Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. 2

First I would like to say, this is the Revelation of Jesus Christ. This is not the Revelation of the Apostle John. Some commentators have contributed this revelation to John, but the Introduction of the first verse tells us that this revelation belongs to God the Father and He gave it to his son Jesus Christ, and Jesus gave it to His servants. This Revelation is only for the servants of Jesus Christ. If someone wrote you a letter and someone else opened it and read it even thought the letter was not address to them how would you feel. I will tell you how you probably would feel. You probably would feel violated, intruded upon and offended that some has open your mail. This letter is only for the Servants of Jesus Christ. Everyone who calls themselves a Christian in this day and age doesn't mean that they are a servant of Jesus Christ. Jesus said to His disciples in Matthew 13:11, Because it is given unto you know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. The Things to be revealed in this vision is about the things which must shortly come to pass; Jesus also sent and signified it by his angel, that is by his presence in the vision so that we would know who is the author and intended audience for this revelation. It was Jesus who laid his hands on John and revealed the vision unto him. 3

To signify means to be an indication of; to show or make known as by a sign or symbol. Like a sign that indicate a railroad crossing, you do not put the track or train on the sign to indicate the train tracks are ahead, but you see a yellow round sign with a X on it to indicate as a sign or symbol that there are train tracks ahead. So it is with this Book of Symbols, which is not be interpret literally, but the signs or symbols are to be explain as indicating something else. This book is about Jesus Christ and His bride. It talks about candlesticks, seals, trumpets, beast, a dragon, frogs, rivers, fountain, stars, the moon and the sun. It talks about the things that we see and understand to be interpreted as symbols relating to condition that existed at the time of the writing and what would take place in the future. It's about earthly things being symbolized to represent spiritual things. Jesus said on one occasion if I tell you about earthly things and you believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? John 3:12. Jesus told John to write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter. Rev. 1:19. This is speaking to the past, present and future. This Revelation was to cover the ages. This Revelation is the record of God. This Revelation is the Testimony of Jesus Christ. 4

This is also the testimony of all the things that John saw in the vision The Purpose of Revelation 1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto Him to show unto His servants things which must shortly come to pass? And He sent and signified it by His angel unto His servant John, 2 who bore record of the Word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. 3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein; for the time is at hand. What does Revelation mean? The discovering to others of what was unknown to them. Disclosure, enlightening, an act of revealing or communicating divine truth. The Source of Revelation: This Revelation came from God, to Jesus Christ his son. The Revelation did not come by man. The purpose of the Revelation: To Show to his servants (The Saints), things that 5

would shortly come to pass or transpire in the following ages to come. Why? In order that the church might be aware of the enemy s battle tactics so they would know how to prepare to fight and conquer. It reveals clearly what the battle is, and where the battle is. We need to know the revelation because we have all been affected by those things which John saw in the vision. John saw spirits and forces at work, which are present in the world today. These spirits are loose and can affect our soul if we let them. So we see that church history can teach us something if we will let it, we can profit by other s failures and mistakes as well as their victories. The bible says in, 1 Cor. 10:11 Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, on whom the ends of the ages have come. NKJV This Revelation is signified by His Angel, unto his servant John. This means that it is written in a language of symbols. A symbol we know is something that stands for, or suggests something else by reason of association or relationship. The Bible is comprised of 66 books, 39 in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament and it took a period of about 1500 years to write them. The bible was written by 40 different men who spoke, as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. These men 6

were farmers (herdsman), and fisherman, etc. Some were educated like Paul and some were Tax Collectors, and some were uneducated, but they were all from many different walks of life. I am convince that you can go to the best seminaries in the world and still not understand God s Holy Word. Schools may make doctors, lawyers and teachers, but it takes God to make a preacher. Because a holy man will live with God, walk with God, He is God s instrument. He is the pen in God s hand. These books don t belong to the writer, it belongs to the author. He is simply God s secretary, He is God s hands, eyes and ears, and he is simply writing down what God said. The letter belongs to God. He is the owner. The key to doing anything for God is you must be holy. Now we come to the book of Revelation, It is the very zenith of the bible. It is God s last words in Prophecy to man. It is the most powerful presentation of God s Word; it is God s Word in a graphical panoramic vision. It is God s word in powerful symbols. There are some folks who don t regard the book of revelation as a useful book today. Some has said don t read that book you will go crazy. Therefore it should be presented in a graphical panoramic presentation. Why? People have a tendency to retain more of what they see, than what 7

they hear. Hab. 2:1,2 The Servants of God The Servants of God (show unto His Servants) First of all let me say the book of revelation is not for everyone. The unrepentant, the unregenerate, those who are yet living in sin and those who are just religious without a real experience of the new birth, living free from sin cannot understand the book of revelation. In Revelation verse 1, the bible says The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto Him to show unto his servants. Now everyone is not a servant of God. Just because you go to church and sing in the choir and may have been baptized doesn t make you a servant of God either. You must be born again and in the Kingdom of God. God's Time Clock God s Time Clock (must shortly come to pass) Now the things that God wants to show unto his Servants, must shortly come to pass. We will take a look at God s time clock. The term must shortly come to pass denotes a time period. Believe it or not, God actually has a time clock and it s in the bible to help us in our study, we will like to learn a little bit about God s time clock. Down through the 8

ages God has always had a period when He dealt with man on some level. There was the antediluvian age (Noah), there was the Patriarch Age (Abraham), and The Age of the Law of Moses, there was the age of the Prophets, all the way up until John the Baptist. God in every age has always revealed to his people the coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ our Lord. Now some will tell you that God s clock of prophecy stopped at Calvary, and that it will not start ticking again when Jesus return, But that is not true, for God s clock is ticking right now. One scripture says Now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. The following passage denotes time and a day, and we shall talk about that day. If God s time clock has stop, no one could get saved. God time clock has not stopped concerning salvation and has not stop in regards to prophecy being fulfilled either. The Key to the Book of Revelation The Symbols: (He signified it) Some may ask why is the book of Revelation written in symbols? An army doesn t allow its enemy to know it s battle plans, and so it is with God s army. These signs and symbols are for the saints (the servants of God). Also for some people, you have to get them to understand spiritual things by natural examples. Christ used symbols and parables in much of his language. Sometimes He addressed his 9

listeners as sheep, they were not literal sheep, but he style them as sheep to show the purpose of a shepherd. Figurative language is used throughout the bible a lot. He said my sheep hear my voice. Only His children can read the message. He uses signified language or symbolic language, because only His sheep can understand it. The word signified mean symbolic. The Disciples also on one occasion wondered why does he talk to them in parables. Matthew 13:10, 11 says; And the disciples came and said unto Him, "Why speakest Thou unto them in parables?" He answered and said unto them, "Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, but to them it is not given. There are some things or mysteries, revelations, prophecy only for the sheep ears, they are not for the world, they are not for the religious. Rev. 1:1 says The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants. If you are not His sheep, than this message is not for you. The Revelation is given to us, for encouragement. It will inspire one s faith in Jesus, It will increase one s vision of the church. The Blessing of Revelation. Rev. 1:3 10

