation. LAURENT LACOSTE Laurent has been studying Tantra for more than 10 years ago with different masters and teachers around the world. His studies led him to SkyDancing Tantra and he became a licenced teacher. Trained by Geho and Sarita from the "School of Awakening", he has a degree of Tantra Yoga School by Charles Muir in the US. He has been also trained by Jelle Bode, and studied Ayurveda in the field of massage and nutrition. He has a practice in Paris and leads Tantra workshops for men and couples. FACILITATORS 11

In 2002 he attended the Skydancing Teacher's Training in California and lead workshops with Margot Anand. Jim is a certified Coach from the «International Coach Federation» and is a course leader for the «Authentic Man Program». He has led workshops in communication, relationship, sexuality and intimacy in the US and abroad, both on his own and with Margot Anand. Jim has helped hundreds of men make positive, lasting changes in their lives. He is dedicated to helping grow the healthy masculine force in the world. SVAGITO R. LIEBERMEISTER Svagito holds a degree in psychology from Munich University, and has over 30 years practical experience in working with people as a therapist. He studied the deep tissues massages, neo-reichian breathing and energy work, Family Constellation, and trauma healing. Disciple of the Indian Mystic Osho, he experienced a vast range of meditation technics, and uses them in his own training in neo-reichian breathing, in Family Constellation and Man/Woman therapy. Svagito wrote two books: "The roots of love" on Family Constellation and "the Zen way of counseling" a meditative approch to working with people. PASCAL SAVATIER Since his first training as a massage kinesitherapist, he has kept on growing: medical biosynergy, vocal ostheopathy, Theta healing. These modalities have expanded his ability to help others blossom on their life path. His own life was deeply transformed when he met Margot Anand and the Skydancing Training. He is in love with life, with his family, and with nature: he likes to sail and to hike in the mountains. 12
