VINCENT DE PAUL CHURCH The Resource Exchange is a program of the Social Action Committee at St. Vincent de Paul Church. We place homeless persons in apartments in cooperation with Health Care for the Homeless. We are always looking for gently used small furniture pieces and household items. 4 Respect Life Ladies Auxiliary We are asking for your continued prayers for the dignity of all life from conception until death, especially for the unborn and anyone whose life is in danger. The baby bottles, items and clothing are due next weekend October 28th-29th. If you did not receive a bottle and would like one they can be found at each of the doors of the Church. Thank you for your continued support and generosity. Social Concerns Beans & Bread The following date for Beans and Bread 2017 are: Nov. 18: Dec : Jan. 20, Feb. 17, Mar. 17, Apr. 21. 5 Knights of Columbus Bingo: Our next Monthly Cash Bingo will be held on Saturday, November 4 th at 6:00 pm in the parish hall. The Jackpot will be played for 53 numbers or less. Tickets are $12 in Advance or $15 at the door and may be purchased in the parish hall after all weekend masses on October 28 th & 29 th or call John at Bull & Oyster Roast: NEXT WEEKEND WILL BE THE LAST WEEKEND TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THE BULL & OYSTER ROAST! Mark your calendar for Sunday, November 12 th! That s when the Knights will hold our annual Bull & Oyster Roast to benefit the Church of the Annunciation, in the parish hall. State Scholarship Opportunities: The Maryland State Council of the Knights of Columbus is the sponsor of several High School scholarships for its members and for Catholic Students in general. Awards may be applied to tuition payments only.
