1 FATHER JOSEPH O CALLAHAN SJ ASSEMBLY 2820 NEWSLETTER SEPTEMBER 2018 Message from Faithful Navigator Brothers: Early this month, I congratulated SK Ken Sawyer as 4 th Degree Master from the information I had received from the Vice Supreme Master. Although I felt that Ken Sawyer would have been an outstanding master, it turns out that SK Rick Sherman was elected as the Fourth Degree Master. Congratulations to SK Rick Sherman. Several of you missed an outstanding Retreat with Fr Daniel from UNLV. We helped him raise money for his new church. The Assembly donated $500 and he received another $838 from the Retreat. Thank you for your support. Grand Knights As you know, we have the Fourth Degree Exemplification coming up on September 15 th. We have only received one Form 4 with money. We need to get the Form 4s to Martin Dobey with the money asap. Don t forget we will still have a dinner with Bishop Pepe after the exemplification. It will be every Tuesday from 11a 1pm for an informal Gathering. Open to all members by come by for lunch and fellowship. We will order based on who is present at 11:15.
