Munford and Poplar Grove to be called Munford Station. Take Gift from Tabernacle Circuit and place with Randolph, the Charg-e to be known as.randolph and Gift. DY.ERSBURG None. JACKSON Take Davis Grove from New Shiloh Circuit; place on Trenton Circuit. Take Baker's Chapel from New Shiloh Circuit; place on Fairview Circuit. JACKSON DISTRICT Dissolve Pocahontas Circuit, the Churches being placed as follows: Place Powell's Chapel on Silerton Circuit. Place Rehohoth, Cypress, Oak Grove and Eureka on Hickory Valley Circuit. Constitute a new Charge to be known aa Fah-view-Mifflin, composed of the following Churches: Fairview Church from Fairview Circuit. Liberty Church from Beech Bluff Circuit. Pleasant Hill Church from Malesus Circuit. Mifflin. Constitute a new Charge to he known as New Shiloh Circuit, composed of the following Churches: Davis Grove Church from Trenton Circuit. Baker's Chapel Church from Fairview Circuit, New Shiloh Church from Fairview Circuit. This dissolves Fairview Circuit as such. LEXINGTON DISTRICT The following Churches in the District have been discontinued: Crowell Chapel, Peace Chapel, and Smith Chapel on Scotts Hill Circuit, the various properties to be disposed of as the Quarterly Conference may direct. Union Hill on the Sardis Circuit. Property to he disposed of by the Quarterly Conference. Union Grove on the Saltillo Circuit. Property to be disposed of by the Quarterly Conference. Take Milledgeville from the Sardis Circuit. Milledgevilie to become a Station. Dissolve the Scotts Hill Circuit. Scotts Hill and Mt. Moriah become a Double Station. Place Oak prove on the Dccaturville Circuit. Place Ebenezer and Liberty on the Sardis Circuit. Take Trezevant Church from Atwood Circuit; place it with McLemoresville-Liberty All, the Charge to be known as McLemoresviile-Trezevant. Change the name of Atwood Circuit to Atwood and Pleasant Hill. MEMPHIS DISTRICT No changes. PADUCAH DISTRICT Discontinue Friendship Church on the East Clinton Circuit. Sell the property and give the proceeds to the East Clinton Parsonage Fund. Take McKendree Church from LaCenter Circuit to form a new Charge known as McKendree Station. LaCenter Circuit becomes LaCenter, Oscar &, Pleasant Hill with half-time to LaCenter. Take Littlovillc Church from Paducah Circuit and Form a new Charge known as Littleville Station; Paducah Circuit to be composed of Massac, Lovelacevillc and Salem, with half-time to Massac. PARIS DISTRICT Take Lebanon, Little Rock, Manley's Chapel, Oak Hill and Shiloh Churches from Second Church Circuit, Paris, and form a new Charge to be known as East Paris Circuit. Second Church, Paris, becoming a Station.

DYERSBURC Dissolve Tiptonville Circuit, Crockett's Chapel being placed with Hornbeak Circuit; Miston and Bogota with Dyersburg Circuit; the property at Mooring to be placed under the supervision of the Quarterly Conference at First Church, Tiptonville. Take Mount Manuel from the West Hickman Circuit and place on Hornbeak Circuit. Take East Dyersburg from the Dyersburg; Circuit and South Dyersburg from the Fowlkes Circuit, and form a double station East-South Dyersburg. Post office, Dyersburg. JACKSON DISTRICT Whiteville Circuit goes to the Brownsville District. LEXINGTON DISTRICT Take Cowell's Chapel, Eva, Mt. Carmel and Shiloh from the Oamden Circuit to form South Camden Circuit. Post office, Camden. Lessen berry's Chapel on Milan Circuit is discontinued. Dissolve the Gregg Circuit and take Cedar Grove and Pleasant Hill from the Paris District, and, New Friendship, Cedar Grove, Gregg's Chapel and Pleasant Hill from the Gregg's Circuit to form the Bruceton Circuit. Post Office, Bruceton. MEMPHIS DISTRICT None. PADUCAH DISTRICT Dissolve Arlington and Milburn Charge; Arlington to become Arlington Station. Post Office, Arlington, Ky. Take Corinth from Lowes Circuit, and add to Milburn, the Charge to be known as Milburn and Corinth. Post Office, Milburn, Ky. Dissolve Bardwell and Wickliffe Charge, Bardwell to become Bardwell Station; Post office, Bardwell, Ky. Wickliffe to become Wickliffe Station; Post office, Wickliffe, Ky. Take Palestine from Kevil Circuit to form Palestine Station; Post office, Paducah, Ky. KFD 2. Kevil Charge to be known as Kevil, Bandana and New Liberty; Post office, Kevil, Ky. Take Jackson's Chapel from Wingo Circuit and add to East Clinton Circuit. Water Valley and Palestine goes to the Paris District. PARIS -Take Cedar Grove from Big Sandy Circuit and place in Lexington District on Bruceton Circuit. Take Pleasant Hill from North Big Sandy Circuit and place in Lexington District on Bruceton Circuit. Restore Hickory Grove Church and place on Cottage Grove Circuit as an afternoon appointment.

