It is, at once, a primal and throbbing vein that taps into its tribal heritage to infuse you with boundless energy, as much as it is a contemplative hermit that draws on hidden reservoirs of spirituality to calm your racing mind. 3 of Harmony Wayanad is made of rock and tree serenading each other, of meandering stream and the presence of nature in every square foot. As we soaked in the spirit of the land, the sketch of this community grew luxurious, soulful lodges that co-opt their immediate environment into their construct. Built on sloping land, each individual lodge intertwines harmoniously with the mountain into three distinct levels that embrace the wilderness at an aesthetic level, and invite it indoors to be an essential part of its soul. And, without such plebeian contrivances as compound walls, you can rest assured that nothing will ever get between you and your daily dose of inspiration.

But when the family decided to build a resort like no other, they didn t have to look far, and George conceptualised and built the iconic Orange County Resort, Coorg. that when you share a symbiotic union with values: functional, spiritual and aesthetic. In this case, this would have to be George Ramapuram, whose vision this entire project was. George was not someone who stumbled upon architecture, and a contrarian path, suddenly in life.
