1 Another Beast Coming Up Out of The Earth Part Four I come before you today to give all praises to, and to His most precious Son,, and to pour out my sincerest and deepest song of praise. I extol my God,, and I praise His Son,, for ever and ever. is GREAT and greatly to be praised. In fact, His greatness is UNSEARCHABLE. And He is so very great that one generation shall praise His works to another, and shall declare His mighty acts. It is true that ALL men shall speak of the might of the terrible acts of. For they shall abundantly utter the memory of the great goodness of, and shall sing of His righteousness. Praise! Why do I speak continuously of my praise for, and His Son,? Because the Lord,, is GOOD TO ALL. He is so good that He sent unto the world His Only Begotten Son,, that the world may know that He is gracious and full of compassion. And so that we may know that His tender mercies are over ALL His works. Therefore, the saints of shall bless,, the Son of. They shall even Page 1

2 speak of the glory of the Kingdom of, and shall talk of His power. For the whole duty of the saints of is to make known to the sons of men the mighty acts of the Son,, and the glorious majesty of the Kingdom of that is to come. For the Kingdom of --in which all authority has been appointed to the Son, --is an everlasting kingdom, and its dominion shall endure throughout all generations. The world must bear witness that sent His Heavenly Son,, to uphold all that fall, and to raise up all those that be bowed down. For the eyes of all wait upon the Son,, and He shall give them their meat in due season. --the Son of --opens His hand to satisfy the desire of every living thing. is righteous in all His ways, and holy in all His works. There is a testimony in my heart that attests to the reality that is nigh unto ALL that call upon Him in truth. He is so high and mighty that He will fulfill every desire of them that fear Him. Even more, will also hear your every cry, and will SAVE you. Such proof lies in the truth that He has Page 2

3 sent us His Only Begotten Son into the world as our SAVIOR, DELIVERER, LIBERATOR, AND REDEEMER. preserves all them that love Him, but all the wicked He will destroy. And it is for these reasons, that my mouth shall continually speak the praise of the Lord,, and His Son,. So, let all flesh praise, and His Son, for ever and ever! (Psalm 145) It is, indeed, an honor to welcome you to part four of this seminar entitled, Another Beast Coming Up Out of The Earth. In our past seminars, has led us to some startling facts in regard to another beast, which we have factually proven to be Dr. Condoleezza Rice. On that account, let us read Revelation, Chapter 13, verses 11 and 12: [11] And I beheld another beast [Dr. Condoleezza Rice] coming up out of the earth; and [s]he had two horns like a lamb, and [s]he spake as a dragon. [12] And [s]he exerciseth all the power of the first beast [President George W. Bush] before [her], and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast [President George W. Bush], whose deadly wound was healed. Our decoding of Revelation, Chapter 13, verses 11 and 12, provided irrefutable evidence to validate that the first beast--president George W. Page 3

4 Bush--has the monumental task to bring about the ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. Notwithstanding, our body of facts disclosed that President George W. Bush is neither mentally nor intellectually competent to bring about the One World Government on his own and, subsequently, will be given additional assistance from another beast--dr. Condoleezza Rice. More undeniable documentation addressed the fact that Dr. Condoleezza Rice will use her superb intelligence, practical qualifications, and innate abilities to do everything she can to aid President George W. Bush in accomplishing his charge to establish the One World Government. We even affirmed, with credible facts, what it would take for Dr. Condoleezza Rice to assist President George W. Bush. What it would take, we told you, was for her to come up out of the earth. After careful study and thorough analysis, we concluded that the figurative expression come up out of the earth means that Dr. Condoleezza Rice would leave her position as National Security Adviser to President George W. Bush and achieve an even higher position. And while in this new position, she will exercise ALL of his power. At the time this initial study was done, we did not know what her new position would be. 5 However, today we know what this new position is: After Colin Powell resigned from his position, Dr. Condoleezza Rice was nominated by President Bush, and confirmed by the Senate, to be the next SECRETARY OF STATE in the second term of his presidency. This confirms her elevation from a lower position to a higher position as our research showed. Being the new Secretary of State--the chief presidential adviser on foreign affairs, and the highest ranking member of the cabinet, and the fourth in the line of succession to the presidency--puts Dr. Condoleezza Rice in the right position to exercise ALL the power of the first beast--president George W. Bush. Over and above, it is in this new position of Secretary of State that she will be fully capacitated to do all that is written in Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 13, which is our foundation Scripture for today. Therefore, let us read: And [s]he doeth great wonders, so that [s]he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, This Scripture leaves no question as to the fact that she --Dr. Condoleezza Rice--will do GREAT WONDERS on behalf of President George W. Bush, so much so that she will make fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. Therefore, our decoding of today s foundation Scripture Page 5

