Being the same property conveyed to Raymond Etienn, Jr. and Terrance Shawn Etienne from Succession of Janice Etienne by deed dated 12/30/2002 and recorded 01/03/2003 in book 613, page 588, Saint Charles Parish records, State of Louisiana. The said Raymond Etienne, Jr., married but one and then to Roxanne Smith having conveyed his interest to the said Terrance Shawn Etienne by deed dated 02/26/2001. And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SEVENTY- ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUN- DRED SIXTY-SEVEN AND 74/100 ($71,467.74) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
