Liu) / Tel: (626) / Fax: (626) 日期 Dates: October 2 December 4, 2013 (Skip November 6) (Wednesday, 2:00~5:00pm) I. 課程內容 Course Descriptions: 本課程透過概念 理論 方法的解析, 以聖經為基礎, 介紹僕人的領導 II. 課程目標 Course Objectives: 學員能在概念 理論 方法上, 對聖經中的僕人領導學有正確的認識 學員能以聖經的原則來應用僕人領導學 學員能透過觀察 分析 評估和判斷, 將所學應用於實際的處境中 This course introduces the concepts, theories and methods of the servant leadership on the Biblical basis. Students are able to know appropriately of the concepts, theories, and methods on the servant leadership in the Bible. Students are able to apply the principles of the servant leadership according to the Bible. Students are able to apply what they observe, analyze, evaluate, and judge in the servant leadership to the practices of ministry. III. 課前要求 Requirements before Class: 完成自我評估表, 並作自我評估分析 預讀參考書 ( 碩士科學生 1000 頁 ) Complete the Self-Evaluation Survey with self-analysis. Pre-read the assigned books (1000 pages as a minimum). IV. 課程要求 Assignments in Class: 所有參加的學員需出席及參與討論 完成自我評估分析表, 並作評估分析 All students are required to be present in class and participate in discussion. All students are to complete the Self- Evaluation Survey with self-analysis. 1

2 繳交一份讀書心得報告 All students are to submit a book review. 碩士科學生, 作一份 5-8 頁的領導研究報告, 報告的研究對像 : All students are required of a leadership research paper on 1) one of leaders in the 1. 聖經中的領導人物 ;2. 當代教 Bible, 2) one contemporary leader in 會或機構的領導人物 ;3. 過去教 church /Christian organization, or 3) one past/deceased leader in church/christian 會或機構的領導人物 研究內容 organization.
