But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in My people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying. There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.

28 Why did God bring the judgment of the Flood upon the whole world if all mankind is not under judgment? Why did God bring the judgment upon Sodom, Gomorrah, and the cities about them (being that none of them were "called")? Why did Obadiah prophesy against Edom? Why was Jonah sent to Nineveh to call them to repentance if they were not under judgment anyway (i.e., not being "called")?

30 JUDGE: Is there any Scripture that witnesses that all are not under judgment now? Are there any Scriptures that oppose what we have seen thus far?
