Following this, in another hand, " In consequence of this meeting, it is agreed on, that the Site of the present School shall be appropriated to the Buildings necessary for Thomas Woodwards occupation, and that another shall be erected in such place as shall hereafter be fixed upon." The note is then continued in the handwriting of the first writer, "it is further agreed that the Buildings now belonging to the Vicarage are to be puld Down and Rebuilt at the Parish Expence agreeable to a Plan Given by Richd Barker. Witness our Hands this 28th Day of Aug* 1811." [Note. Richard Barker was a Churchwarden in 1819.]