Blessed means happy is he that obeys and that God s approval rest on such a one. Also it is a blessing to read, and a blessing to hear, and a blessing to keep the words of this prophecy. Why? For the time is at hand. The sad part is that with every blessing there that is a curse is God s solemn warning. Rev. 22:18,19, for I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; (19) and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. NKJV The Inspiration of Revelation 2 Tim 3:16,17 All Scripture is given by False concepts of Revelation exposed; It s a isolated book It s too hard to understand Don t read that book, you will go crazy and lose your mind This book is the mind of Christ. It reveals his attitude 11

toward the church and false religion. It is the testimony of Jesus Christ. Rev. 19:10 and I fell at his feet to worship him, but the angel said to me See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. NKJV Note: This was a church of God pastor; one may say how do you know? He was a fellow servant (a man) Your Brethren (spiritual brother) He had the testimony of Jesus Biblical scholars classify interpretations of the Book of Revelation into three categories: The Preterist view, the Futurist view, and the Historic view. Preterists understand the visions of the Book of Revelation as allegorical recounting of the Roman Empire s persecution of the Early Church. Futurists believe the Book of Revelation describes the events that surround the Second Coming of Christ and the ushering in of a millennial Kingdom of God on the earth. 12

Historicists view the Book of Revelation as a symbolic depiction of events in history ranging from the First Century to the end of time. The Church Historic View This study approaches the Book of Revelation from a branch of the Historic interpretation known as the Church-Historic interpretation. The primary difference between the Church-Historic and the Historic interpretations is that the Church-Historic view interprets the Revelation as a prophetic preview of church history whereas the Historic view takes a more general approach to history dealing with the political and social conditions of the Christian era The Seven Trumpets Introduction Text: Revelation 8:1-2:1-6 Before we tackle the sounding of these trumpets, we must back up to the opening of the seals, for when he had opened the seventh seal there was a silence in Heaven, then these trumpets prepared themselves to sound. We will deal with the opening of the seventh seals first, to get a better understanding of the preparation of these trumpets sounding. 13

In Revelation the 5 th chapter, we see the Book that was sealed with seven seals was in God s Hand, not man s hand. And we see an Angel proclaiming with a loud voice, who is worthy to open the book, and loose the seals. No man in heaven, or in the earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. John said he wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. One the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals. Thank God, Jesus took the book and opened the seals. He opened that portion of truth that was to be revealed to us through his word. Christ is the only one that can break the seals, there is none other. It takes Christ to open up truth to us through the Holy Spirit. You can read the word until you are blue in the face, and still not understand what you are reading. For Peter 14

lets us know, in 2 Peter 1:19-21, knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. NKJVT This prophecy that we are studying can t be privately interpreted either, that is your thoughts will not work, when it comes to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Ghost is the only legal interpreter of God s Word. Your opinion and your ideals have no place in the matter. First of all to get the right interpretation you must be a holy man of God. You must speak by the Holy Ghost, for it must be his will and not yours. The prophets of old only spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. Revelation 8:1 says that there was silence in Heaven, What does silence mean? The word silence is used in the bible to symbolize fear and reverence. Hab 2:20 But the LORD is in His holy temple. Let all the earth keep silence before Him." NKJV Silence also meant the act of consecration and preparation. Ps 141:1-3 LORD, I cry out to you; Make haste to me! Give ear to my voice when I cry out to you. 2 Let my prayer be set before 15

you as incense, the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. 3 Set a guard, O LORD, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips. NKJV Revelation 8:1 has reference to the seven angels consecrating themselves i.e. standing before God preparing themselves before God, to sound, they were not ready to sound without the proper preparation. This is why they were standing before God. God must prepare us for his ministry and work of the church. You can t prepare yourself. Schools make doctors, lawyers, and teachers, but it take God to make a preacher. For a preacher will live like God, walk with God and talk with God. Let s look at the scenery here; The Place was inside the Tabernacle (The House of God) 16

There was a silence (the world must be completely shut out, there must be a complete absence of sound, devotion without distractions) Matt. 6:5-15. Seven Angels standing before God (Consecration) Note: the work and consecration of the Priests This altar of incense was before the throne (the altar was just before entering the second room, where the throne or mercy seat was). This is where God s presence and Shekanah Glory was. The Altar of Incense was also made of acacia wood covered with beaten gold. (Fine gold leaf built up in layers) Upon it burned a mixture of precisely measured ingredients, specified by the Lord. These ingredients were to be used only in the Tabernacle and later the temple, but never in anything else, in that precise measure. It also has horns, as did the Altar of Sacrifice, these represent power and authority. This is a sacrificial altar as well, but not one of the flesh, but one totally of the Spirit. This is the place of intercession. The Torah speaks of prayers as sweet incense. The incense burned continually, night and day upon 17

it. This is the last stop before entering into the presence of the Lord. We are to pray without ceasing, to pray on all occasions, to offer the sacrifice of praise, the fruit of our lips that confess his name. The Altar is in the center of the room because prayer is access to God. Yeshua (Jesus) is forever standing at the right hand of God himself, interceding for us. We gain access to God first through his prayers for us, and then our own. An altar only exist for one thing, just ask the little lamb that was brought to the altar this is not a place of blessing; it is a place of death. But if we can embrace that death, then perhaps we can see God s face. I m talking about the New Testament equivalent of death, which is repentance, brokenness, and humility before the Lord. The complete dying of one s fleshly desire. Too many times we only give lip service to God Word, we say the word is true, but we act like it isn t. What if God meant what He said? What if it s true that only dead men see His face? We are too easily satisfied with things that are not quite what they ought to be. Like Moses, we need to cry out, I beseech thee, show me thy glory. God s response was; Thou 18

canst not see My face: for there shall no man see Me and live (Ex 33:7-23; 34:1-10) When Moses asked God to show him His glory, the Lord warned him that no man could see Him and live. Even in the new covenant, this statement is true. Only dead men can see God. There is a connection between His glory and our death. Moses began to press his case before God, I want to, I ve got to, Moses already had received the architectural details of the pre-calvary model of salvation and man s restoration to His presence. So, just having the model (shadow) and the law was not enough. I believed he knew the tabernacle, and its furnishings and utensils all had symbolic meaning. But it was not enough; he wanted to see the finished product. Note: the work and consecration of the High Priest In another example of death, consider the High Priest. It is said that the High Priest of old knew that he was a dead man walking, the term dead man walking applies to someone who is on death roll, When a condemned man begins his final walk to the the death chamber, just before they close 19

