1 SANAT KUMARA I. The Dispensation Granted Sanat Kumara, as the Ancient of Days in our memory, before the cosmic council known as the Council of the One Hundred and Forty and Four stood to plea for and on behalf of the evolutions of earth who no longer knew the presence of the Lamb, who by disobedience were cut off from the living Guru. (Guru/chela is the Master/disciple relationship.) Cosmic Council had decreed the dissolution of earth and her evolutions because the souls of her children no longer worshiped the Trinity in the threefold flame of life burning upon the altar of the heart in power, wisdom and love. They had become the sheep gone astray. Their attention fixed upon the outer manifestation, they had willfully, ignorantly abandoned the inner walk with God. They knew not the hidden man of the heart, and the seven candles no longer burned in the seven windows. Men and women had become hollow, their chakras black holes in time and space; and their vacated temples became the tombs of the dead; and the spirits of the dead took up their abode within their hollowed-out houses. Thus the light of the temples had gone out, and the purpose to which God had created man to be the temple of the living God was no longer being fulfilled. The root races would come later to not again allow only one evolution to fail. One and all were the living dead, a matter vessel without an ensouling light, an empty shell. Nowhere on earth was there a mystery school not a chela, not a Guru, no initiates of the path of initiation unto Christhood. The hour of the judgment had come, and the one seated upon the throne in the center of the twelve times twelve hierarchies of light had pronounced the word that was the unanimous consensus of all: Let earth and her evolutions be rolled up as a scroll and lit as a taper of the sacred fire. Let all energies misqualified be returned to the Great Central Sun for repolarization. Let energy misused be realigned and recharged with the light of Alpha and Omega, once again to be infused by the Creator within the ongoing creation of worlds without end. The requirement of the law for the saving of Terra was that one who should qualify as the embodied Guru, the Lamb, be present in the physical octave to hold the balance and to keep the threefold flame of life for and on behalf of every living soul. Under the law of the One, the meditation of the one upon the Eternal Christos may count for the many until the many once again become accountable and responsible for their words and their works and can begin to bear the burden of their light as well as the karma of their relative good and evil. I chose to be that one. I volunteered to be a flaming son of righteousness unto earth and her evolutions that the dispensation be given. After considerable deliberation, the Cosmic Council and the Nameless One gave their approval of my petition, and the dispensation for a new divine plan for earth and her evolutions came into being. For cosmic law so states that when a hierarch of certain degrees and dimensions of cosmic consciousness volunteers to be the shepherd of lifewaves that are the lost sheep, the petition must be granted. Where there is no Guru, there can be no chelas; where there is no shepherd, there can be no sheep. 1

2 They said, the Guru may be given opportunity to be Guru only for a certain cycle. And if at the end of that cycle, the members of a lifewave by their recalcitrance and hardness of heart have not responded as chelas to the heart flame of the Guru, then I must withdraw. Thus I had a limited time cycle, and those who sought to continue to not live in light but to have their charkas hollowed out, those who willfully followed devils would go to the second death that not all evolutions on earth might perish. They would in the Seventh Age be sent to judgment by those keeping the flame in the enactment of the Ritual of Exorcism righteously. Thus I knelt before the great white throne of the Nameless One and he said unto me: My son, Sanat Kumara, thou shalt sit upon the great white throne before the evolutions of earth. "Thou shalt be to them the Lord God in the highest. And he placed upon me his mantle of sponsorship of the Father unto the Son which would become in me his sponsorship of a lifewave that he now made my own. It was a trust. It was the initiation of the Father in the Son. And I knelt before the Nameless One and I worshiped God, saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power; for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. And he, the Great Guru, repeated the approbation, thus completing the circle of devotion. Thus I am in the Father and the Father is in me and we are one, worlds without end. And without that oneness, there can be no petition and no dispensation. He acknowledged the light that he and he alone had placed within my heart as the flaming image of himself, and to that image he said, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. And the Council of the One Hundred and Forty and Four, forming a single solar ring around the great white throne, intoned the Word with the great beings of light, forming the inner circle round about the throne and saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. And I heard the echo of their chant of the Holy, holy, holy all the way home to the morning star, to my twin flame Venus, and to the sons and daughters of the Love Star. Many servant sons and daughters welcomed me in