Estes The Secretary of the Cabinet read the Charge Line Changes : Charge Line Changes BROWNSVILLE DISTRICT -Dissolve Covington Circuit and take New Salem from Randolph Circuit to form two new Charges, as follows: Garland, Elm Grove and New Salem to form one Charge. Post Office address, Covington, Tenn, South Covington, Leigh's Chapel and Fisgah to form the second Charge. Post Office address, Covington, Tenn. Post Office address for the Randolph Circuit, for the present to be Munford, Tenn. LEXINGTON DISTRICT Add Cedar Grove, a new church, to the Greggs Circuit. MEMPHIS DISTRICT Dissolve the Stephenson and Longstreet Charge, Stephenson to become Stephenson Station. Take Oakville and add to Longstreet, the Charge to be known as Longstreet and Oakville. PARIS DISTRICT The following churches in the District have been discontinued Sulphur Creek and New Hope on the North Big Sandy Circuit. New Providence on the Hazel Circuit. Pleasant Hill on the Fulton Circuit, the property of the Church to be disposed of as the Quarterly Conference of the Charge may direct.

10 Charge Line Changes BROWNSVILLE None. DYERSBURG None. JACKSON Take New Shiloh from Gibson-Pleasant Hill Charge and add to Fair view Circuit. LEXINGTON Take Carter's Chapel from Greggs Circuit and place with McLemoresville-Liberty All Charge. Take Stantonville Church and Pebble Hill Church from Stantonville Circuit and place both on Shiloh Circuit. The remaining Churches of the now discontinued Stantonville Circuit become the Mt. Vinson Circuit. MEMPHIS Vernon Memorial Church is taken from the Vernon Memorial- Andrews Chapel Charge and placed in the Trinity Quarterly Conference. Andrews Chapel becomes a station. PADUCAH- The Reidland-Lebanon Charge is discontinued. Reidland Station and Lebanon Station are constituted. PARIS None. ~~ Conference Trustees Dr. Grimes asked to reopen Question 2, asked yesterday, " Is the Conference incorporated? " and answered in the affirmative. Dr. Grimes moved that this Conference request and direct that Board of Trustees-elect of this Annual Conference proceed to incorporate immediately under law of the Church. Dr. Grimes, W. F. McMurry, and Dr. Womack spoke. William M. O'Donnell moved a substitute that chair appoint a committee of three to study matter and all legal involvements and report to next Annual Conference. Seconded by P. H. Wiley. Substitute was defeated. Dr. Grimes spoke again. Rev. W. P. Hamilton asked a question. Bishop Decdl and Rev. L. H. Estes answered. Judge McMurry spoke. Dr. Grimes' motion prevailed. Secretary O'DonneU called the attention of the Conference to the fact that there are now two Boards of Trustees to be carried on the pages of the Journal. Bishop Decell ruled that the answer to the Question 2, "Is the Conference incorporated?" is "Yes"; that this is as a successor to the incorporation in the M.E. Church, South. (Ref. Declaration of Union, Par. 5, page 10, Discipline, 1944.)

