1 CREATING WEALTH FOR YOUR BUSINESS # 1 CREATING WEALTH FOR YOUR BUSINESS 1. The Definition of Wealth If you want to be wealthy, you must understand what wealth is. Here is the best definition of wealth you will ever find. Wealth is "Cash flow from other sources." Anything that has utility and is capable of being appropriated or exchanged. Examples: valuable possessionsmoney, property, influence, ability to work, business (wisdom). 2. Make Your Money Work For You What this means is that, you are not wealthy just because you earn a lot of money. You are only wealthy when your money works for you. To become wealthy, your main job is to acquire money and then put it to work making more money for you. 3. Add Value Continually The key to creating wealth is simple. It is called "adding value." Successful people are those who are always looking for ways to add value in some way to a person, a company, a product or a service. 4. Do It Faster Here is an example of adding value: Domino's Pizza. The founders of Domino's Pizza took a common food, offered by thousands of little restaurants and added a value to the pizza by delivering it more rapidly than anyone else. The added value of speed enabled Domino's to create a billion dollar empire and made the founder of Domino's, Tom Monahan, one of the richest men in the world. 5. Buy It Cheaper Somewhere Else Another way to add value is to buy something in one place at one price and then make it available in another place for another price. For example, buying a product or service manufactured in Europe or Asia, importing it to the United States and making it available to people to whom it was not available before, is a way of adding value for which you can charge a higher price. 6. Improve The Life or Work of Others All manufacturing and marketing is based on this principle of added value. All importation and distribution aims to add value. Performing a service that enhances the life or work of another person adds value. A dentist who takes away pain is adding value. An accountant who saves a client money on taxes is adding or actually creating value. A salesperson who introduces a new product or service to a customer that helps that customer in some way is adding value. All financial success, especially business success, is based on adding value. It is based on the old saying, "Find a need and fill it." 7. Combine and Recombine The Elements of Value All successful business is based on someone bringing together the factors of production, such as labor, capital, raw materials and management, and creating a product or service that a customer will pay a price for that is in excess of the cost of producing it. 8. How All Fortunes Are Made Adding value is the way that all fortunes are made. Whenever you see an opportunity to give people what they want at a price greater than it costs you to produce that product or service, you see an opportunity to make a profit, build a business and begin moving toward financial success. Almost any business or occupation can make you financially independent if you can find a way to add enough value. 1

2 # 2 TAKE DOMINION 1. God provided for our needs during creation week. In Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Three times the plural is used to identify the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is not only providing for man s needs, but is giving him the wealth of the world. The word dominion means: control which stresses the power to direct and restrain; authority given the authority by the creator to be in charge of all the earth; jurisdiction given the power through legal authority and the right to rule and govern; and power implies possession of ability to wield force, permissive authority, or substantial influence. Thus in Genesis 1:26-27 we have an account of the creation of man, and in Genesis 2:7, the particular. God sets up His created man, Adam, in business. His job was to till and manage a garden. Adam was given instructions from God and given total management responsibilities and dominion over the garden to create wealth. Every business has guidelines, rules, objectives and goals. Even Adam had to follow company rules Genesis 2:17. By breaking the rules Adam lost his business and the opportunity to create wealth in the garden. ** After six thousand years has man learned anything about business and how to create wealth? Failure to follow God s business ethics has created national debt, government bailouts and a complete disregard for God s business standards and principles. God told His people to take dominion. Why have the people of God surrendered our right to the ungodly? As we look at the world today, the ungodly dictate government policy which is a complete abandonment from God s intentions. Here is a 2000 year old story about turning a business over to the ungodly. 2. Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. # 3 KNOWING GOD S SPIRITUAL LAWS Ezekiel 1:20-21 Just as there are natural laws, governing the natural realm, so there are Spiritual Laws or 'Precepts' as they are called in the Old Testament, governing the universe. In this study Dr. Gammons wants to illustrate this by referring to the five main Spiritual Laws he has identified throughout God's Word. In the supernatural world, there are interconnecting 'wheels' that work together. When you understand them, you can utilize these Spiritual Laws to obtain whatever you need. Precept 1 The Law of Sowing and Reaping "WHATSOEVER a man sows, that also shall he reap" Galatians 6:7. When you understand this truth you can sow for whatsoever you want. Why do I say 'whatsoever'? Because that is what the Bible says. Sadly, most believers are ignorant of this, therefore they sow the wrong seeds and as a result reap a bad harvest. Your words, deeds and finances are seeds' sow for your determined harvest. Like 'wheels' this law works irrespective of your knowledge of it, or belief in it. God's angels and Satan s (demons) are eager to ensure you receive the appropriate harvest, depending on what you are sowing. 3 In our community farmers rely on the research conducted on crops by the local university. Farmers track crop prices and determine what and when to plant. They evaluate the cost to produce a crop which includes fuel, fertilizer, seed, equipment, taxes, land leases, crop insurance and labor. Rainfall, disease resistance and overall sturdiness of the crop are taken into consideration. Brokers maybe used to contract and establish a given price per bushel, but most often grain is stored and sold when prices increase. A man sowed good seed in his field; but while he slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the house-holder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? From where, then, hath it tares? He said unto them, an enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou, then, that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest; and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn. This story was recorded in the first century AD illustrating the kingdom of heaven is likened unto the farmer that sowed good seed. What ever we sow we will reap. (The Parable of the Sower bearing fruit 30, 60 and 100 fold) Example 1: Farmers in our area plant 1 to 1.5 bushels of wheat seed per acre which will yield 50 to 60 bushels. A single seed can produce 1 to 4 stalks of wheat. The head of a single stalk of wheat contains 30 to 65 kernels of grain. Each kernel is composed of 3 parts the endosperm which is the starchy interior 83%; the protective coating is the bran 14.5%; and the embryo 2.5% is the portion which will germinate the new plant. All three components are needed to produce a new sprout. * A bushel of wheat will weigh 60 pounds. Under ideal conditions 1 bushel of seed could produce 70 to 80 bushels of wheat for an increase of 7000 to 8000%. Currently the cost of wheat is $5.00 per bushel, but could go higher. This type of return is incredible, but there are production expenses for fertilizer, herbicides, fungicides, tilling and planting, hauling, etc. Many land owners will share the expense to produce a crop and get ¼ to 1/3 of the profits, but most land owners do not want to share in the risk and will take a flat fee for the land. Land owners in our area are native Texans, but some are from other states and nations. Some of the land owners are from Pakistan, China, Egypt, Mexico and others. Thus if the cost to produce an acre of wheat is $150 and sold for $250 to $300, we have 75% to 100% return on our investment. Just as there are physical laws of sowing and reaping, there are also spiritual laws Whatsoever a man sows, that also shall he reap Galatians 6:7. If we sow kindness we reap kindness, if we sow anger and hatred we will receive anger and hatred. Example 2 - Cotton Production: A 50# bag of cotton seed will cost $150. Farmers apply 10 to 11 # s of seed per acre. Thus one 50# sack of seed will cover acres. Each acre planted will average 1 (500#) bale. Each cotton stalk will average 15 bowls and each bowl has 4 locks and contains 16 seeds. If we multiply 16 seeds x 15 bowls we get 240 seeds per plant. Farmers estimate that there are 4300 seeds per pound. The farmer surveyed has the land owners share in at ¼ the cost and receive ¼ the profits. The cotton gin charges $55 to pick up the cotton and process it. The cost to produce a bale of cotton is roughly $100 + the land owners fee. If cotton sells for $0.55/#, a bale of cotton will bring $275. The land owners get $68.75 less expenses and the farmer gets $ Under normal conditions the farmer surveyed will make 96.25% return on his investment. This is based on a 60+ hour work week. 3