a grand reception. That evening, the joy of opportunity was mingled with the sorrow that the sense of separation brings. I had chosen a voluntary exile upon a dark star. And though it was destined to be Freedom's Star, all knew it would be for me a long dark night of the soul. Then all at once from the valleys and the mountains, there appeared a great gathering of my children. It was the souls of the hundred and forty and four thousand approaching our palace of light. They spiraled nearer and nearer as twelve companies singing the song of freedom, of love, and of victory. Their mighty chorusing echoed throughout elemental life, and angelic choirs hovered nigh. As Venus and I watched from the balcony, we saw the thirteenth company robed in white. It was the royal priesthood of the Order of the Melchizedek, the anointed ones who kept the flame and the law in the center of this hierarchical unit. Their spokesman stood before the balcony to address us on behalf of the great multitude. It was the soul of the one you know and love today as the Lord of the World, Gautama Buddha. And he addressed us, saying, O Ancient of Days, we have heard of the covenant which God hath made with thee this day and of thy commitment to keep the flame of life until some among earth's evolutions should be quickened and once again renew their vow to be bearers of the flame. O Ancient of Days, thou art to us our Guru, our very life, our God. We will not leave thee comfortless. We will go with thee. We will not leave thee for one moment without the ring upon ring of our chelaship. We will come to earth. We will prepare the way. We will keep the flame in thy name. 2

3 And so as the Lord God directed me, I chose from among them four hundred servant sons and daughters who would precede the hundred and forty and four thousand to prepare for their coming. For though they knew the darkness of the darkest star, in reality they did not know, as I knew, the real meaning of the sacrifice which they now were offering to make in the name of their Guru. Now hear the Word of the Lord. Thus they received the judgment of the One Hundred and Forty and Four even as their descendants would hear the denunciation of the Son of God. In the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle. The ruby cube is pure Love, fiery Love, unadulterated, unselfish Love, perpetually burning all unlike itself. Therefore the Path of the Rose Cross and the initiations of the Four Cosmic Forces in the way of the surrender of the image of the self that the Self may be All-in-all. Only the Self may stand in the center of the ruby cube. All else is self destroyed. Therefore the four beasts, full of the eyes of Elohim openings unto the Great Central Sun rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. Thus they intone the sound of I AM THAT I AM, of Elohim. Thus intoning the sound of the soundless sound, they sustain the vibration of the ruby cube in the white-fire core of a cosmos. Full of eyes before and behind, the Four Cosmic Forces sustain the vision of the Lord God Almighty as universal awareness of the Creator within the creation. The Four Cosmic Forces are perpetually stepping down the light of Solar Logoi, cosmic messengers of Alpha and Omega positioned in the flaming yods of the galaxies. Thus by their six wings, the three and three, and the three times three, they render the light, the energy of the Word, intelligible to electrons small and great in man and beast, vegetable and mineral. The Four Cosmic Forces initiate the Order of the Ruby Cross. And the first beast was like a lion. He is the ruler of the fire quadrant in Spirit and in Matter, the force of the fiery baptism. He is the King of the inner court, opening the sacred mysteries under the hierarchy of the heart. His key is to the incarnate God. When he is the Father in the Son, he manifests himself as the Lion of the tribe of Is-Real, saying, I and my Son are one. And the open door of the fiery baptism that is the restoration of the hundred and forty and four thousand to wholeness through repentance and remission of sins. Many cycles have past through the mission of Jesus Christ. The lightbearers must come forth and give an accounting unto the Lord of their words and their works since the first coming of Messiah. Now the tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh, gathered to resume their soul testings. For unto them is entrusted the flame of Christ in Western civilization. They carry the law of the I AM THAT I AM in their inward parts. They must exercise that law by the power of the spoken Word. They must come forth and be counted. Lightbearers positioned in the United States of America and Great Britain were given the key for the turning around of the downward spiral of the West to the upward spiral of the East that shall be seen in the image of the man. Now take down the calf from the cross of idolatry, sensuality, and materialism that is the perversion complete of the Trinity in the Mother. Now transmute that untransmuted substance by the all-consuming violet flame as taught by the Seventh angel, Saint Germain. Now, by a will that is wisdom and a wisdom that is action, God in action, enter the Path of the Rose Cross. 3