the door of the corridor, the warden or one of the chief guards will often shout through the hall, Dead man Walking. This is to let every one know that a man is spending his last few moments of life on the earth, and that they are to be still (silence) and honor death with respect. A real Christian is like a dead man walking. Rom 12:1. The High Priest in this respect knew that he was like a dead man walking. When the other priest tied a rope around his ankle while he looked at the heavy veil separating him from the Holy of Holies. The only way he would ever walk out of that room alive was solely by the mercy and grace of God. This is a very delicate matter when approaching Glory of God. We all talk about the glory, some say its gone and some say it s here, but it really isn t here, believe me when I say this. For if the glory of God ever showed up in full measure, we d all be dead. Mountains melt at His presence, how much more man s flesh! Paul said, that no flesh should glory in His presence. 1 Cor. 1:29. If there is flesh on the scene when Glory of God comes, then it will have to dead flesh on the scene also, because nothing can live in that presence. The only 20

mortal thing that can remain in His manifest presence and stand is dead flesh. These angels were standing before God, in silence (like dead men, or accounted as dead to every worldly thing). Because only dead men can see his face. This silence is a time or period of consecration, preparation, death to self, and life in Christ. Gal. 2:20. In order for the priest to enter into the temple they had to cover themselves with blood. When they entered that veil, there had to be enough smoke in that room to hide everything from view, even though they had followed every requirement. The way they knew the covering cloud was thick enough was if they couldn t see anything either. The priest had to fulfill all his duties, including the sprinkling of blood, by feel instead of by sight. The covering cloud was a reassuring sign to the man that he had a good chance of seeing the light of day again. So here we see seven messengers of God, standing before his presence, waiting for something to happen. This silence for the space of about an half a hour (50 years), Is a period of time, where the men of God and women of God, would consecration themselves in 21

preparation for the sounding of the seven trumpets. They were given seven trumpets (The Message for the Gospel Age) There was another Angel (this is Christ) This Angel (Christ) stood at the altar of incense (just like the high priest) Matt 27: Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. 51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. 54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God. KJV 22

Heb 10: For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. 15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, 16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; 17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. KJV Heb 10: Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; 21 And having an high priest over the house of God; 23

22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. KJV There was given to him much incense (symbolizing the prayers of the saints) This incense was to be offered upon the golden altar or (altar of incense) The smoke of the incense ascended up before God out of the Angel s (High Priest) hand. The Angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar of incense, and cast it into the earth: The Day of Pentecost, The infilling of the power of the Holy Ghost. There were voices, (Praise, shouts of victory) Thundering, (The Confirmation of God s voice and approval) Lightning, (The going forth of God s word) Earthquake. (Great Spiritual awakening) 24

Here we see the results of the preparation. And you cannot prove to me that you can take the censer and golden altar, make this a symbol of a college. The Sounding of the Seven Trumpets A.D The trumpets, in the Old Testament were used to call a assembly and to sound warning, Num.10:1-10. Seven Angels denotes a complete ministry, the ministry as a whole in its entirety. Seven trumpets denote a complete message of warnings, woes, and plagues in its entirety. This ministry stood before God, i.e. what they received they got it directly from God. No other source. The fact that they prepared themselves to sound, shows us through prayer and consecration and the baptism of the fire of the Holy Ghost, they would be able to set the world on fire. If you would notice every trumpet has a warning in it also after each trumpet sounded there is also a plague or woe to follow. Rev. 8:13 tells these plagues and woes are for those who inhabit the earth, the Apostate systems of man ruling religion. 25

Each of these plagues are to affect those who live in the apostate systems of religions. These plagues were sent to cause man to repent of his false religious ideals. Rev 9:20,21. Every woe affected the earth and its environment. 1. Hail, Fire mingled with blood was cast upon the earth. 2. The Mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea, and the sea became blood. 3. 1/3 of the creatures died in the sea. 4. 1/3 of the ships in the sea were destroyed. 5. The rivers and fountains of were turned bitter by woodworm. 6. 1/3 of the sun, moon, starts, day and nights were darkened. 7. The sun and air was darkened by the smoke from the bottomless pit, and the locusts came out of the bottomless pit onto the earth to destroy the inhibitors 8. Angels were bound in the river Euphrates. 9. The Horsemen with fire, smoke and brimstone issuing out of their mouth to destroy a 1/3 part of man Wrath is come, time for the dead to be judged, destruction to them that destroy the earth, the plague and great hail and the earthquake. If we would notice this warning was against the very things the people worshipped (Rev. 9:20,21 and the woes followed because the people didn t 26

heed the sound of the trumpets, see Ezek. 33 rd chapter. God s judgments affected the people and their total environment, only if people would harkens to the sound of the trumpet. Text: Revelation 8:1-2:1-6 Before we tackle the sounding of these trumpets, we must back up to the opening of the seals, for when he had opened the seventh seal there was a silence in Heaven, then these trumpets prepared themselves to sound. 32

Note: the work and consecration of the High Priest In another example of death, consider the High Priest. It is said that the High Priest of old knew that he was a dead man walking, the term dead man walking applies to someone who is on death roll, When a condemned man begins his final walk to the the death chamber, just before they close the door of the corridor, the warden or one of the chief guards will often shout through the hall, Dead man Walking. For if the glory of God ever showed up in full measure, 33

we d all be dead. Mountains melt at His presence, how much more man s flesh! Paul said, that no flesh should glory in His presence. 1 Cor. 1:29. If there is flesh on the scene when Glory of God comes, then it will have to dead flesh on the scene also, because nothing can live in that presence. The only mortal thing that can remain in His manifest presence and stand is dead flesh. The covering cloud was a 34

reassuring sign to the man that he had a good chance of seeing the light of day again. So here we see seven messengers of God, standing before his presence, waiting for something to happen. This silence for the space of about an half a hour (50 years), Is a period of time, where the men of God and women of God, would consecration themselves in preparation for the sounding of the seven trumpets. They were given seven trumpets (The Message for the Gospel Age) There was another Angel (this is Christ) This Angel (Christ) stood at the altar of incense (just like the high priest) Matt 27: Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. 51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 35

53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. 54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God. KJV Heb 10: For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. KJV Heb 10:

19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; 21 And having an high priest over the house of God; 22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. There were voices, (Praise, shouts of victory) 37

Thundering, (The Confirmation of God s voice and approval) Lightning, (The going forth of God s word) Earthquake. (Great Spiritual awakening) Here we see the results of the preparation. And you cannot prove to me that you can take the censer and golden altar, make this a symbol of a college. What a beautiful picture John saw here. Another angel came He was not of the seven, for He was another. This was Christ. He ad much incense that was to be offered with the prayers of all saints. Incense is a symbol of prayer. Psa. 141:2 Here we see Christ praying for the ministry to be filled with the Holy Ghost and fire. The golden altar was the one before the vail in the temple, showing us the Holy Ghost is for the saved. So Christ is pointing the ministry to the infilling of the Holy Ghost. The smoke of the incense mixed with prayers of the saints ascended up to God. Christ filled the censer with Holy Ghost fire from the altar cast it into the earth, earthen vessels. 38

