Polce were lpped off lo the kllng by Mrs. Purleys son from Walllngtord. Coroner James J. Corrlgan todaydsclosed that Mrs. Hurlbert accused of fatally shootng her husband n hs sleep yesterday mornng had been under a physcans care for several months. Corrlgan and East Haven Polce sad Mrs. Else Hurburt, GO, of Thompson Street, n Foxon secton of town, had quarreled wth her husband, Purly, 2, durng ths perod, and also before she consulted a physcan..22 Calber Bllc Used Polce Chef Edwn Prest sad Mrs. Hurlburt has admtted fatally shootng her 2-year old husband as he was sleepng about 8 A. M. The weapon used was a.22 calber rfle. Patrolman Walter Heck quoted Mrs. Hurlburt as sayng she and her husband had been quarrelng tor years. She had decded lo leave home and had her bags packed when she apparently changed hor mnd, accordng to Heck, and shot her husband. He sad Mrs. Hurlburt told hm she reloaded the rfle and then shot hm a second tme. She was gong to shoot hm a thrd tme, accordng to Chef Prest, but for an unknown reason changed her mnd. Glen Moor Housng Project Completed The erccllon of 9 homes bult under the State Housng Act, by the Mauro Constructon Company and sold through offce of Leonard Jordan Assocates has been completed. The development, named Glen Moor, s located at Rver and Rock Street n East Haven. Four basc type of homes were bult wth varous front elevatons. Three types of Capo Cod homes wth expanson attlas are avalable. Tle baths and steam heat wth ol were nstalled n the Cape Cod homes and hot water leat wth ol and the bath n the ranch house. Brust, our general plant manager, has floatng at anchor n hs own backyard on the shorelne at Stony Creeft,. A 28-foot cabncruser-whch he helped buld was launched late n August. A seashore home and boat-ownng frend started Mr. Brust thnkng about a boat ot hs own. Three years ago, he and hs wfe, Betty, took a navgaton course at Yale Unversty n antcpaton of some day ownng ther own cruser. "Whenever you plan to buld or buy somethng expensve," Mr. Brust sad, "ts best to consult someone relable; and dd just that. called on the Johnson Boat Company n Short Beach,, whch has blt everythng from rowboats to large crusers.
