1 REMNANT PROPHECY SEMINAR The Day of the East Wind 2 THE DRAGON: B The Beast, the Dragon, and the False Prophet are identified as the Evil Confederacy at the End of the World. This evil confederacy is made up of a church, the Papacy; the state, the United Nations; and the False Prophet, the United States. Satan intends to govern the world when he personates Christ; in order to do that he needs to have a world religious system in place. When he personates Christ there is very little time left; he doesn t have time to instantly develop a world religious structure; nor does he have time to develop a world political structure. So he had to put these two systems in place ahead of time if he was going to have the ability to govern mankind as he desires. This is the evil confederacy that we are not to be involved with. All society is ranging into two great classes, the obedient and the disobedient. Among which class shall we be found? Those who keep God's commandments, those who live not by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God, compose the church of the living God. Those who choose to follow Antichrist are subjects of the great apostate. Ranged under the banner of Satan, they break God's law, and lead others to break it. They endeavor so to frame the laws of nations that men shall show their loyalty to earthly governments by trampling upon the laws of God's kingdom. Satan is diverting minds with unimportant questions, in order that they shall not with clear and distinct vision see matters of vast importance. The enemy is planning to ensnare the world. The so called Christian world is to be the theater of great and decisive actions. Men in authority will enact laws controlling the conscience, after the example of the Papacy. Babylon will make all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. Every nation will be involved. Of this time John the Revelator declares: "The merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her; for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow" (Revelation 18:3 7). "These have one mind [The Ten Kings], and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for He

2 is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful" (Revelation 17:13, 14). "These have one mind." There will be a universal [Worldwide] bond of union, one great harmony, a confederacy of Satan's forces. [All the prophets agree with one another; this is the evil confederacy of Isaiah 8] "And shall give their power and strength unto the beast." Thus is manifested the same arbitrary, oppressive power against religious liberty, freedom to worship God according to the dictates of conscience, as was manifested by the Papacy, when in the past it persecuted those who dared to refuse to conform with the religious rites and ceremonies of Romanism. In the warfare to be waged in the last days there will be united, in opposition to God's people, all the corrupt powers that have apostatized from allegiance to the law of Jehovah. In this warfare the Sabbath of the fourth commandment will be the great point at issue; for in the Sabbath commandment the great Law giver identifies Himself as the Creator of the heavens and the earth. Ms 24, 1891, pp MR 296, 297. This is the evil, world wide confederacy that Satan brings about in order to govern the world. Ezekiel 29:1 3 In the tenth year, in the tenth month, in the twelfth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt: Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself. Egypt in Bible Prophecy is the Great Dragon at the End of the World; the threefold union is made up of the Dragon, the Beast and the False Prophet. Jesus is the God that illustrates the End from the Beginning, and the Dragon at the End of the World has been illustrated by ancient Egypt, which illustrates modern Egypt, and Egypt is the Dragon power. Leviathan is the reptile, the serpent, and this too is the Dragon. Isaiah 27:1 In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea. On the subject of the Dragon in Bible Prophecy, Ezekiel 29 describes the judgement against Egypt. One of things that are specifically addressed in God s Word concerning the Dragon Power is its judgment. The punishment of the Dragon is a subject of Bible Prophecy; and here in Isaiah 27:1, it s talking about the punishment of the serpent. In Revelation 12; Satan is the Dragon, the Serpent; it is Egypt. The Ten Kings of Revelation 17 are the Dragon Power, and their judgment is accomplished by the East Wind. To understand the East Wind, you need to recognize that the East Wind in Bible Prophecy is the tool the Lord uses to bring judgment on these Ten Kings. Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? Symbols of the Dragon Power The Serpent is the Dragon, Egypt, and it s Satan; in Revelation 12:9; we all understand that the Serpent is the Dragon, Satan. =^..^= prophecy.com 2