He anointed this ministry for service. Immediately there followed voices, thundering, and an earthquake. Voices were praising God. There were thundering, were the understanding of the message, and an earthquake, was a spiritual awakening, and a shaking of that which is earthly. And the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. Before the trumpet can be blown effectively like God wants it to be, there must be a preparation. The preparation includes study, 2 Tim. 2:15. It is important that the ministry have the knowledge of the seventh seal in their foreheads as they are the guiding power of God s church. It is their responsibility to teach the flock. Having knowledge of the doctrine is what seals out false winds. In the sounding of the trumpets of the Revelation symbolizes what John saw taking place while the gospel was being preached by the ministry of each trumpet age. 39

The First Trumpet A.D. 33 to A.D. 270 Rev. 8:7, The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth; and a third part of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up. In the sounding of the first trumpet we have blood mentioned and this explains in part the referred to in the revelation. The blood of Christ is included in this trumpet alone with hail and fire, (the solid truth of God s Word and the fire of the Holy Ghost). 1 John 5:8, 9. This is a fulfillment of what Christ said when he mentioned that, I will pray the Father and he will give you another comforter. Michael, according to Jude 9, is called an Archangel, and Michael is (Jesus Christ) See Dan. 12 th chapter. No one can deliver his people other than Christ, Himself. And He is the angel recorded here, casting fire into the earth off the altar (this second altar symbolize consecration) before his throne. And there were voices. Surely this was the scene of 40

the day of Pentecost, when a great preparation by God s ministry was made to carry the gospel of Christ up through the entire Holy Spirit dispensation to all people. And there was thunderings, a symbol of God s Voice, (God making known the revelation of his will). And there was lightnings a symbol of light being shown, or one being enlightened, (the understanding of God s will). And an earthquake, (which is a symbol of a spiritual awakening). In Acts 4 th chapter, when the saints were gathered together and praying, the place where they were was shaken and they were filled with the Holy Ghost. This also happened on the day of Pentecost. We have three earthquakes recored in the Revelation. The next one is when the sixth seal is opened, then the other one is happening now, in this seventh seal age. In each of these three earthquakes there comes an outpouring of the Holy Spirit and a great religious awakening. The very fires of revivals will break out. 41

And one third of the trees were burned up, at the sounding of the first trumpet. Trees are a symbol of people, see Isa. 61:3. And in this case when the people fought the truth, the truth turned against them, burning them up spiritually. Not only that, but all the green grass was burned up. See. Isa. 40:6,7; and 1 Peter 1:24. Grass is a symbol of people. The people of the Pagan Roman rejected Christ, and judgment was against them. Again, people are symbolized as trees as trees, who do live after the flesh. The unsaved are as grass of which were the people of Pagan Rome who lived after the flesh. See Rom 8:9. This is what John saw in the first trumpet age. 42

The Second Trumpet A.D. 270 to A.D. 530 And the second angel sounded and, as it were, a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea; and a third part of the sea became blood; 9 and a third part of the creatures which were in the sea and had life, died, and a third part of the ships were destroyed. In the time of the sounding of the second trumpet, or the gospel being preached by the ministry for this period of 260 years, John saw as it were, A Great Mountain, burning with fire, 43

cast into the sea. The church, termed Mt. Zion, is seen at this time, generally speaking, going into compromise, or apostasy with papal Rome. The sea, symbolize the people of the Catholic Church. See Rev. 17:15. And the beast of chapter 13 (The Papacy), coming up from the sea would symbolize the spirit of Rome, for this beast came out of the sea, the mountain went into the sea. In this age of compromise, according to bible history, the church did go into compromise and apostasy with papalism, but not as a whole, as we shall see in future explanations. One third part of the sea turning to blood would symbolize a people who were guilty of their own blood and the blood of Christ. They (the 1/3 of God s people) turned from the truth and died spiritually in the sea of Papal Rome. When anyone lowers the standard of Gospel truth and goes into compromise with false and deceptive religious spirits and movements, though he may be saved, when he does, he will eventually lose his experience and die a spiritual death. Men have and are still doing so in this modern day of deception. 44

One third part of the ships being destroyed would mean the message bearers (the preachers of the gospel), symbolize as ships used in the waters to transfer merchandise, so is the ministry of the church to transport or deliver the gospel. The gospel being transported by the ministry is, seen as ships transporting the goods of the gospel were destroyed in the sea of papalism, and now the third part of the sea, or Papal Rome, is made up of people that turned from the truth and are guilty of their own blood. The Third Trumpet A.D. 530 to A.D And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as if it were a lamp, and it fell upon a third part of the rivers and upon the fountains of waters; 11 and the name of the star is called Wormwood. And a third part of the waters became 45

wormwood; and many men died from the waters, because they were made bitter. During the sounding of the trumpet of this trumpet age, We see a Great Star fall from heaven, burning as a lamp, and it fell upon a third part of the rivers, and fountains of waters. Some minister have preached that this trumpet was during the time period 1530 to 1730, and their charts show no trumpet being blown during the time of the dark ages. But if we look a little, and consider the conditions of that time, we will agree that God has always had a people, a church, and a message going forth in every age. They may have had to hide in secret and 46

worship God, but Jesus has always had a message for his people, the church of God. John Wycliffe of the little group of Christians known as the Waldenses (named after Peter Waldo A.D. 1160, by those who opposed the truth he defended) translated the Bible into English, with the circulation of copies, the Word of God spread. John Huss of Bohemia came in contact with some of the Wycliffe writings and being enlighten he began preaching judgment and declaring gospel truth. In Bohemian Huss means goose. He was eventually burned at the stake in 1415 and while burning prophesied that although they could roast a goose, in 100 years God would send a swan they could neither roast nor boil. These were men greatly used of God; they sounded the trumpet of their age. They and their followers could not worship openly, but they were able to worship secretly. This Great Star is referred to as the gospel of Christ, The Light of his word. Matthew 4:16 says, the people who sat in darkness saw a great light. and to them which sat in the region 47

and shadow of death light is sprung up. And verse 17 says, From that time Jesus began to preach, and say Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. This scripture refer to the gospel light, Christ is the light of his word. A great star falling would symbolize the gospel light being taken from the people, the fact that it fell from heaven shows us that the Gospel Light was no longer visible for the people to see. The Roman Catholic Church during this time, took the bible from the people, and chained it to the pulpits. When the light was fallen from its heavenly position, it affected the 1/3 of the rivers and fountain of waters (the people). Instead of it being a great light, the word was made wormwood, (like a bitter plant), the light became bitter unto the people and began to kill them. See Amos 6:5. The Roman Catholic Church turned God s judgments to wormwood, it was like a bitter plant unto the people. They left off the righteousness of God, and instituted their own righteousness in the earth. 48

