Baker, case # 08-CV-2229 and deputy Fiacco s refusal to accept my perjury report and his horrible legal advice. Dear Ms. Chambers: I hereby request that you prosecute doctor Tameira Lee Hollander for the entirely FALSE sworn statements in her VERIFIED Complaint and Affidavit filed on 10/17/08. John and Barbara Bailey were also named defendants because they claimed that doctor Hollander almost killed Barbara Bailey. The Baileys immediately removed all references to doctor Hollander after they were served. However, doctor Hollander falsely accused me of republishing the Baileys claims and refusing to remove libelous information that was in fact never published at my websites. Doctor Hollander and her attorney Irving Johnson really want her name deleted from my sites. However, the 1 st Amendment protects my RIGHT to FREE SPEECH and to publish the TRUTH as well as my opinions about ANYONE including doctor Hollander. 1. Doctor Hollander s FALSE allegations against me in her VERIFIED Complaint. The 10/17/08 Complaint is posted at Complaint pdf 14. Thereafter, the Defendant published and caused to be published and republished this same false and libelous information about Dr. Hollander, and in spite of being contacted by Dr. Hollander who was requesting that it be removed from the internet, refused and failed to do so to and including the present time. 21. Thereafter, as Dr. Hollander undertook research and attempted to learn of means by which the defamatory information from the Bailey websites could be removed, she contacted, the author/owner of and informed Ms. Baker that her website contained defamatory information. Ms. Baker thereafter notified the Baileys in aid of 1
2 their defamation of Dr. Hollander and, as previously stated, refused and failed to remove from her website the defamatory information. 23. The Baileys and Ms. Baker published statements which constitute liable [sic] per se regarding Dr. Hollander with the specific intention of damaging and/or destroying Dr. Hollander's professional reputation, discouraging existing patients from continuing to see Dr. Hollander, discouraging new patients from seeing Dr. Hollander, and discouraging the public in general from purchasing and reading Dr. Hollander's publication. Doctor Hollander s allegations pertaining to me are entirely FALSE. I published nothing libelous or defamatory and I did NOT refuse to remove any libelous or defamatory statements and none were identified. 2. Doctor Hollander s false statements in her 10/16/08 Affidavit. Doctor Hollander s Affidavit was filed as Exh. E to her Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order on 10/17/08, posted at 08-Hollander-Affidavit pdf 8. I deny that I am a thief, a liar, an attempted murderer, and I deny also that I am a "bad doctor! These statements are published in a public forum and are searchable online using the common variations of my name such that anyone searching the internet is invariably drawn into the Bailey website and its companion Baker website. [emphasis added] I NEVER published any companion website to the Baileys website. 11. When I contacted Ms. Baker informing her that she, through her website, was publishing defamatory information, she was unwilling to remove the information, This statement is ENTIRELY false. I offered to update and/or correct any identified defamatory information. Dr. Hollander failed to identify any allegedly defamatory information because it never existed. 16. On August 9, 2008, I posted the following comment to creditsuit.org which is owned by : "Information posted on this site is libel. It can be proven as such by medical records and confirmed by regulatory agencies. Removing all references to this site will protect you from litigation." 2
3 The TRUTH: tameirahollandermd.com had never been referenced or linked at any of my websites until doctor Hollander submitted her 8/9/08 comment. On 8/9/08Doctor Hollander submitted this comment at CreditSuit.org: Entry Date: :00 PM Form Name: support Name: reporting abuse Website: message: Information posted on this site is LIBEL. It can be PROVEN as such by MEDICAL RECORDS and confirmed by regulatory agencies. Removing all references to this site will protect you from litigation. Additionally, doctor Hollander failed to mention in her Affidavit that I ed her my response: Providing the URL(s), the EXACT quotes that are libelous and the documentation will result in corrections and/or updates. Sincerely, My was returned undeliverable because doctor Hollander provided a FALSE address. I posted my offer at CreditSuit.org with her 8/9/08 comment. However, doctor Hollander failed to identify a single allegedly defamatory or libelous statement. Instead, doctor Hollander s attorney Irving Johnson submitted his comment at CreditSuit.org on 8/25/08, demanding deletion of Hollander s NAME and promising to keep me fully entertained : Entry Date: :05 AM Form Name: support Name: Irving G. Johnson ijohnson@pjckn Website: message: Ms. Baker, I am Dr. Hollander s attorney. I gather you like to mix it up and involve yourself in causes. The Baileys decided to remove all their defamation from the web because this has gone on long enough. The truth is Dr. Hollander is an exceptional physician who has been maligned for a year and a half. I will gladly serve you if you dont remove her name from your 3
4 website. Im sure I can keep you fully entertained if that is what you prefer. Just let me know. [emphasis added] Attorney Johnson and doctor Hollander didn t keep me fully entertained, but they almost killed me. I was afraid I would have a heart attack when I suffered incredible pain in my arm while working on my Answer to doctor Hollander s FALSE allegations against me. NO exhibits pertaining to MY websites were submitted and judge Gerald Rafferty ordered me to remove my CreditSuit blog based ONLY on doctor Hollander s perjury. Subsequently my entire GROSS income was only $250 for the two months while my website CreditSuit.org was off-line. Their process server TERRORIZED me and I had to purchase a gun. I have suffered serious health problems and despite my MANY requests for evidence to substantiate doctor Hollander s sworn statements, they failed to provide a single document. Please read my 2/13/09 VERIFIED Answer and Counterclaims for the detailed description of the events, posted at Please also note that I tried to submit my perjury report to the Arapahoe county sheriff and Deputy Fiacco not only REFUSED to accept my report, but he also provided horrible legal advice. From my Answer and Counterclaims: 106. Deputy N. Fiacco with the Arapahoe county sheriff refused to take Baker s perjury report about Hollander and he insisted that Baker had to pursue the matter in court. When she explained that she does not have $7,500 to hire a Colorado attorney, he insisted that she could easily find a local Arizona attorney offering free consultations by checking her phone book. Not only was he providing awful legal advice, but he was rude and abusive. The Arapahoe district court has miserably failed to create JUSTICE. One can only wonder why judge Gerald Rafferty issues temporary restraining orders without any documentation and there is certainly the appearance of corruption in Arapahoe district court. All my counterclaims were DISMISSED! I am now filing my motion for summary judgment and with lots of publicity, I might be able to find an attorney to represent me on contingency. However, judge Gerald Rafferty s 7/24/09 ORDER prevents me from sending out press releases and posting about this case and doctor Hollander s PERJURY. 4

Any other website blogs and/or postings containing a negative reference or critical opinion of Dr. Tameira Hollander. 4. This Court may impose sanctions for contempt upon failure to strictly adhere to this Order. [emphasis added] Ms. Chambers, it is up to YOU to STOP this madness. I m not even allowed to reference doctor Hollander. Ms. Chambers, please take action to ensure that doctors and lawyers will not be able to file harassment lawsuits based on entirely FALSE sworn statements with impunity.
