Personnel Committee Responsible for staffing and supervising personnel for all paid positions within the Church. Nominating Committee Responsible for locating, screening and recommending persons to fill Church elected positions requiring volunteers. Buildings and Grounds Committee Is the administrative service committee elected to assist the Church in the care of all property and buildings. Studies and recommends the use of space and furninshings as it relates to Church programs and activities. Studies the need and recommends acquiring property and creating space. Administers work assigned. Develops, presents, and promotes the Budget for the upcoming Church Calendar Year (Budget and Calendar to be presented to Church members for initial approval in 3rd quarter with final approval presented during the 4th quarter at a regularly scheduled Business Meeting. Presents quarterly financial report prepared by the Treasurer at regularly scheduled Business Meeting. Ushers Committee Serves as Ushers and/or secures adequate number of Ushers. Social & Hospitality Committee Facilitates and assist in planning all Church-Wide fellowship, social activites, food preparation and flower arrangements. Pulpit Committee Provides an avenue through which prospects for a vacancy to be filled, may be interviewed, investigated and brought before the Church. May be called for the purpose of filling any other called ministerial position required by the Church. History Committee Gathers and preserves historical records pertaining to the work and growth of the Church.