The Fourth Trumpet A.D to A.D And the fourth angel sounded, and a third part of the sun was smitten, and a third part of the moon and a third part of the stars, so that a third part of them was darkened; and a third of the day shone not, and the night likewise. 13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, "Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the other voices of the 49

trumpets of the three other angels, which are yet to sound!" In Luther Age; only 1/3 of the gospel (The Doctrine of Justification) was brought to light, and the third part of the sun, moon and stars being darkened symbolized the uncovered truth that is to be revealed in the next trumpet ages. In the Wesleyan Age; 2/3 of the gospel (The Doctrine of Holiness/Sanctification) was brought to light. This age would usher in a period of where the Holiness Revival brought in great spiritual awakening stirring God s people to a deeper consecration to things of God. In the Warner Age; 3/3 of the gospel (The Doctrine of Justification, Sanctification, and the Unity of God s people) was brought to light. This trumpet marks the rise of the protestant Reformation, when folks protested against the bondage of Catholicism. However, this reform actually began working in dissatisfied and hungry hearts some years prior to For example; John Wycliffe of the little group of Christians known as the Waldenses (named after Peter Waldo A.D. 1160, by 50

those who opposed the truth he defended) translated the Bible into English, with the circulation of copies, the Word of God spread. Martin Luther was that swan, a catholic priest. He cried out against indulgences and relics, as a means of pardoning sinners from their sins. He preached justification by faith through Bible repentance. He led the protestant reformation in Europe. Justification was the truth that came to light during the end of the dark ages. Luther denied the supremacy of the Pope, teaching that the just shall live by faith, that every man must have a personal contact with God. It was 1530 when his resume of Protestant doctrines was presented at the Diet of Augsburg, known as the 51

Confession of Augsburg. This marked the closing of the dark papal night and the cloudy day of sect making begin. The Fifth Trumpet A.D to A.D And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth; and to him was given the key to the bottomless pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit, and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. 3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth; and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 4 And it was commanded to them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those men who have not the seal of God in their foreheads. 52

5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months; and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion when he striketh a man. 6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. 7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared for battle; and on their heads were, as it were, crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. 8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. 9 And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots with many horses running to battle. 10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stingers in their tails; and their power was to hurt men five months. 53

11 And they had a king over them, the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue his name is Apollyon. 12 One woe is past; and behold, there come two more woes hereafter. The Fifth Trumpet followed the age of justification preached by Luther and other reformers for 200 years, we have the next and fifth church age at which time the Wesley s under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, brought more light, namely the doctrine of sanctification beginning in 1730, and extending over until 1880, a period of one hundred and fifty years. Under the reforms of the Protestants they brought back the message of Justification by faith which had been covered up during the dark age of Roman Catholicism. Martin Luther was the man to begin this Protest. We quote from Meyers Mediaeval History. Early in their contest with the Roman Sect, the Protestants became divided into three mutually hostile sects, Lutherans, zwinglians, Calvinist. These great Protestant communions finally broke up 54

into a large number of denominations or churches each holding to some minor point of doctrine or adhering to some form of worship, disregarded by the others, yet all agreeing in the central doctrine of the Reformation Justification by faith alone. Now the contentions between these different sects were sharp and bitter. The liberal minded reformers had occasion to lament the same state of things as that which troubled the Apostle Paul in the early days of Christianity, one said, I am of Luther; another said, I am of Calvinist; and another said, I am of Zwingli. Even Luther, himself denounced Zwingli as a heretic, and the Calvinist would have no dealings with the Lutherans. This went on like this for about 200 years, however, as long as they stayed true to God and to the light they had, which was Justification, I am sure they kept saved until the light of Sanctification was revealed in the fifth trumpet age, by the Wesley Brothers, beginning A.D The message the second work of grace, the doctrine of Sanctification/Holiness. This fifth Trumpet ministry continued to preach this message for 150 years, and anyone failing to walk in the light of this message died. God had a few people who embraced the truth on 55

sanctification and walked in the light of the same. The results and power of this message brought to view, a dead, fallen Protestant ministry under the fifth trumpet. Rev. 9:1, and the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth; and to him was given the key to the bottomless pit. We see here a fallen Protestant ministry falling from a heavenly position to an earthly position. The Key would symbolize the word of God. See. Rev. 20:1; Isa. 22:22; Matthew 16:18,19. All of the Dragon religions from Paganism, Papalism, and Protestantism (the three P s), are uniting together all that is false under one umbrella, through the spirit of ecumenicalism forming the eight beast power, that is already persecuting many of the saints in other nations as we write. There has been a move for about 500 years, ever since the first image to the beast was made to bring all religions together. Only the influence of the dragon could do this. In revelation, it is said that 56

the dragon went to make war with the remnant of the Woman (The Church of God) seed. There has been a great ecumenical drive to unite all religions in some way in one body. This new power isn t really new, it s the same old Dragon, and He is the same old scarlet colored beast, except he has someone riding him today. See Revelation the 17 th chapter. His rider is Mystery Babylon, the Great Whore. He is the eight Beast that is now coming against the Church of God. In many countries today, the Eight Beast is persecuting the Church of God. In many countries today around the world, God people are being persecuted by the dragon. I will name some of the countries, Afghanistan, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, China, Comoros, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Laos, Libya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritania, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman s, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria s, Tajikistan, Tibet s, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab emirate (U.A.E.), Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen. The blood of the Martyrs is yet the see of the Church. 57

These nations are symbolically style as Gog and Magog, These nations are gathered together against the Camp of the Saints, God s People. These nations have compassed the Camp of the saints already, but the fire of God s word is falling from Heaven and devouring these persecuting systems. These nations which are run by their Pagan Religious systems are being judged by him who sets on the Throne. Paganism, Papalism, and Protestantism are all bottomless pit religions that have no bible foundation. When a ministry takes the key or the word of God and preaches a false doctrine, they open the bottomless pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit, and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. The dragon power is called the bottomless pit, because it has no foundation of truth, but rather comes from the flesh or from an earthly source. James 3: The smoke coming out of the bottomless pit, as the smoke of a great furnace, would 58

symbolize the wrong spirit and the wrong worship which is image worship. This darkened the sun and the air, or it darkened the Gospel light and the spirits of the people. 3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth; and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. The locusts would symbolize a host of fallen people in Protestantism. (Nahum 3:15-19 Bruit = clamor; din report rumor). 4 And it was commanded to them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those 59

men who have not the seal of God in their foreheads. False doctrine will not hurt sin Grass of the earth is a symbol of the works of the flesh Green things symbolize the people who have the life of God, born again experiences. Trees, symbolize people that don t have a seal of the knowledge of the truth, cant be hurt by false doctrine. 5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months; and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion when he striketh a man. False doctrine will not kill people, but rather torment them. Five months is a symbol of 150 years, using a day for a year, from A.D to A.D And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. They try to die to sin and seek death, and desire to die, and death flee from them. You cant die to sin under a false doctrine. 60

