Siegfried Baer - died 1914 serving in German military during WWI. Born 02 Feb Irma David née Baer Clara married Josef Stiefel. Their children: Erwin Stiefel ( ). His wife is Tea; his children Joan and Marsha. Ruth Stiefel née Stiefel ( ) Irma married Karl David (they also are second cousins). Their children: Thea Baum née David Fritz /Fred David Ruth married (1938) Sally Stiefel ( ; they were not related; he changed his name to Norman in USA). Propaganda booklet Found in Ruth and Sally s house in Kansas City while closing it. Don t know how they happened to have it as they came to USA in March env 11 5 group pictures (names are with the photos) The two left pictures are of the 25th anniversary of Irma Baer David and Karl David in the late 1940 s. Almost all (or all) who are pictured came from Germany. The middle picture was taken at the wedding of Irma and Karl s grandson in Their son Fred, daughter Thea, and several nieces and nephews are in the picture. The next picture is of a family seder. The date is late 1940 s as the three children in it were born in 1939 (Irene Stiefel), 1945 (Joan Stiefel), and 1942 (Janet Gerson).
