There are so many people that have stepped forward to help us with different events and activities. We have created new bonds that will never be broken and strengthened some others.

We also wish to thank you for your continued support throughout this year and our future endeavors. We know that each of you have the shrine at heart. We also want to thank the divan and their ladies.

We want to wish a big hearty tip of the fez to Ken and Debbie Mitz this next year. We have no doubt that you will continue to take our temple forward and make it successful!

The words slip my mind at the level of thanks that Tiff and I have for you and what you have done for us this last year. There are so many people that have stepped forward to help us with different events and activities. We have created new bonds that will never be broken and strengthened some others. Tiff and I wish to say thank you for your consistent commitment to Hadi Shriners and our shrine kids. We also wish to thank you for your continued support throughout this year and our future endeavors. We know that each of you have the shrine at heart. We also want to thank the divan and their ladies. We have enjoyed your company and friendship. We know that Hadi will be in good hands for years to come. We hope these next years will be some of the greatest years of your lives. We want to wish a big hearty tip of the fez to Ken and Debbie Mitz this next year. We have no doubt that you will continue to take our temple forward and make it successful! We know that you both will be a great leadership team and Mitzo will be a great CEO! Good luck and don't hesitate to call for help. Tiff and I are beginning a big journey this next year and hope to be successful in bringing new honor to Hadi Shriners. 8 Drum Corps Blasts By Jerry Minto Happy New Year to all of you from the members and friends of the Hadi Drum & Bugle Corps! We hope you had a joyous holiday season. The 2014 parade season is now history and we can now turn our attention to the upcoming 2015 parades. Now is the time to recruit new members and be ready for the first parade of the new season. The last week of November and the month of December was a busy time for the unit. We worked many hours at the circus, had a pizza party at the Roca Bar following the Friday evening performance of the circus, (weather permitting) marched in the Henderson Christmas parade, attended the circus worker s dinner, went caroling and enjoyed our Christmas party. Congratulations to Illustrious Sir Brian Ball on a very successful year as Potentate and we would like to wish Ken Mitz much success on his upcoming year as Potentate. Our officers for 2015 will be; Brian Lucas President, Tim Goin Vice President, Brad Lisembee Secretary and Neal Morgan Treasurer. This is a good time for all of us to make a New Year s resolution to support these officers in any way we can and make 2015 a great year for the D&B. We want to thank Rob Bell, our past President for the great job he did leading our unit in We s also like to thank Mike Taylor who served as our Divan rep for the past year, Mike did a great job keeping us informed of the many happenings going on at the Temple. For your information we are now in a new year so that means dues are now due. Let s get this done in a timely manner so I do not have to remind you again. Our first stated meeting for 2015 will be held on January 9th so I hope to see a large turnout and get President Brian started on the right foot. Hope to do this again next month and bring you past and future happenings of the Hadi Drum & Bugle Corps. HADI ORIENTAL BAND WEIRD NOTES Steven R. Wozniak Greetings Nobles and well wishes from across the Hot Sands. To our new Nobles, I hope you are reading this because WE would like you to become active with a unit or county club and enjoy the Brotherhood of being a Shriner! We invite you to stop by our Oasis any Tuesday evening at 7PM for fellowship, Camels Milk and our hospitality. I assure you that our band is full of life and we will enjoy your company. Another year is upon us and the band would like to thank the outgoing officers for their work this past year while welcoming the new officers for The Oriental Band would like to welcome our new President, Jake Gentry, Vice President, Kerry Dubuque, Treasurer, Keith Schnepper, Secretary, Denis Gentry and Quarter Master, Jeremy Hoesli. The band looks to have a great year with our new officer line. The Oriental Band had a great time at the Christmas Parade in Petersburgh on December 6. We would like to thank all Nomads that came out to participate. Randy Eades, Director, summons all Nomads of Hadi OB to practice every Tuesday evening at 7PM. Our successful Oasis gatherings will lead the band to our pilgrimage to the 2015 GLSA Jamboree is a special year for the Hadi Oriental Band as we will be host of the GLSA Jamboree in Evansville. We look forward to a big showing of members this year for our weekly practices and our Jamboree host endeavor. The 2015 officers would like to thank the OB members in advance for their dedication and support throughout the following year. We would like to welcome all social and active members to our scheduled functions the following year. The following function dates will be sent to all Nomads with payment of dues: Ladies Night, OB Breakfast, Family Picnic, and Christmas Party. We look forward to seeing all members at these functions for fellowship and fun. Please be sure to submit your dues for Remember our sick and shut-in brethren and their families in your daily devotion that they may receive divine blessings. Please when meeting these new Nobles make them feel as welcome as possible. Maybe we could get them to try on that green jacket. From all reports it sounds as if the Patrol bowling is holding their own, keep up the good work. Turn out for the Circus was rather robust, thanks for all your help ushering the public to their seats. It was also real nice to see such a large turnout at our last meeting a good time was had by all, lets keep this up next month also.! Up coming events, Parades at Henderson KY., Pike County, Princeton, Mt. Carmel, and Boonville, Patrol Christmas party. Please check with Captain Tom for parade participation and attire.! Lets not forget all the Nobles who are under the weather and unable to attend Shrine Functions please visit them or send them a card and let them know they are very important to us all.! Just checking but I believe this is my last Hotsands letter, I would like to thank all the Officers and Patrolmen for their input and patience. That being said I would like to wish all the Nobles of the Hadi Shrine a very merry and blessed Christmas, enjoy the holidays with your families and loved ones.! She had surgery at our St. Louis Hospital. When it was time for her to return home she cried because she did not want to leave. This tells you of the loving care that our patients receive.