7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared for battle; and on their heads were, as it were, crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. Horses symbolize warfare, a great host of protestant people in a religious warfare; crowns like gold, the victory false doctrine has gained over the protestant people. And their faces were as the faces of men; after all, the locusts have turned out to be just men. 8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. A woman s hair is her covering, and glory, here we see these were man with hair like woman, which symbolize false glory and a false covering, and their teeth as the teeth of lions symbolize, they devour with their doctrinal teachings. See 1 Peter 5:8. 9 And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots with many horses running to battle. 61

The Protestant beast looked like a lamb, but he spoke as a dragon. In the fourth beast of Daniel it had great iron teeth, and in the image of Nebuchadnezzar s dream, it had legs of iron. This would symbolize the power of the dragon doctrines (breastplates of iron) in hardening the souls of men, which would cause their souls to be hard to reach with the truth. 10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stingers in their tails; and their power was to hurt men five months. Tails like unto scorpions would symbolize the power of the devil in these false religions to hurt or to torment for five months: five times thirty would equal 150 days, using one day for a year according to time symbol interpretation, would be 150 years, from A.D to A.D And they had a king over them, the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue his name is Apollyon. The king over them is the devil, and he is the father of all bottomless pit religions. 62

12 One woe is past; and behold, there come two more woes hereafter. One woe is past, (grevious, distress, misery). This is caused by failing to walk in the light of sanctification. The second woe is because of failing to walk in the light of unity, the message of the sixth trumpet. The third woe is because of failing to walk in the light of seventh trumpet. The Rise of False Prophets 8And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. A woman s hair is her covering, and glory, here we see these were man with hair like woman, which symbolize false glory and a false covering, and their teeth as the teeth of lions symbolize, they devour with their doctrinal teachings. See 1 Peter 5:8. 9And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots with many horses running to battle. The Protestant beast looked like a lamb, but he spoke as a dragon. In the fourth beast of Daniel it had great iron teeth, and in the image of Nebuchadnezzar s dream, it had legs of iron. This would symbolize the power of the dragon 63

doctrines (breastplates of iron) in hardening the souls of men, which would cause their souls to be hard to reach with the truth. 10And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stingers in their tails; and their power was to hurt men five months. 12One woe is past; and behold, there come two more woes hereafter. One woe is past, (grevious, distress, misery). This is caused by failing to walk in the light of sanctification. The second woe is because of failing to walk in the light of unity, the message of the sixth trumpet. The third woe is because of failing to walk in the light of seventh trumpet. 64

The Sixth Trumpet A.D to A.D And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which stands before God, 14 saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Loose the four angels who are bound in the great river Euphrates." 15 And the four angels were loosed, who had been prepared for an hour and a day and a month and a year, to slay a third part of men. 16 And the number of the army of horsemen was two hundred thousand thousand, and I heard the number of them. 17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and they that sat on them had breastplates of fire and of jacinth and brimstone; and the heads of 65

the horses were as the heads of lions, and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. 18 By these three was a third part of men killed by the fire and by the smoke and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. 19 For their power is in their mouth and in their tails; for their tails were like unto serpents and had heads, and with them they cause hurt. 20 And the rest of the men, who were not killed by these plagues, yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold and silver, and brass and stone and of wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk; 21 neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts. The Golden Altar was the second altar; the brazen altar stood before the first entrance of the tabernacle, which is a type of Christ. The Second Altar or Golden Altar which is inside of 66

the first room (holy place), just before the Vail is the altar of Consecration and also was a type of Christ. There came a voice out from the four horns of the golden altar. This voice was Jesus speaking to the sixth trumpet ministry. The Altar was Christ, and the four horns represented his power, and these horns denotes power in the book of revelation. The fact that this voice came from the four horns of the golden altar shows us the power of Christ or the authority of Christ speaking to his ministry. These horns show us the power of his message. The message of Christ, in the gospel day of grace consists of four themes. 1. Repentance 2. Justification 3. Sanctification 4. Unity Under the Apostasy the message of Repentance was lost and replaced with penance. The message of Justification by faith was lost, and replaced with faith in the church, or salvation in the church. The message of sanctification was lost and replaced with outward works, and the message of unity was lost and replaced with the spirit of Sectism that is, Go to the church of you choice. 67

These doctrines have been covered up through the dark ages of Roman Catholicism. The 4 th trumpet brought back the Message of Repentance and Justification. The 5 th trumpet brought back the message of Sanctification/Holiness. This is where D.S. Warner got the experience from the message of the 5 th trumpet, which was preached during A.D and A.D Warner obtained a clear experience of entire sanctification and he taught two works of grace and two cleansing. This voice from the the Golden Altar of consecration, envision D.S. Warners and other with the word For both he that sanctifieth (Christ the Altar) and they who are sanctified are all of one Heb. 2:11. This was the voice from heaven, A voice speaking the midst of the Church of God, this was the message of that hour. The message was the sanctified are all one, those who has been set apart and cleansed by the word were all one, not two. Amen. This was a great message Unity, which could only be effected by those who had been truly set apart in Christ. 68

14 saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Loose the four angels who are bound in the great river Euphrates." This message was to liberate the four angels from the bondage of sect Babylon. These four angels (Messages) held back the judgments of God in these four man ruling ages of the four previous trumpets, because of a lack of knowledge. The full message of salvation was not preached in its entirety. See Rev. 7:1-8 And I saw another angel (The 6 th Trumpet Ministry) ascending from the east (Rev. 11:12), east is where the source of light come from. This angel had the seal of the living God, (The understanding of the sixth seal), and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and sea, Saying hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. (or give them the a knowledge of the evening light message of the sixth trumpet). They were holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind (Holy Spirit judgments) should not blow on the earth (earthly churches and doctrines) nor on the sea, 69

And the 70

same hour referring to this time, there was a great earthquake (spiritual awakening), and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to God of heaven. The second woe is past and behold the third woe comes quickly. A great host of Protestants were slain, this frightened the remnant See. Rev 6:13, this began with the Protestant ministry, who was not mature in truth, and failed to the walk in the light and also will include those under the sixth seal age who also fail to keep with the light. The Seventh Trumpet A.D Before the interpretation for the Seventh trumpet Angel come forth, I would like to share with you The Rainbow Angel and the Measuring of God s temple in Revelation Chapter 10 and 11 for they all tie in together. The Rainbow Angel Revelation Chapter 10 1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud; and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire. 73