3 The line of prophecy in which these symbols are found begins with Revelation 12, with the dragon that sought to destroy Christ at His birth. The dragon is said to be Satan (Revelation 12:9); he it was that moved upon Herod to put the Saviour to death. But the chief agent of Satan in making war upon Christ and His people during the first centuries of the Christian Era was the Roman Empire, in which paganism was the prevailing religion. Thus while the dragon, primarily, represents Satan, it is, in a secondary sense, a symbol of pagan Rome. GC 438. It is important to see that when it comes to the Dragon of Revelation 17, there are different symbols in God s Word which represent the Dragon; whether it s Egypt, the serpent, or Satan, or Pagan Rome; they are just different representations of this Dragon Power. We can see by this quote from the Great Controversy, that Satan can be the Dragon; but at any point in history he will be using an earthly power to do his work, and that earthly power is the Dragon also. One of the characteristics of the Dragon Power in God s Word is the number ten. God uses numbers to convey prophetic truth, and the number ten is symbolic of the Dragon. Revelation 17:9 10 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. There are seven kings; we learn from the book of Daniel that a king represents a kingdom. The books of Daniel and Revelation are parts of the same book. The prophets agree with one another, so to say that these seven kings here in Revelation 17 are seven kingdoms is in total agreement with prophetic testimony. The Wilderness Revelation 17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. In Revelation 17:3, John is carried away to the wilderness ; in Revelation 12:6 and 14, the wilderness is identified as the 1260 years of papal rule. In Revelation 17:3, John is carried away into the wilderness; into the 1260 year time period, to receive information about these kingdoms here in Revelation 17. When he gets into the wilderness in verses 4 6, he sees a woman seated upon a Beast; he sees the Papacy, and she s already drunk with the blood of persecution, and she is already called the Mother of harlots. This means he wasn t just carried to the 1260 years; he was carried to the end of the 1260 years, when the persecution has already taken place; she is drunk with the blood of persecution, and some of the reformed churches have already apostatized, because she is called the Mother of harlots. John is carried to the time period of the end of the 1260 years and he is shown seven kingdoms, five are fallen; Babylon, Medo Persia, Greece, Pagan Rome and Papal Rome, had all fallen by One is; the United States of America; one is not yet come. This seventh kingdom in Revelation 17:10, is not yet come, and when he comes, he must continue a short space. 4 Revelation 17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. The Beast that was this eighth Beast he is the resurrected Papacy, that s established truth found in several places. Revelation 17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are Ten Kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. John is carried to 1798 where he sees five kingdoms of the seven are fallen; one that is, the kingdom of Bible Prophecy that existed in 1798, was the United States of America. The United States produced the declaration of independence in 1776, and wrote the constitution in 1787, and the Bill of Rights in 1791; but when was the United States recognized as legal entity by the other nations of the world? In 1798 when they became a naval power! So in 1798, the United States of America is a nation the sixth kingdom of Bible Prophecy. There is a kingdom that is not yet in existence in 1798; verse 12 speaking of the ten horns, says that they have received no kingdom as yet. Grammatically, these ten horns whoever they are, have to be the seventh kingdom. There are five that had their kingdoms; one that has a kingdom; and the seventh doesn t have a kingdom; and these ten horns have received no kingdom as yet. It doesn t say, no kingdoms in plural, it says kingdom, singular. These Ten Kings receive one kingdom, the seventh kingdom. They receive power one hour with the Beast; they re going to rule with the Beast. They re the State the civil authority. The Beast is the Papacy; the Papacy is Jezebel; the Ten Kings are Ahab. Ahab was the king of northern Israel, which was divided into ten tribes. These are the Ten Kings that are going to rule one hour with the Beast. This hour is the Sunday Law crisis time, beginning in United States, and continuing until Michael stands up. Revelation 17:13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. In Psalms 83, where it s speaking of these Ten Kings, it says these have one heart, one consent in the marginal reference, consent is heart. They have one heart, and here in Revelation it says one mind; same difference; same kings; all the prophets agree with one another. Revelation 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. How can they make war against Christ when He is in the Most Holy Place of the Heavenly Sanctuary? They re going to persecute His people that stand for the Sabbath during the Sunday law crisis. Revelation 17:15 16 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. The church of Thyatira was the time period of the Papacy; Jezebel was the symbol of the Papacy in the church of Thyatira. Jezebel is the whore here at the End of the World and the Ten Kings =^..^= prophecy.com 4

