4 Guest Speakers Our speakers have changed, and we are so blessed to have Gail Mays and Sandy MacIntosh as our speakers. Adie Camp and her daughters, Bella and Arie, were scheduled to come but due to a scheduling conflict will not be able to make it. They are so sorry that they cannot come, but they will be sending a video for us to show at the Seminar. Gail Mays Gail Mays Ministries - Murrieta, California Gail has experienced many seasons of life in her long-time walk with the Lord. She first came to know the Lord in the early 70s at the height of the revival known as The Jesus Movement. It was during that time she met and married her husband, Steve Mays. Together they served in the Christian House Ministries of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa for about 8 years. Then the Lord called Steve to pastor a Calvary Chapel of his own and led them to South Bay where they served together for 34 years. In October of 2014, the Lord called Pastor Steve home after one of his many surgeries. Pastor Steve s work is complete now and Gail is certain the first words he heard when he arrived in heaven were, Well done thou good and faithful servant. (Matthew 25:23) Gail herself is carrying on the ministry that the Lord has called her to. She loves ministering to women and plans to continue doing so until the Lord returns or calls her home. Many have asked her how she finds the strength and courage to press on and her answer is the same as it has been during every season of her life: With Jesus and His Word I am moving forward. Gail has three adult children and seven grandchildren. Since her children are grown and out on their own, she has plenty of time to devote to the work of the Lord! Though she s involved in a variety of things, the one thing she loves to do most is minister to women. She can relate to them in so many ways as she has experienced being a wife, pastor s wife, mother, mother of a prodigal, friend, empty nester, grandmother, caregiver, and now in this season, a widow. Gail has a heart for women and their unique calling and she takes every opportunity to instruct them in the Word of God, believing that it alone has the power to change a life! For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly. Psalm 84:11 3
5 Guest Speakers Sandy MacIntosh MacIntosh Ministries - San Diego, California Sandy and her husband Mike MacIntosh have been happily married for 53 years. For 41 years, Mike faithfully pastored Horizon Christian Fellowship in San Diego where his son, Phillip, has now transitioned into that role. This new season of ministry is providing Mike and Sandy more opportunities to travel and equip the church worldwide, as well as reaching those who are hurting and lost. Sandy is an author, she has spoken evangelistically, and has been an encouragement to pastors wives and women across the United States and internationally. She has five children, twenty grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. The women of Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia have enjoyed Sandy s rich and inspiring teachings from the Word of God for many years. Special Video from Adie Camp & her daughters, Bella & Arie Adie Camp and her daughters, Isabella 14 and Arianne 13, will be sending us a video to play at the Seminar. Adie is the wife of recording artist Jeremy Camp and a stay at home Mom of three children; she also has a son named Egan 7. I feel like in our society we re just getting busier and busier and it s grabbing our focus and attention away from the Lord, she says. Ultimately at the end of the day it s our relationship with the Lord and our heart toward Him that really is the most important thing. 4
6 Dance Performance The 6th grade girls dance class from Calvary Christian Academy will be performing on Friday Night at the Seminar. Worship Rob & Heidi Paoletti & the Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia Worship Team Rob is an assistant pastor and oversees the Worship Ministry at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia. Rob and his wife, Heidi, have been married for 33 years. They have three daughters and one grandson. As a couple, God has gifted them in an amazing way as they lead worship together. Worship from the 2017 Women s Seminar 5