2 And he had in his hand a little book open. And he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, 3 and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth. And when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. 4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write, and I heard a voice from Heaven saying unto me, "Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not." 5 And the angel, whom I saw standing upon the sea and upon the earth, lifted up his hand to heaven. 6 And he swore by Him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are therein, and the earth and the things that are therein, and the sea and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer, 7 but that in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as He hath declared to His servants the prophets. 74

8 And the voice which I heard from Heaven spoke unto me again and said, "Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel who standeth upon the sea and upon the earth." 9 And I went unto the angel and said unto him, "Give me the little book." And he said unto me, "Take it and eat it up, and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey." 10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand and ate it up, and it was in my mouth sweet as honey; and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. 11 And he said unto me, "Thou must prophesy again before many peoples and nations, and tongues and kings." The angel was clothed with a cloud. A cloud refers to a great number of witnesses, (Heb. 12:1) as a result of this angel sounding the trumpet, a great cloud of witnesses is manifested. He came down from heaven or was sent by God, not man. God s approval or anointing rested upon him. His credentials came from God. 75

A Rainbow was upon his head, this bow being the word, God s promise. Bit it being positioned upon his head, he was acknowledging Christ a his head. When the word comes from our Head, which Christ, the body will benefit from it. God has sealed his forehead with the knowledge of the word. His feet were as pillars of fire. They supported the truth and were shod with the preparation of the gospel. They would carry a fiery gospel, a gospel accompanied by the Holy Ghost fire. It would have burning affects that would burn, stubble, or chaff. He had a little open book in his hand. There are two sealed books in the revelation one in the 5 th chapter and other in the 10 th chapter. The one in the 5 th chapter contained the vision itself. Because as these seals was open, the vision unraveled and continued. He opened one seal at a time. But his other little book in Revelation the 10 th chapter is the the book of Revelation itself with the complete vision. The fact the book was opened in his hand shows us that a complete understanding was offered to the people. The angel set one foot on the sea, which represents degenerate people, and the 76

other foot on the earth, earthly creeds or Protestantism. Remember those feet were carrying fiery gospel. As they were set (the feet) on the sea and earth. They burned Babylon. 4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write, and I heard a voice from Heaven saying unto me, "Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not." This voice from heaven was Jesus, The Rainbow angel was a symbol of the seventh seal ministry. Jesus came to John and thundered out the understanding of what John had already seen. And as John was about to write that down, Jesus told John to seal up these things. I don t want you to put the understanding in the vision, but seal it up. Our thought is there are two sealed books taught in Revelation. One contained the vision itself, but it was open up one seal at a time, as it was opened up John wrote down, what each seal said, which is in the last book of your bible, called the book of Revelation. The other sealed book taught, John did not write what he saw down which was the 77

understanding of what all these things meant. Jesus didn t want John to write it down. Seal it up until the days of the voice of the seventh angel, then the mystery shall be finished. We are living in the seventh seal age where the understanding of the book is no longer sealed up. The mystery is revealed, which enables us to understand the complete Revelation message and to be the church of God in our day. The time should be no longer means there is o be no further delay in preaching all the judgments of God. The seventh seal ministry is bringing the wrath of God. (Rom 1:18). In the days of the voice of the seventh angel means it isn t going to take days to call the world into judgment. That will occur in a twinkling of an eye. In the days is time period when the voice (the gospel preaching), would sound, by the Seventh Trumpet angel. The mystery of God will be finished A mystery, remember, is unrevealed truths, the gospel and the end of it. It will be revealed before we get to heaven. 8 And the voice which I heard from Heaven spoke unto me again and said, "Go and take the 78

little book which is open in the hand of the angel who standeth upon the sea and upon the earth." This voice is Jesus again speaking with John, who said Go and take the little book which is open the hand of the angel. Jesus had commissioned his ministry to go and take the book, It is important that the ministry have the revelation message, a ministry is not complete without it. This message is not just given, you must take it. Some things we may have to wrestle a angel like Jacob did, to get a blessing. Some things come not but by prayer and fasting, however a minister is not complete without it. For it is the end time message that distinguishes us from Babylon, they don t have the true end time message. This message is what seals the truth in the saint s forehead. This message will distinguishes us from False apostles, and apostates, who daily misrepresent the church of God. The fact that the book was open in the angels hand lets us know that the complete message of the revelation must be preached. This Rainbow Angel, uttered seven thunders, that is the complete 79

understanding of the message for the seventh seal age. John said I went unto the angel, and said unto, Give me the little book. This angel symbolized in the vision the seventh seal ministry, who had the complete understanding of the revelation message. This message is the vision of the church of God, John went unto the angel, where do you go to get your understanding of the message, I challenge every church of God preacher to say Give me the little book and mean it. I guaranteed you that God will show you great and heavenly things. Without this message and vision you cannot seal the saints, they are open for Babylonian deception. 9 And I went unto the angel and said unto him, "Give me the little book." And he said unto me, "Take it and eat it up, and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey." The Angel said take it and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. After John did what the angel said do. It was bitter in his belly, Some things are hard to swallow, some things at times will not set right with us. But it is for our own good. And some 80

things are sweet, and we have no problem spiritually digesting it. 10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand and ate it up, and it was in my mouth sweet as honey; and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. 11 And he said unto me, "Thou must prophesy again before many peoples and nations, and tongues and kings." In verse 11 we see that the preacher receives this great commission, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples and nations, and tongues and kings. For the Seventh Seal ministry, this is your last call to make known the mystery of the revelation to the world. The Second Sealed Books There are two sealed book in the revelation, one in the 5th chapter and the other in the 10th chapter. The one in the 5th chapter contained the vision itself, because as these seals were opened, the vision unraveled and continued. He opens one seal at a time. Now the other book in Revelation 10:3 the other sealed book, Jesus came to John and thundered out the understanding of what John had already seen. And as John was about to write that down, Jesus told John to 81

seal up these things, in other words, I don t want you to put the understanding in the vision, but seal it up. When was this sealed book to be opened. Rev 10:7, There are two books taught in Revelation. One contained the vision itself, but it was open up one seal at a time, as it was opened up John wrote it down which is in the last book of your bible. The other sealed book taught, John did not write what he saw down, which was the understanding of what all these things meant. Jesus didn t want John to write it down. Seal it up until the days of the voice of the seventh angel (the seventh trumpet), when he began to sound, then the mystery shall be finished, i.e. the revelation would be complete. It would be ready to be preached and revealed in its fullness We are living in the Seventh Seal age when the understanding of the book is no longer seal up. The Mystery (the revelation itself), is revealed, which enables us to be the church of God in our day. And when Jesus took the book the redeemed praised God The Little Book 4And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write, and I heard 82

a voice from Heaven saying unto me, "Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not." This voice from heaven was Jesus, The Rainbow angel was a symbol of the seventh seal ministry. Jesus came to John and thundered out the understanding of what John had already seen. 87 The time should be no longer means there is o be no further delay in preaching all the judgments of God. The seventh seal ministry is bringing the wrath of God. (Rom 1:18). The Angel said take it and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. After John did what the angel said do. For the Seventh Seal ministry, this is your last call to make known the mystery of the revelation to the world. 86