5 will eat her flesh and burn her with fire. How did Jezebel die? She was pushed out of a window by her servants, those who had been her supporters, and the dogs ate her flesh. She is also going to be burned with fire, why? What did the Bible say about a Priest s daughter that commits whoredom? She is to be burned with fire; so this is the whore of Bible Prophecy, and her punishment is the dogs are going to eat her flesh the Ten Kings are the dogs. She is also going to be burned with fire. (Leviticus 21:9) Church and State Revelation 17:17 18 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom [the seventh kingdom] unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled. And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth. The woman in this relationship reigns over the kings of the earth; what does it mean to reign? It means to rule over, as a king or queen, to control. The reign of a king is different than the reins of a horse; however, the woman is sitting upon the beast, so she is controlling it, as well as ruling over it. The Ten Kings are the Beast system that the Papacy sits upon and reigns over in this relationship of Church and State. We have already identified that one of the characteristics of the Dragon in Bible Prophecy is the number ten. In Psalm 48 we looked at the fact that the kings were gathered and they looked at Mount Zion and then fearfulness takes hold of them when the Ships of Tarshish are brought down. Psalm 83, tells us what these kings of the earth that are looking at Mount Zion are thinking about doing. In the first 4 or 5 verses, this is that evil confederacy. In verse 5 it says; they consulted together with one consent, and if you have a marginal reference, that s heart. The Ten Kings of Revelation 17 are of one mind. Spirit of Prophecy says this is a universal bond of union, one great confederacy, and verse 5 says they are confederate against Thee. All the prophets agree with one another; so this is Isaiah s confederacy of Isaiah 8. This is the evil confederacy that is made up of Free Masonry, and the Globalists that have taken control of the financial structure, whose religion is spiritualism. The New Age Movement is the modern manifestation of spiritualism today. The major New Age printing Press in the world is found in the basement of the United Nations! When they first set up that print shop it was called Lucifer Press, but they have changed it to Lucis Press. Don't ever doubt that the United Nations is the heart of spiritualism, and that it is Masonry and the Globalist money men that Sister White is speaking about; she says it is the evil confederacy of Isaiah 8. All the prophets agree with one another, so this confederacy of Psalm 83:5 is the Ten Kings. Psalm 83:6 8 The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. There are Ten Kings; don t misunderstand the statement where it says, they have holpen the children of Lot, this is not an eleventh kingdom, because the children of Lot were Ammon and Moab and they both have been already mentioned. This is just a summation of how these Ten Kings support the agenda of Moab and Ammon symbolic of apostate Protestantism. =^..^= prophecy.com 5

6 These Ten Kings in Psalms 83 want to cut Israel off from being a people anymore. They want to persecute God s people. What did the Ten Kings in Revelation 17 want to do? Make war with the Lamb. The Ten Kings in Revelation 17, are of one mind; these Ten Kings are of one consent, one heart. All the prophets agree with one another. The Impure Woman The number ten is one of the characteristics of the Dragon Power. In the story of Elijah, he had to deal with a threefold power; Jezebel, representing the church; was married to Ahab, who was representing the state, the king. He was the king of the northern kingdom of ten tribes. Also in this battle against Elijah are the false prophets of Baal, who did the dance of deception; they danced around their altar and offering all day long to deceive the people. Jesus tells us that John the Baptist is the second Elijah. He had to deal with Herodias, an impure woman representing the church. She was in an unlawful relationship with Herod, a civil power; this is church and state again. Salome did the dance of deception in that story; Salome was the daughter of Herodias. This illustrates that at the End of the World, the final Elijah, God s people, will have to deal with a threefold enemy; the Papacy the Vatican; the