12 Charge Line Changes By common consent the following changes in Charge Lines were approved and ordered to record: BROWNSVILLE DISTRICT Absorb the Camp Ground and New Bethel Charge, the Camp Ground and New Bethel Churches being added to the Randolph Circuit. DYEKSBUBG DISTRICT Elizabeth, as a station charge is discontinued, and is placed with Friendship Circuit; Friendship Circuit to consist of Friendship, Mt. 2ion, Tigrett and Elizabeth. East Dyersburg Station is discontinued as such. East Dyersburg being placed in the Dyersburg Circuit; Dyersburg Circuit is to consist of Bryant's Chapel, Friendship, Prospect, Union Grove and East Dyersburg. Take Bogota and Miston from Dyersburg Circuit and place on the Tiptonville Circuit; Tiptonville Circuit to consist of Crockett's Chapel, Mooring-, Bogota, Miston, Reelfoot and Hathaway. JACKSON DISTRICT Take Medon from Hickory Valley Circuit and place on Malesus Circuit. Add Diamond Grove to Beech Bluff Circuit. Change the name of Fairview Circuit & City Mission to Fairview LEXINGTON DISTRICT All churches of the Mt. Vinson Circuit, namely: Hardin Beauty, Crump, New Hope, Mt. Vincent, are placed with the Stantonville Circuit. Mt. Vinson Circuit is discontinued. Chang-e Maggie Jones Memorial from Bethel Springs Circuit to Stantonville Circuit. MEMPHIS DISTRICT Dissolve the Mullins and Oakville Charge. Mullins Chapel to become a station. Oakville unattached and to be supplied. PATJUCAH DISTRICT Take Church Grove from Brewers Circuit and place on Benton Circuit. Take Palma from Benton Circuit and place on Oa vert City, Gilbertsville and Oakland. Change name to Calvert City Oakland and Palma. Take SaJem from Mayfield Circuit and place on Paducah Circuit. Change the name of Mayfield Circuit to read: Calvary, Spence Chapel and McKendree. List under MAYFIELD First Church. Change name of Hickory Circuit to read: Trinity and Pleasant Grove. PARIS DISTRICT--Absorb the Mansfield Circuit. Put Shiloh, Little Rock and Manley's Chapel Churches which were on the Mansfield Circuit on the Second Church Paris Circuit; put Cedar Grove which was on the Mansfield Circuit with the Big Sandy Circuit and place Pleasant Hill which was on the Mansfield Circuit with the North Bie- Sandy Circuit.

MEMPHIS DISTRICT -Dissolve Scruggs Memorial and Mullins Chapel Charge. Form a station of Scruggs Memorial and change the name to Jackson Avenue. Place Mullins Chapel with Oakville, the Charge to be known as Mullins Chapel and Oakville. PADUCAH DISTRICT No changes. PARIS DISTRICT No changes.

Take Cedar Grove and Pleasant Hill from the North Camden Circuit, Lexington District, and add to Mansfield Circuit, Paris District. Dixon's Chapel is discontinued, the property to go into the possession of Camp Ground and New Bethel Quarterly Conference. DYERSBURG DISTRICT Take Witt's Chapel from TiptonvilJe Circuit and place with Ridgely Station. JACKSON DISTRICT Change the name of Baker's Chapel. Fairview, and City Mission to Fairview Circuit and City Mission. LEXINGTON DISTRICT Discontinue the North Camden Circuit, the churches being disposed of as follows: Add Flatt Woods, Mt. Carmcl and Shiloh to the Camden Circuit; add Cedar Grove and Pleasant Hill to the Mansfield Circuit in the Paris District. McLemoresville Circuit is dissolved, the churches being disposed of as follows: Take Carter's Chapel and add to McLemoresville and Liberty All; take Palmer's Shelter and add to the Hunting-don Circuit; take Palestine and add to the North Lexington Circuit; Pleasant Hill and Gregg's Chapel becomes a new charge, to be known as Gregg's Chapel and Pleasant Hill.

Change the name of Birmingham Circuit to Benton Circuit. Take Lovelaceville from Corinth and Lovelaceville and place on Paducah Circuit. Take Corinth from Corinth and Lovelaceville and place on Lowe's Circuit. Corinth and Lovelaceville is discontinued as a charge. Take Tyler from Tyler, Reidland and Lebanon and form a station charge of Tyler; Reidland and Lebanon forming another charge to be known as Reidland and Lebanon. Dissolved Northside and Arcadia and form separate stations of each church.
