2 Dan 1:17 As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. Dan 1:19 And the king communed with them; and among them all was found none like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: therefore stood they before the king. 4 Pro 1:1 The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel; Proverbs-maŝha l- means to rule in the sense of mental superiority. Its not a collection of human wisdom, but of divine rules to govern our conduct, in civil, religious and business life. Deu 28:13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:
5 Pro 1:2 To know wisdom (chokmah-skilful wit in mind word or act).. There are 6 different words translated wisdom here in Proverbs and it will benefit you to know the difference. Chokmah- skilful wit in mind word or act Binah-discernment and discrimination Leb- wise hearted understanding Ormah-shrewdness, prudence, Subtley Sakal-Good sense Sekel- insight
