that way The of Republcans carred three precncts, ed 10th at Hamakuapoko, 7th at Ka hulul, and 13th at Keanae, though pluralty n 10th fell far below what was antcpated n 10th precnct Republcan Club, were 170 regs tered voters, and yet Parker receved but 112 votes re H P Baldwn and so C H Dckey are both members of ths precnct, and to ach every voter n precnct was under oblgatons n some way or or,
