Admin with RCA support if needed RCA will help fund supplies, etc. for the musical and help build awareness and promote attendance at the event. This is classroom by classroom. Room Coordinators help lead efforts to make this a special week. No RCA funding. RCA will fund something special for this day. Ms Campos can advise RCA. Please only use P-Card. RCA organizes this event in conjunction with Admin. Last year it was a cocktail reception in MCE. We invited teachers, admin and around 30 returning parents to help welcome new parents. The kid-free event allows parents to connect without distraction. Jason plans this event around a theme. RCA Field day leads (Janet London & Anita Mehta) coordinate to support Jason with execution. Last year it was an Olympic theme. Generally all about teamwork challenges and reaching goals together rather than individual competitions. Please only use P-Card for purchases. An end of year dinner in the MPR for students who participated in the middle school sports and their families. Trophies and medals are awarded. Mr Kevin and Mr Jason speak about each athlete in a special way. Mr Kevin chooses a parent to help organize the catering. RCA will fund. Please only use P-Card. This is an admin thing. RCA does not normally participate. The RCA will fund $500. The 7 th grade families usually plan this event. Please only use P_Card.