United Nations Dragon power at the End of the World a group of political figures; Kings, governors, and rulers have taken upon themselves the brand of antichrist. Testimonies to Ministers 38. A brand is put on animal to identify its owner; they have taken upon themselves the name the brand of antichrist. If I see a cow with a brand on it, it indicates who it belongs to. We get someone else s name at a marriage; these Ten Kings commit fornication with the whore; they take upon themselves the brand of antichrist and they are represented as the Dragon. It s the United States of America that does the dance of deception in this threefold enemy here at the End of the World. The number ten is one of the characteristics of the Dragon power; this is the Beast, the Dragon, and the False Prophet. Ezekiel 30 is another place where the Dragon has the number ten associated with it; this also is the place where the judgment of Egypt, the Dragon is being set forth. Ezekiel 29:18 19 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it: Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army. In Bible Prophecy, Egypt is given to the Papal power; the Dragon is given to the Papacy; that s why Revelation 17 says these Ten Kings agree to give their kingdom to the Papacy, to the Beast. In Bible Prophecy, Egypt, the Dragon, is always portrayed as being given into the hands of the King of the North, the Papacy at the End of the World. Ezekiel 29:19 21 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army. I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they wrought for me, saith the Lord GOD. 7 and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the LORD. In that day, when the Ten Kings agree to give Egypt into the hands of Nebuchadnezzar; when the Ten Kings, the United Nations, give their kingdom to the Papacy at the End of the World, something is taking place. Ezekiel 29:21 In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth.. What causes something to bud forth? The Latter Rain; this is the time period of the Latter Rain... and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the LORD. When this history is being fulfilled, God s people are going to open their mouths because the Latter Rain will be falling; this is the Loud Cry of the Third Angel. Ezekiel 30:1 5 The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying, Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Howl ye, Woe worth the day! For the day is near, even the day of the LORD is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the heathen. And the sword shall come upon Egypt.. It is the judgment of Egypt; the judgment of the Dragon; the judgment of the Ten Kings. And the sword shall come upon Egypt, and great pain shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt, and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be broken down. Ethiopia, and Libya, and Lydia, and all the mingled people, and Chub, and the men of the land that is in league [A league is a Confederacy.] shall fall with them by the sword. 6 Thus saith the LORD; They also that uphold Egypt shall fall;.. Those that uphold Egypt; Egypt is the seventh kingdom that is made up of Ten Kings that receive one kingdom for a short space. They also that uphold Egypt shall fall; and the pride of her power shall come down: from the tower.. This word is Migdowl, it says from the tower, but the marginal reference simply says, the town of Migdowl. It is identifying the judgment of Egypt, and names ten cities that are judged when the Dragon is judged. Egypt the Dragon, is composed of ten cities. It says from the tower, from the city of Migdowl, and the city of Syene ; this is the correct translation; that s two cities...from the tower of Syene shall they fall in it by the sword, saith the Lord GOD. It continues on talking about the judgment of Egypt; notice verse 13; Ezekiel 30:13 Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also destroy the idols, and I will cause their images to cease out of Noph {Third city}; and there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt. And I will make Pathros {Fourth city} desolate, and will set fire in Zoan {Fifth city}, and will execute judgments in No {Sixth city}. And I will pour my fury upon Sin {Seventh city}, the strength of Egypt; and I will cut off the multitude of No. And I will set fire in Egypt: Sin shall have great pain, and No shall be rent asunder, and Noph shall have distresses daily. 