1 SAINT MARY CHURCH, UXBRIDGE HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH MINISTRY REGISTRATION FORM We are excited to be entering our third year of an exciting new program as part of Youth Ministry called CHOSEN: YOUR JOURNEY TOWARD CONFIRMATION. This program is for all high school students entering grade 9 and older and wish to be confirmed. Teens who have been confirmed and would like to deepen their faith are also welcome to join in! We will begin on September 23, 2018 with Mass at 11 AM and with our kick-off event at 5PM!