6 will begin with the first half of Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 13, which reads: And [s]he doeth great wonders Let us begin deciphering the meaning of this phrase, starting with the word doeth, which is the archaic form of the word do. According to the American Heritage Talking Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 1997, the word do means to carry out. We can interpret this to mean that Dr. Condoleezza Rice will carry out great wonders. That being so, what are great wonders? Great, the adjective used in describing the wonders that Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall carry out, is documented in the Merriam Webster s 11 th Collegiate Dictionary, copyright 2003, Computer Software, as something outstanding; remarkable in degree or magnitude. Dependant upon these facts, Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall carry out wonders in her new position as Secretary of State that shall either be considered outstanding or remarkable in degree or magnitude. With that in mind, let us define the word wonders. On the authority of The Oxford Universal Dictionary, copyright 1955, on page 2444, wonder, the singular of the plural wonders, is described as a Page 6

7 miracle ; and in the Random House Webster s Unabridged Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 1999, a miracle suggests an effect in the physical world that surpasses all known human powers. A logical deduction of these definitions infers that Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall carry out a remarkable effect in the physical world that shall surpass all known human powers. To surpass all known human powers, so to speak, means that she will do something that no other known human has had the power to do in the physical world. First, let us gain an understanding of what the physical world is, and then we shall acquire more about the effect that she shall carry out. In the Bartlett s Roget s Thesaurus, copyright 1996, on page 634, the physical world (#719.2) is synonymous to the world ; and in The Cassell Concise Dictionary, copyright 1998, on page 1684, the world is delineative of all nations of the world. Thence, she shall carry out an effect in all the nations of the world. The word effect as referenced in The Oxford Universal Dictionary, copyright 1955, on page 585, is something attained by an action; success in bringing about a change. 8 that in the position of Secretary of State, Dr. Condoleezza Rice will carry out something that will be attained by an action; and this something that she shall attain will be success in bringing about a change in all the nations of the world. In plain words, this change that she shall attain will be an action that will be so remarkable or outstanding in degree or magnitude that she will be regarded as having done something that far surpasses all known human powers. In coherence with these facts, let us identify what this change shall be. The Encarta Reference Library, copyright , Computer Software, characterizes a change as a shift. According to The Oxford Universal Dictionary, copyright 1955, on page 1873, a shift is depicted as a faculty of contrivance ; while contrive, the root of contrivance, on the same page, means to form a conspiracy. These facts substantiate definitively that Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall do something that surpasses all known human powers; and that is, to form a conspiracy among all the nations of the world to such a degree that it will be above and beyond what any known human had the power to do. 9 A conspiracy is recorded in The Oxford Universal Dictionary, copyright 1955, on page 377, as the action of conspiring ; and conspire, the root word of conspiring, on the same page, means to combine privily with to do something criminal, evil, or reprehensible (to excite sedition). In the same reference source, on page 345, the word combine means to agree ; while sedition, on page 1829 is defined as a violent strife. And in the Chamber s 21 st Century Dictionary, copyright 1996, on page 1396, strife is defined as bitter conflict. Even further, we can validate that Dr. Condoleezza Rice will agree with the first beast--president George W. Bush--to privily do criminal, evil, or reprehensible things among ALL the nations of the world to excite a violent and bitter conflict among them. At this point, you may be wondering how Dr. Condoleezza Rice will be able to perform such surreptitious acts. Hence, you must not dismiss the fact that, scripturally, it was given to her to exercise ALL the power of the first beast--president George W. Bush (Revelation 13:12). Hence, as the highest ranking member of the Bush cabinet, she shall use her position to attain all that is necessary by way of an action, which derived from the word effect, which originated from the word wonder. The Webster s New World Dictionary & Thesaurus, copyright 1998, Computer Software, affirms that conduct is equivalent to policy, which in The Oxford Universal Dictionary, copyright 1955, on page 1536, is characterized as diplomacy. Thus, these facts clearly authenticate that she shall do criminal, evil, and reprehensible things on behalf of President Bush among all nations of the world by using diplomacy. Diplomacy in The Oxford Universal Dictionary, copyright 1955, on page 514 is depicted as skill in the conduct of international intercourse and negotiations. On the basis of these definitions, we can draw a valid conclusion that Dr. Condoleezza Rice--who is the chief advisor on foreign affairs and is the highest ranking member of the Bush cabinet--shall agree privily with President Bush to use her skill in the conduct of international intercourse and negotiations among ALL the nations of the world to do criminal, evil, or reprehensible acts that will excite a violent and bitter conflict among them. In the same reference source, a treaty is defined as a formal agreement between two or more nations, relating to peace, alliance, trade, etc. Thus, the summation of international intercourse and negotiations describes how Dr. Condoleezza Rice will orchestrate dealings and initiate communication among all the nations of the world as well as how she will make arrangements for trade among all the countries to promote criminal activity. In addition, this also sheds light on how she will initiate communications between countries regarding formal peace agreements as an opportunity to do evil. Even more, how she shall form alliances with all the nations of the world with a clandestine objective to commit reprehensible acts among them. 12 Now that we have come to a full understanding of the phrase, And she doeth great wonders, we shall now proceed with the remainder of Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 13. And it reads: so that [s]he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, In the Merriam Webster s 11 th Collegiate Dictionary, copyright 2003, Computer Software, the phrase so that is a conjunction, and means that. The same reference source documents that that is used as a function word to introduce a subordinate clause expressing purpose. On the basis of these facts, it is rather clear that Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall engage in criminal, evil, and reprehensible acts among all the nations of the world to excite a violent and bitter conflict among them for the sole purpose of making fire to come down from heaven on earth in the sight of men. Maketh is the archaic present tense of make, and in the American Heritage Talking Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 1997, the word make means to cause to be. In accordance with these facts, Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall cause fire to be, and this fire shall come down from heaven on earth in the sight of men. With that being the case, what is fire? Page 12

