2 Ray dean reese Hello friends... I am so blessed to have been allowed by the Lord to spend 50+ years of my life singing with the Kingsmen! Thank you to our Crossroads family, the personnel and musicians for partnering with us in the making of this recording. I want to give thanks for the 42 years with my wife, Carolyn, who went home to meet her heavenly Father on October 5, Her dedication to me and the ministry of the Kingsmen was unsurpassed and she filled the role of quartet wife to perfection. Her support was what enabled me to be on the road because I could trust her completely with our home and family. This project is dedicated to her memory for the Legacy of Faith she left behind. Anything I m ever able to sing, do, accomplish, etc. is only by His grace and mercy. I thank the Reese family for taking a chance on me as a relative unknown more than five years ago. It would have been much easier and far less of a risk to hire someone already well-known within the industry. Because of their generosity and belief in me, I ve been able to go places, meet people and experience things that I never could have imagined. I d like to thank Ray Dean, especially, for his fiveplus decades of commitment to this ministry and for his commitment to me and the other guys on the bus. I thank my beautiful wife, Kansas, and our precious children Corley, Ellie and Will for their support and sacrifice in allowing me to honor this calling on my life. There is never a moment that you aren t in my heart, even when I m hundreds of miles away. I love you all so much! My mother, Helen, taught me everything I know about singing a gospel song. 4 randy crawford After 20 years of singing gospel music, it never ceases to amaze me that God has blessed me to do this. I hope I never take it for granted; this is the greatest message. Salvation only comes through Christ Jesus. There are too many people to thank individually...but I will give special thanks to my parents Dewey and Jeanette for pushing me, to my children Clayton, Cameron, Mitchell, and Grace for enriching and blessing me, and my wife Caroline for supporting, teaching, loving me and for always lifting me up when the road gets long.
