1 Family Fest 2017 May 20, 2017 Dear Pastor, I trust all is well and that you are looking forward to Family Fest at Camp Maranatha on Saturday, May 20, It will be a great time of fun and fellowship! Please see the booth diagram that s attached. Each booth is $25 and tables will be provided. There will be an additional $10 charge if an electrical outlet is needed. Space will be provided on a first come, first serve basis as indicated by the receipt date on the application form. Please return the booth diagram form with your application indicating your first, second, and third choice of locations. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Please note that fees must be returned with the applications and only 40 booths are available. This year Family Fest will also feature special activities for children. Bring the whole family; all ages are welcome! Enclosed are the following: Vendor Rules and Regulations, and Team (Tournament) Rules and Regulations The appropriate forms for each event. 4 WHAT: Volleyball Tournament Co-ed WHEN: May 20, 2017 WHERE: Camp Maranatha Time: 10:00 a.m. The Volleyball tournament will be co-ed. Please make sure you have at least 3 ladies on your team. There will be a $30 entry fee per team and it must be included with this application. Team players are to consist of regular church attendees. Please bring your roster to Family Fest. A roster signed by your pastor stating that the participants attend the Church of God of Prophecy regularly must be presented before competing in this tournament.
