5 CHAPTER ONE CHRIST S MINISTRY OF HEALING

6 Jesus Christ had a ministry of healing. He performed miracles of healing everywhere He went. He healed the leper. He healed the crippled man by the pool of water. Everywhere He went our Lord Jesus Christ performed miracles. His ministry of healing flourished. In all Jesus performed about forty miracles. Today, you can be a miracle of Jesus Christ.

7 CHAPTER TWO Miracles Of Healing

8 The good news is that Jesus is still very much in the business of healing his children. He is a God that heals our infirmities. He has not changed. He will never change. The Bible in Hebrews 13:8 says Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever. Know that His power is still the same today as it was in the beginning and there is nothing too difficult for God, not even your own case. The Lord will reach out His hand and touch you today right where you are. He is touching you right now and He is effecting a healing change to your body. Receive your healing in Jesus name! The Healing of The Centurion s Servant - The Power of Intercession When a loved one is sick, it is a personal experience. We also feel the pain of the loved one in the sickness. We often pray for the recovery of our loved ones. We pray even without realizing we are praying. God answers those prayers. James 5:14 says Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him. This is simply the prayer of intercession. Anytime you pray for someone, you are interceding on their behalf. Any time you beseech God on behalf of a family member, friend, loved one, co-worker. You are interceding on behalf of that person. Therefore we must take the prayers of intercession very seriously. You must not wait until you are sick to pray for healing or call upon the Lord. Have faith that when you intercede on behalf of anyone, the Lord will hear you [a]nd the prayer of faith shall save the sick. James 5:16.

9 The Roman Centurion interceded on behalf of his servant and the Lord answered him and healed his servant. And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
