1 URC Psalmody s Heidelberg Catechism Series Catechism-to-Psalter Index by Michael R. Kearney June 25 th, 2014 For many years, old Dutch psalters included a special index in the back correlating each Lord s Day of the Heidelberg Catechism to psalms with similar subjects and themes. Now URC Psalmody presents a modern spin on this tradition. Below is a list of blue 1959/1976 CRC Psalter Hymnal psalm selections which we ve connected to the Catechism s Lord s Days in our weekly series. L. D.
