2 Key duties and respnsibilities Infrmatin Imprvement T advise the Chief Analytical and Evaluatin Officer f appraches t prviding an infrmatin analysis service within the AHSN, creating attractive, innvative and cmpelling ways f presenting infrmatin fr AHSN members, stakehlders and partners. T versee and create and distribute detailed and highly accurate analyses f the data utilised by the AHSN and prvide first line supprt and timely respnses t stakehlders queries abut reprts prduced by the team. T design and write macrs t autmate rutine tasks and prvide user-friendly tls fr wide circulatin acrss Kent Surrey and Sussex. T cntinually lk t enhance the frmat f infrmatin presented and seek t prvide innvative representatins fr a range f infrmatin. T dcument all technical and methdlgical develpments ensuring prcesses and methds are adequately reviewed. T ensure the develpment f suites f measures t describe the quality and efficiency f services prvided within different settings (including acute care, cmmunity care, primary care, mental health services and scial care). T be respnsible fr the creatin, develpment, maintenance and management f current (and additinal) databases and systems t enable timely, accurate and intelligent analysis relating t imprvements in quality, efficiency and reductins in variatin. Wrk clsely with partners and stakehlders t c-rdinate and implement cllectin f infrmatin in a timely manner t ensure its availability via multiple channels. Engage with external wners f infrmatin cntent and reslve issues f pr quality and untimely updates. Participate psitively in internal and external meetings. T supprt the Managing Directr, Prgramme Directr (QPSC), Crprate Services Directr and Chief Analytical and Evaluatin Officer t ensure that all KSS AHSN mnitring requirements are met t a high quality and prfessinal level in line with agreed quality standards and gvernance requirements.
