4 My Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren She loved to praise the Lord, she was a devoted faithful member. She loved to tell people about the goodness of the Lord She loved to tell people, Thank you and I love you so much She was a mother and grandmother to all the neighbor hood kids. The celebration of life for Joyce Mae Feaster Stowers started on December 31, 1934 and she went to glory on August 28, She was the daughter of the late Hosea L. Feaster and the late Dollie Mae McCurry Feaster. She joined New Hope Hart Baptist Church at an early age and became Sunday School Secretary at age 19. She also served as a club captain. She was married on December 22, 1954 to the late John E. Stowers for 35 years until his passing on June 29, After marriage she moved her membership to Sanders Grove Baptist Church where she sang in the Adult Choir and also served as the church secretary. She also served as the secretary of the mother board and belonged to the senior mission. She returned her membership to New Hope Full Gospel Church in 1994, where she was an intercessor, choir mother, den mother and she also started the first nursery. Joyce later started attending Greater Heights in Christ Church under the guidance of her son, Pastor Checo Stowers. One son Rocko V. Stowers, one sister, Irene Wright and a brother Malo Feaster preceded her to glory. To God s keeping she leaves nine children: Lynn Stowers (Mary), Kenneth Stowers (Donna), Letelia Brewer (Dwight), Rodvous Stowers (Gail), Checo Stowers (Lydia), Peresio Stowers (Ann), Ramano Stowers (Tammy), Speizio Stowers (Dawn), and Shadonne Battiste (Russell); she also leaves to cherish her memories a brother, Monroe Feaster; and sister, Alice Brown; 25 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

6 My Poem To John Wait for Me Nothing seems the same since you went away, There s an emptiness in my heart As I live from day to day. In remembrance I recall the things we shared, the years we spent together (34) years. How our love sustained us through sunshine and stormy weather. God says, weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. And I know one day, I ll see you in a new day dawning, where no more tears will dim my eyes, where pain and sorrow won t break my heart, for I know in heaven we ll never have to part. I know your sufferings are over and you made haven your home. So until the day we meet again, I ll go on alone. When my life is over, until the day God sets my spirit free, I know we ll be reunited, So please darling wait for me. I loved you so very, very much and still do. Your wife Joyce My Poem To My Children, Quidon & Little Joyce I want to say, I loved you all, before and after God has called and as I lay here very still I can not say just how you feel, but then there comes a day, When we all must go away.