Measuring the Temple of God Revelation Chapter 11 1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod; and the angel stood, saying, "Rise, and measure the temple of God and the altar, and them that worship therein. 2 But the court which is outside the temple, leave out, and measure it not, for it is given unto the Gentiles; and the Holy City shall they tread under foot for forty and two months. 3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth." 4 These are the two olive trees and the two 87

candlesticks, standing before the God of the earth. 5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth and devoureth their enemies; and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. 6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy, and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will. 7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them and kill them. 8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. 9 And they of the people and kindreds, and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and a half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. 88

10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another, because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. 11 But after three days and a half, the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fellupon them that saw them. 12 And they heard a great voice from Heaven, saying unto them, "Come up hither!" And they ascended up to Heaven in a cloud, and their enemies beheld them. 13 And that same hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth part of the city fell; and in the earthquake were slain seven thousand men, and the remnant were seized with fear, and gave glory to the God of Heaven. 14 The second woe is past; and behold, the third woe cometh quickly. 15 And the seventh angel sounded, and there were great voices in Heaven, saying, "The kingdoms of this world are become the 89

kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!" 16 And the four and twenty elders, who sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying, "We give Thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, who art, and wast, and art to come, because Thou hast taken to Thee Thy great power, and hast reigned. 18 And the nations were angry; and Thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that Thou shouldest give reward unto Thy servants the prophets, and to the saints and them that fear Thy name, small and great, and shouldest destroy them that destroy the earth." 19 And the temple of God was opened in Heaven; and there was seen in His temple the ark of His testament, and there were lightning and voices, and thundering and an earthquake, and great hail. 90

The Reed (The Measuring Rod) In Rev. 11:1, 2; there was give John a reed like unto rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein In this passage of the scripture we have the measuring of the temple with a reed as a rod, symbolizing the church and the word. The temple symbolizes the church, and the rod symbolizes the word. The measuring of the courts were left out, for it was given to the gentiles (unsaved), and the holy city (the visible church) would they tread under foot forty and two months which symbolizes 1,260 years The Temple of God in Heaven Opened Measuring the Temple of God Why does John need to measure the Church? Why would the ministry measure the church today? See Eph. 4;7-13, First I must say the word stature means; Solid carved and cast image of a person Webster. The church of God is supposed to be the spitting image of Jesus Christ. And the only way you can tell that she is the image of Christ is by sizing her up by the word. This is how one can know if he is in the true church or not. If the congregation I attend which is a image of body, does not match up to the word, which is Christ, then I am in the 91

wrong place, even if it has the name church of God above the door. Measuring the Altar In looking at this scripture, I must first determine which altar is be referred to here. Because the table had two altars, one was the Altar of Burnt Offering which was in the Courtyard before the Laver and Curtain, which was the entrance to the holy place. The other altar, was the Altar of Incense, or Altar of Consecration, which was in the first room (holy place), before the vail, where the Ark of Covenant was. The Altar of Incense is where the High Priest offered up Incense to God. Why was it necessary to measure this altar, because this typified the believer s consecration and dedication to God. No flesh was to be burnt on that altar. For flesh shall not glory in His eyesight. All flesh must be slain, for Jesus to reign. Measuring the worshippers Why measure the worshippers, because them that worship God must worship him in spirit and truth. John

The Two Witnesses The two witnesses mentioned here symbolize the word and the Spirit (John 5:39; Matt 4:4; 1 John 5:8). These scriptures prove the word as a witness and Spirit as a witness (Heb 10:15; Rom. 8:16). This time symbol of 42 months (1,260 years), using one day for a year up through time, denotes the period of time when the word and spirit was clothed in sackcloth, or they were obscured from sight, they did not have preeminence among man openly, they were grieved and forced to mourn (sackcloth) at the present condition. During this time period, even though the church was hid from view and the Apostate church had risen from the people. God yet had a people during this 1,260 years, even though the word and spirit was grieved and mourning in sackcloth and ashes. The Gentiles (Roman Catholicism) was the only visible church in view and the true worshipper of God was 93

hidden in God s secret holy place. There were a people that God was nourishing and filling them with oil and the light of his word. See Zech. 4 th chapter. We get the truth relative to the olive trees. The prophet saw a candlestick with seven lamps and two olive trees, one on the right side and the other on the left side. They each had golden pipes from the tree to the candlesticks. He tells us in verse 6, that his is the Word and by might but by my Spirit, saith the Lord. The Church of God survived in the Holy place of God and was feed by his Spirit. In Zech 14:14 he said, These are the two anointed ones So the two witnesses are the anointed ones. The oil piped from the olive tree into the candlestick and the candle gave the light. The word and the Spirit during this dark age of 1,260 years feed the church, the body of believer scatter throughout the earth. 5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth and devoureth their enemies; and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. 6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy, and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to 94

smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will. In the foregoing scriptures these two witnesses had prophesied for the period of 1,260 years. The beast that ascended up from the bottomless pit made war with them, and killed them. This was the Protestant Beast in Revelation 13:11. he came from the bottomless pit. The Dragon was thrown down into the pit and this 95

beast came up from the pit, speaking like a dragon. Remember a bottomless pit; symbolizes a religion with no bible foundation. Now in A.D we see the dragon being reintroduced in the form of a lamb like beast. He made war with the two witnesses. He killed their influences, He took away their governing power. For 350 years there were no local congregations of the real church divine in the earth with Christ as head. The spirit of man rule became the head of the church. There was no visible church, according to the New Testament. They were dis-assembled and were scattered by the two horn beast. The two witnesses lay in the street of the great city, spiritually called Sodom (spiritual wickedness) and Egypt (spiritual bondage). The same is true of Christians in protestant churches today, they are yoked up with wickedness and bondage of unregenerate folks. Many today are crucifying the lord afresh and putting him to an open shame in the denominational churches, by the life they are living. The three days and a half would symbolize 350 years of when the word and spirit to be put in graves, or covered up as in days of Papalism, but were open in the hands of the people. 96

The sending gifts from one to another would mean that during the 350 years the ministry received their credentials and places to work as gifts from men, but the divine plan of God in gifts is from above. Paul said that He was not of man and neither sent by man (Gal. 1:1) Sodom and Egypt 7And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them and kill them. 97

8And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