4 Lord Maitreya, the Lord in the Garden of Eden, was also the Guru of Jesus Christ. By the initiation of Sonship, Jesus Christ transfers the original contact with which was lost by the evolutions on Lemuria of the fourth root race through disobedience. By the personal God of the Is-realites, who had walked and talked with them in the Person of the Lord, the I AM Presence who appeared out of Horeb and Sinai and then out of the flame of the ark of the covenant. This Lord who is the Godhead, who is Elohim, is now personified in the Word incarnate within the Son begotten only of God, the Christ Self. It is the reestablishing of this contact with the Christ Self that enables souls to enter once again into the intimate relationship with the Father and the one whom the Father sends to initiate the saints, the Great Initiator, Lord Maitreya. And this is the work of the Son: to be the example, yea, the incarnation of the Christ Self that each child of God is intended to embody. For the child cannot embody the Christ Self except he see that Real Self in the Son face to face. Those who worship form in flesh and blood, in money and the things they have fabricated out of fire, air, water, and earth, imprisoning elemental life as impostors of the Great Alchemist, have no cosmic conception of the Form of God. In their idolatry they would tear down the supreme Personality of the Godhead as though he himself were an idol, all the while pursuing their cults of idolatry and saying, We have left behind the age of superstition. We are the sophisticated. We hold the intellectual keys to science and religion. We have wrested the secret formulae of the nucleus of life, and nothing is withheld from us. We are the gods of the century, the rightful leaders of souls into the new age. We have no Guru, we are God. We worship no other god save the God within. We need no master ascended or unascended, for we are the masters of life. Thus, in their pride and lust for power, fallen ones by their magnetic personality, are the impostors. Unto them the Lord hath said: The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground? To some the Guru has said, Occupy till I come. Occupy time and space thereof, its flesh and blood. Occupy till I come to see what mischief mankind have made of my Form, belittling, berailing, betraying you in my name. I will leave my Form here and there, occupied by my chelas. I will see what they will do. In vain they have murdered the Form. They did not believe Jesus Christ, the Great Guru of the Piscean Age. They crucified the Form, but he is not there. He is risen. He is accelerated into the dimensions of the higher Form of his higher Consciousness. And they have gotten neither the victory of the man-self nor of the Christ-Self but the judgment for their deed quickly done they who thought they were the possessors of the Form of God having bought it for thirty pieces of silver. Oh, how the Great Dramatist outplays himself and, in so doing, outplays the hand of the Fallen One who clenched his fist and dared God to come down to earth and strike him dead. Behold the little one who in his innocence knows God in the inanimate form because he has seen him in his Formlessness. Son of man, I send thee to the children of Is-real. Hear what I say unto thee: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee. Eat that thou findest; eat this roll, and go speak unto the house of Is-real. The roll is a scroll of the Law. Therefore, ye saints of the Ruby Ray, open thy mouth and eat the roll that is written within and without. And cause thy belly to eat it and fill thy bowels with it. And it shall be in thy mouth as honey for sweetness. When the Son of God in the man Jesus prayed to me, the Ancient of Days, as I was and as I AM the holder of the office of the Person of the Father (a term that is synonymous with the Person of God as the Great Guru). Jesus the Christ fulfilled the office of the Lamb who gives the 4

5 promise of the initiation of the indwelling Trinity. He acknowledged my commission as the Lamb which I had transferred to him in the order of the lineal descent of hierarchy. The Son of man is this One in whom the Son of God, the Light of the Shekinah shining in all its resplendent glory, is indwelling in manifestation. It is the foreordained freedom of the soul to surrender itself to the Holy Spirit by the Father in the Son and by the Son in the Father. Wearing the mantle of the Son of God, then, the Son of man is also the manifest Presence of the Fatherhood of God and of his Holy Spirit. His declaration of being to the disciples worlds without end thus remains to the present hour: I and my Father are One. This is the mantra of the true Guru-chela relationship establishing you as a connecting link in the eternal chain of Selftranscending being. By its use, the Son of man is daily integrating his solar awareness with the Son of God (Christ awareness) who is verily the Great Integrator the integrating Principle of the Threefold Flame of Life integrating the soul with the Father and the Holy Spirit, the Son of God as Christ indwelling in the son of man as the soul. Thus is the appearance of the I AM Presence unto the soul for the soul's assimilation of the teachings of the ascended masters within the seven chakras the wheels within wheels of the Law 1. The Great Goddess of Liberty stands at the gate of the City Foursquare proclaiming unto the pilgrims of light: I AM the open door of cosmic consciousness unto the sons and daughters of the Ancient of Days! And the mission begins with the appearance of the Woman, Liberty, clothed with the sun and having the crown of twelve stars. She is the Great Guru Mother to the