8 of Aven {that s Eighth city} and of Pibeseth {that s the Ninth city} shall fall by the sword: and these cities shall go into captivity. At Tehaphnehes {that s the Tenth city} also the day shall be darkened, when I shall break there the yokes of Egypt: and the pomp of her strength shall cease in her: as for her, a cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall go into captivity. Thus will I execute judgments in Egypt: and they shall know that I am the LORD. The judgment of Egypt, according to this and other places, is a progressive judgment; it doesn t happen at a single point in time. We talked about the ships of Tarshish sinking, the ships of Tarshish began to sink on September 11, 2001, and they are still going down; it s a progressive judgment. We are not even to the Sunday Law time period yet, and the judgment has begun. The number ten here, these ten cities, are what make up Egypt in this passage. When it comes to Egypt, the Dragon power in Bible Prophecy, the number ten is one of the symbols. In Daniel 2, at the End of the World, the rock strikes the feet of the Image on the ten toes. We have come to a time.. This was written in 1889, these ten toes are not the divided ten nations of Pagan Rome from Daniel 7, that time was well before 1889; so she is not referring to the ten horns of Daniel 7. We have come to a time when God's sacred work is represented by the feet of the image in which the iron was mixed with the miry clay... Dropping down to the middle of this quote it says: But statesmen.. {That s the state.} But statesmen will uphold the spurious sabbath, and will mingle their religious faith with the observance of this child of the papacy, placing it above the Sabbath which the Lord has sanctified and blessed, setting it apart for man to keep holy, as a sign between Him and His people to a thousand generations. The mingling of churchcraft and statecraft is represented by the iron and the clay. This union is weakening all the power of the churches. This investing the church with the power of the state will bring evil results. Men have almost passed the point of God's forbearance. They have invested their strength in politics, and have united with the papacy. But the time will come when God will punish those who have made void His law, and their evil work will recoil upon themselves. (MS 63, 1899). 4BC So when you get to the feet, and we are living in the time of the feet, we have the iron and the clay representing the combination of church and state at the End of the World. What do the ten toes represent? Daniel 2:42 43 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. What is it talking about there? The toes of the kingdom, right? Daniel 2:44 And in the days of these kings {What kings? The ten toes.} =^..^= prophecy.com 8

9 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. When did the God of heaven set up a kingdom? We are told that in October 22, 1844, Christ went in to receive a kingdom, but He doesn t receive the kingdom until the process is complete; His reception of the kingdom is a process. In order for the kingdom to be totally in His control, He has to identify who the subjects of the kingdom are; He does this in the Investigative Judgment. So in the days of these kings shall the God of Heaven set up a kingdom which shall not pass. In the days of the ten toes; the time of the Investigative Judgment which began on October 22, 1844, when Christ went into the Most Holy Place to receive a kingdom, and began identifying who are the citizens of this kingdom; this time period is when these ten toes come into existence. These ten toes represent the Dragon Power at the End of the World in agreement with Psalms 83, with the story of Ahab, with the Ten Kings of Revelation 17, and in agreement with Daniel 7. In Revelation 12, the Dragon is Satan, but in the secondary sense, it is Pagan Rome. Pagan Rome in Daniel 7 disintegrated into ten kingdoms that s the Dragon Power. So, when we re talking about the Dragon Power of Daniel 7, we are talking about Pagan Rome and Pagan Rome divided into ten kingdoms. One of the characteristics of the Dragon is the number ten. Revelation 2:9 10 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. This is the History of Smyrna; the persecution of the early Christian church. In the history of Smyrna ten primary persecutions took place and the worst was the persecution by Emperor Diocletian. It lasted ten years; ten days in fulfilment of the day to a year in prophecy. Pagan Rome was the kingdom doing this persecution in the time of Smyrna. Pagan Rome according to the Great Controversy is the Dragon. In the story of Smyrna, there were ten persecutions; the worst lasted for ten years. When it comes to the Dragon, one of its characteristics is the number ten. Bible Prophecy declares there is a special judgment for the Dragon power. There s a special judgment for the Beast; how does the Beast come down? By the Ten Kings! What do they do? They burn her with fire and eat her flesh; that s the judgment of the Beast. There is a special, specific judgment against the Dragon power. In the next study we will show that the special judgment for the United Nations, for these Ten Kings, is the East Wind of Bible Prophecy which sinks the ships of Tarshish, representing the economic wealth of the world, and causes these kings and merchants of the earth to weep and wail and mourn. =^..^= prophecy.com 9