From all of these facts, we can take into account that as a result of the violent and bitter conflict that Dr. Condoleezza Rice will create among all the nations of the world, she shall cause a flashing sword to come down from heaven on earth in the sight of men. Since this cannot be interpreted in a literal sense, we must deduce flashing sword to a palatable state. In The Oxford Universal Dictionary, copyright 1955, on page 711, the word flashing is the action of flash ; and in the Chamber s 21 st Century Dictionary, copyright 1996, on page 500, the word flash is described as a very short length of time; a brief but intense occurrence. Based upon the accuracy of these facts, we can determine that in the interest of President George W. Bush, Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall cause a sword to come down Page 13

14 from heaven on the earth that shall be for a very short or brief length of time, and shall be very intense in occurrence. The word intense is used to describe something that is severe, grievous, distressing, harrowing, afflictive, and critical (according to The Synonym Finder, by J. I. Therefore, what is this severe, grievous, distressing, harrowing, afflictive, and critical sword that shall come down from heaven on earth in the sight of men for a very short period of time? The word sword is documented in the Webster s New Collegiate Dictionary, copyright 1953, on page 859, as a symbol of power. And power in the Random House Webster s Unabridged Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 1999, is depicted as political ascendancy. In the same reference source, the adjective political means having a definite system of government. Therefore, based upon the validity of these facts, we can conclude that Dr. Condoleezza Rice has privily agreed with President Bush to do criminal, evil, and reprehensible acts among all the nations of the world to excite a violent and bitter conflict among them, which will result in Page 14

15 a DEFINITE system of government in ascendancy. And we have factually proven this definite system of government to be the One World Government. According to the Random House Webster s Unabridged Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 1999, ascendancy is described as the state of being in the ascendant ; and in the same reference source, ascendant means a position of dominance or controlling influence. Our documentation confirms that in consequence of her successful acts to excite a violent and bitter conflict among all nations, a DEFINITE system of government--the One World Government--will be put in a position of dominance or controlling influence over all the nations of the world. However, our facts reveal to us that this system of government--the One World Government--will be severe, grievous, distressing, harrowing, afflictive, and critical, and it will only last but for a short or brief length of time. It shall not be of President Bush s or Condoleezza Rice s volition-- because if they had it their way, it would last forever and a day. This shall be a length of time that has been decreed by. Let us read Revelation, Chapter 12, verse 12: Page 15

Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. Let us also read Daniel, Chapter 7, verse 25: And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. And lastly, we shall read Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 5: And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. In the fulfillment of these Scriptures, this very short or brief length of time that is decreed by is time and times, and the dividing of time or a period of forty two months, which is the equivalent of three and a half years. And it is during this short period of time that a definite system of government--the One World Government--will come down from heaven on earth, according to Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 13. What does this mean? On the authority of the American Heritage Talking Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 1997, come down means to be handed down from a Page 16

17 higher authority. In the Webster s New World Dictionary & Thesaurus, copyright 1998, Computer Software, hand down, under the word hand, means to announce or deliver. Thus, this definite system of government-- the One World Government--that shall be in a position of dominance and controlling influence, and that will be sustained for three and a half years, will be announced or delivered from a higher authority, which is heaven. The New Strong s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, Greek Dictionary, copyright 1990, on page 53, translates heaven as ouranos (#3772), pronounced oo-ran-os, in Greek, which means elevation. In The Synonym Finder, by J. I. Rodale, copyright 1978, on page 343, elevation is synonymous to mountain ; and on page 753, the word mountain is equivalent to summit. The Webster s New World Dictionary & Thesaurus, copyright 1998, Computer Software, defines summit as the highest level of officials. In agreement with these facts, we can validate that Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall use her knowledge in foreign affairs--to orchestrate dealings, initiate communications, and make formal agreements among nations--to do criminal, evil, and reprehensible acts to successfully excite a violent and Page 17

Further more, the most important or most powerful leaders of the world--such as people like Kofi Annan (UN President), Tony Blair (Prime Minister of Britain), Jacques Chirac (President of France), Hu Jintao (President of China), Junichiro Koizumi (Prime Minister of Japan), Vladimir Putin (Prime Minister of Russia), etc.--will announce or deliver their support of the One World Government to President George W. Bush. Therefore, we can make a definitive assertion that the effect of the violent and bitter conflict that Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall stir up among all nations with her criminal, evil, and reprehensible acts will be for the absolute purpose of causing the most dominant and influential government to come into being among all the nations of the world, and in the sight of men. These facts verify that Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall cause this new system of government--the One World Government--to come into being. That being so, it will no longer be imaginary or the product of dreams, but rather this government will exist as fact, and will be the dominant and controlling influence of men. This is why all the great wonders that Dr. Condoleezza Rice will do will surpass all known human powers, because she will bring the One World Government into the reality of men that no one has ever had the power to do. In the American Heritage Talking Dictionary, Computer Software, copyright 1997, society is characterized as institution and common culture; the rich, privileged, and fashionable class; the lower class. Thus, these definitions conclude that the ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT shall be the reality of society. This means that it will exist, as fact, among the institutions and in all common cultures of the world. In addition, it will be notable in the rich, privileged, and fashionable classes, as well as in the lower class. However, it shall only remain for a short or brief period of time, as decreed by. The conclusion of this whole matter is that Dr. Condoleezza Rice shall use her knowledge in foreign affairs--to orchestrate dealings, initiate communications, and make formal agreements among nations--to do criminal, evil, and reprehensible acts to successfully excite a violent and bitter conflict among them. Bush. However, what President George W. Bush and Dr. Condoleezza Rice don t know is that is using the two of them to gather ALL the nations of the world under the One World Government, so that at the appointed time, He may place His Only Begotten Son,, over them to rule the nations, and to build His One World Theocratic Government, which shall never be destroyed. Let us read Daniel, Chapter 2, verse 44: And in the days of these kings shall the God [ ] of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. I thank, and His Son,, for this blessed opportunity to be one of the many vessels chosen to receive wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. 23 explore the meaning of our next verse, Revelation, Chapter 13, verse 14, which reads: And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which [s]he had power to do in the sight of the beast[president George W. Bush]; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast [President George W. Bush], which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
