5 Featured Speakers Dr. Michael Catt has served as Senior Pastor of Sherwood Baptist Church since The church has 3,000 members and has averaged one hundred baptisms each year. Sherwood has changed from a neighborhood church to a regional, multi-ethnic congregation with members from eleven nations. The church has three campuses covering 130-plus acres the main church campus, the lower school campus and the upper school campus. Sherwood Pictures began as an out of the box outreach of the church. Michael has served as the Executive Producer of Flywheel, Facing the Giants and Fireproof, as well as several music and video projects. Michael and his wife Terri have been married since They are the proud parents of two grown daughters, Erin and Hayley. Dr. Doug Broome has served as Senior Pastor of, since March He has served over thirty years in pastoral ministry, having also pastored churches in Brookhaven, Waynesboro, and Yazoo City. Bro. Doug holds an undergraduate degree from Mississippi College and Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. An avid reader, runner, and cyclist, Bro. Doug is also an accomplished track and cross country coach. Additionally, he is involved in the Natchez community, taking part in local events such as Angels on the Bluff and the Historic Natchez Tableaux. Bro. Doug is joined in ministry by his wife, Gwenette. They have one adult son, Bradley, who lives in the Jackson area. Dr. Ronald T. Meeks is the Professor of Bible and Director of Church Relations and Ministerial Recruiting at Blue Mountain College. He was born and reared in Corinth, MS. He was saved and baptized as a member of Oakland Baptist Church in Corinth. While a teenager he felt called to preach the gospel and was licensed to the gospel ministry (1975). He received the Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Bible and English from Blue Mountain College (1983). Later he earned the Master of Divinity degree in Biblical Studies (1986) and the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Pastoral Ministries (1996) from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Meeks joined the faculty of Blue Mountain College in 1997 at the retirement of Dr. James L. Travis. His primary roles are to teach the Bible and help young people prepare for the gospel ministry. Dr. Meeks is married to Julie Bertsche of Atlanta, GA. He has three children: Matthew, Charlie, and Carolyn Grace. The Meeks make their home in Corinth, MS. Dr. Ronnie Floyd has been a pastor for over 40 years. His experience, wisdom, and passion for God make him a powerful proclaimer of God s Word. He teaches principles from the Bible that encourages and uplifts thousands of people all over the world via TV, the Internet, podcasts, radio, speaking engagements, and books. Since 1986, Pastor Floyd has served as the Senior Pastor of Cross Church, Northwest Arkansas. In June 2016, he completed a two-year elected term as President of the Southern Baptist Convention. Dr. Floyd s ministry as a local church pastor has been one of commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and the advancement of the Gospel to America and around the world. Dr. Floyd and his wife, Jeana, have two sons, Josh (Kate) and Nick (Meredith), and seven grandchildren.