tribes of Is-real who will know her in the flying eagle even as they will know the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit as the lion, the man, and the calf. The appearance of the archetypes of being the Four Cosmic Forces surrounding the I AM Presence must come to each son and daughter of God who begins the mission of the Rose Cross. And it will surely come by the crystal clear stream of our Mother's consciousness who gives birth to the Manchild, the Christ consciousness, within you. The Goddess of Liberty, an ascended master, initiates in the ray of wisdom and love emitting from the first and second rings of her Causal Body into living souls on the Path of the Ruby Ray. She ignites the threefold flame of the newborn, born into America. Other nations do not have this initiation that makes America the land chosen for the incarnation of Is-real. Without this initiation, no nation, of Israel, Moslem or another can claim they are the chosen people. I AM Sanat Kumara, and the lineage does not pass through those in the Middle East but through the English speaking nations who have had this initiation by the Goddess of Liberty. The name of America is spelled I AM Race. The name Israel has been perverted by the race of the Accuser of the Brethren, Israel is now spelled Is-real. The lineage of Sanat Kumara passes through the lineage of Jesus Christ and Mother Mary and Saint Joseph. It passes through the lineage of Padma Shambava without its tantra teachings. There is no other dispensation in this hour of the Seventh Age that the Great White Brotherhood has its sponsorship. Ascensions come through the lineage. The lineage of Padma Shambava must learn of the Christ teachings. Descendants of the lineage through Abraham might ascend through the Christ teachings. Those of the Protestant religion who deny Mother Mary are not a part of this lineage without Mother Mary. 6 of the South American continent to be considered of this lineage must have a Guru-chela relationship with initiations through Mother Mary. I come to reveal the way of the sacred science of the Mother whereby you, the quickened and the quickening Spirits, shall embody the four faces of Christ. These are the eyes of Mother caressing the creation and the Formless One who inhabits his own Form, caressing the Uncreated One who is in the Created Son, the Created Father, and the Created Holy Ghost. The eyes within are the eyes of Mother, delivering the energy of the ruby ray as compassionate chastening, as conceptualization, as consummation, as bliss, reunion with the ion of Being. Thus the face of the Great Goddess is veiled that her children might not wither from the penetration of the ruby ray. It is life-giving, invigorating, infilling. It is the alchemy of the heart to every living cell of a cosmos. When the Son of man Jesus prayed to me, the Ancient of Days, as I was and as I AM the holder of the office of the Person of the Father. He acknowledged my commission as the Lamb, as of the Christ and the Buddha, Lord Maitreya and Lord Gautama, and the Mother, to which I had transferred to him in the order of the lineal descent of hierarchy. Through the ascending spiral, this acknowledgment of hierarchy and his loving allegiance by the chain of God-free being, a door was opened in heaven. By that door he received the all Power/Wisdom/Love of the Lord God Almighty. Therefore I AM come, the Ancient of Days. I AM the Lamb who shall open the book of the teachings of the ascended masters given through the two witnesses of the Elohim and Archangels sealed with seven seals. Reject me not. Neither reject my coming in the person of Gautama, of Maitreya, of Jesus, positioned as the four Cosmic Forces, and the Mother, and of the word through the two witnesses and the saints who carry my torch even as the Goddess of Liberty or Mother carries the torch who shall wear my crown, even as their Mother in America wears my crown. Before the completion of the mission of the dispensation, earth became the crossroads for evolutions from far off places. Into the Aquarian age with the coming of the Seventh angel, Saint Germain, there would be the falling away of even the original 144,000 who came to earth from Venus, following after the devils of the fallen angels, chiefly Lucifer who was father to Peshua Alga in the Garden of Eden, to Satan, to many other fallen angels. The Aquarian age does not begin until there is judgment of the infiltration of the fallen angels, the laggards in the Middle East who had come to earth to be sponsored by lifestreams on earth only to bring the continual warring of gog and magag. The Suern and Atlantis persecution priests re-enacted their ways. In the fallen angels of Betar, Gomory, Leviathon, Lucifer, Samael, Satan, Semyaza, and in the takeover of planet earth by the Twelfth Planet, these would not be judged until the latter days. Earth could not continue to be crossroads for fallen angels and aliens, as these had a greater power than those already on the earth. The dispensation granted for the saving of earth was not able to override this influence on earth. At the hour dawning of the Aquarian age, there was then a judgment of millennial magnitude under Alpha and Omega that 6

7 earth would no longer be host to these foreign powers. Earth could begin anew, and the dispensation granted could become what it was intended, to bring earth's evolutions out of its darkness and to bring the teachings of Christ. 7
