2 Praise be to Your name, El Roi, the God who sees me. You know my every struggle, every fall and You understand, because You have experienced every temptation I face. Nothing can separate me from Your love. Genesis 16:13; Hebrews 4:15; Romans 8:39

3 I am feeling weak, Lord. Praise You that You show Yourself strong in the middle of our weakness. Deuteronomy 3:24; Corinthians 12:9

4 I choose to flee from temptations the enemy is throwing at me right now. I turn and walk the other way. I choose to submit to You, Lord. I resist this onslaught of the evil one. Enemy, you have no power and must run! 2 Timothy 2:22; James 4:7

5 Send Your angels to minister to me right now, Father. I need Your help! Hebrews 1:14

6 I know this is a battle of the mind. I resist every wrong thought as if it were in a dueling match. I refuse to be outwitted by the enemy, who is a fallen, created being. I take every thought captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ. I know I m fighting the kindom of darkness not flesh and blood. 2 Corinthians 2:11; Ezekiel 28:13-17; Corinthians 10:5; Ephesians 6:12

7 I confess the sin of and receive Your forgiveness. I refuse to cover up my iniquity; I won t give Satan a foothold of any kind by harboring sin. 1 John 1:9; Psalm 32:5; Ephesians 4:26-27

8 Thank You, Jesus, that You did not come to condemn me but to set me free. I know my freedom is even more important to You than it is to me. John 3:17; Galatians 5:1

9 Lord, teach me to stand firm when I ve stood every way I know how and then help me to keep on standing!

10 I recognize that Satan, the accuser of the brethren, is trying to shame me into keeping my struggle a secret hidden in darkness. I come into Your glorious light, Lord, willingly bringing every deed and every thought. The truth will set me free. Revelations 12:10; John 3:19; Ephesians 5:8-14; John 8:32

11 Satan plants a thought and then accuses me for having the thought. But I won t stand for it! I claim my inheritance as one who belongs to the Lord: No weapon the enemy uses against me will work. I refute the enemy s accusations. Genesis 3:1-5; Zechariah 3:1-2; Isaiah 54:17

12 You promised to provide a way of escape from every temptation help me see it now! Open my spiritual eyes so I don t miss it. 1 Corinthians 10:13; Ephesians 1:18

13 I speak to the mountain of (name of persistent sin) in my life; I command you to throw yourself into the sea.

17 Praise be to God. You have set me free from sin and put into me your righteousness! Thank You, Jesus for defeating sin, death and hell. In You, I am an Overcomer! Romans 6:18; 1 Corinthians 15:57
