The lquor law passed by the recent Legslature expressly states that Act U7 o the sesson laws o 190 s repealed. Act 07 s the general lquor taw. But club lcenses are not obtaned under ths act but under Act 2, relatng to the taxaton o socal clubs. Under ths law, clubs sellng neals lquors or lquors alone pay a tax o $200 per year. Ths tax s not looked upon as a lcense. The new lquor law merely replaces Act 09, not Act 2 o the Sesson LawR o 190. Ths steamer s useless to more than ten toursts, local passengers are booked ahead, the tourst must wat.
