4 FIRST PERSON BIO (PAGE 1). I m Dave Pedde.. I ve been involved in full-time worship ministries for 41 years.. I was recently introduced by someone 1 who pointed out that my direct influence has resulted in the fostering of at least two generations of worship leaders.. I ve been on small, medium and large Canadian and U.S. church staffs as worship pastor/director/leader.. I ve taught full-time at a Christian University. 2. He carefully puts thought and prayer into bringing all the components of the service together in a spirit led and unified manner that really drives home the theme of the message his worship songs favorites for their style and content two full sessions of training with our leaders and teaching pastors that focused on how to construct a worship service that brings in various elements of Call, Compliment, Creed, Confession, Care and Commission. We have found this invaluable to really formulating a cohesive, meaningful 60-minute service that incorporates music, sacraments and the spoken word. 26 Dave exhibits an extremely high skill level as a pianist and guitarist, and an easy voice to listen to and engage with in worship. I have seen him work successfully with both professional musicians and church volunteers. David has the ability to put every one at ease while maintaining a high level of musicianship. David is also a song writer and arranger who has many published and recorded worship songs. His songs are marked by easily singable melodies with thoughtful and biblical lyrics.