4 There are four other spiritual laws: The Law of Agreement, The Law of Creative Speaking, The Law of Justice, and The Law of Faith. All 5 Laws will help determine your spiritual harvest. Ezekiel 1:22-23 Precept 2. The Law of Agreement "...that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them". (Matt. 18:19). The Bible says that one will chase a thousand but two will chase ten thousand. Finding another to agree does not make you twice as effective, but ten times as effective! That is why we pray for our friends Covenant so seriously. They know they always have someone who will 'agree' with them in faith. That is why the devil tries to get strife between a couple, to hinder the effectiveness of their prayers. Whilst most believers are ignorant of these Spiritual Laws, he is not! For this reason it is so important we say what God says, instead of agreeing with the devil's assessment of our situation. Who you agree with, determines what you get. The devil is not powerful: his only ability is to get you to use these Spiritual Laws against yourself. Ezekiel 1:2,1-25; Mark 11 "Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went..."(1:20). Precept 3. The Law of Creative Speaking Jesus said you will have 'whatsoever' you say. Notice once again the unlimited potential of this statement. That means you should only 'say' what you want, for words are creative and what you say is what you get! That is why so many abort their prayers by negative speaking. They get what they say and then complain, "God didn't answer my prayers". You need to understand God will not work outside of the Spiritual Laws He has established. The enemy knows this and constantly uses it to his advantage. Let s look at two further great Spiritual Laws: The Law of Justice and The Law of Faith. What I am sharing with you are the most precious truths I know. I want you to experience total victory, total time. With command of these Spiritual Laws no blessing is beyond your reach. NOW IS YOUR TIME! It's your time to turn the tables on the devil and to use these same Spiritual Laws he has used against you in the past, to bring into your life, blessing, health and abundance. Ezekiel 1:26-27 "The spirit of the living creature was in the wheels". (1:20). God permitted Ezekiel to see into the spirit realm to understand the Spiritual Laws (or `precepts') by which God governs the universe. We have seen that just as there are natural laws, governing the natural realm, so there are five primary Spiritual Laws governing the universe. In the supernatural world, These are like interconnecting 'wheels' that work together, Tragically, most believers are ignorant of how these things work, viewing God as unpredictable. As a result the enemy cunningly uses these Laws against them. Thank God that a new day is dawning for us and our eyes are being opened. for when we understand these things, we can utilize them to obtain whatever we need. Let us look at the next Universal Spiritual Law: Precept 4. The Law of Justice This declares that God is just... always. Peter was preaching one time in a large church in London and made the statement, "God is just, He is even just with the devil". The pastor of 4

5 the church admitted that when it was said, he nearly fell off his chair, yet the more he thought about it, the more he realized it was true. This is why when you get on devil territory (doubt, fear, unbelief, sin, disobedience, negative speaking, resentment etc.) the devil has 'a right' to rob you and God has no right to stop him. Can you see now why it is so important to keep our attitudes right, and make sure we are in no way giving the enemy a foothold in our lives? Ezekiel 1:28; 2Pet.2:26 Precept 5. The Law of Faith The Apostle Paul wrote, for the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death". (Rom.8:2). He also wrote of the Law of Sin (Romans 5:13, 7:7,25), Law of God (Romans 6:22) and the Law of Faith. The reason people plead "Lord heal me", is because they have failed to understand God's Spiritual Laws and that healing is already theirs, purchased for them at Calvary. Healing is yours. It was deposited in your heavenly 'Bank Account' almost two thousand years ago, when Christ died. Now you must 'make a withdrawal' by faith. Faith is the 'lasso' which brings what we desire into our life. You must receive by faith and hold on, maintaining your confession until it manifests. It is your faith which can bring miracles out of the Spiritual, unseen realm, into the physical visible realm. These studies are the most powerful and precious truths 1 know. In the past the enemy has used your failure to understand them to defeat you many times. Now it is time to fight back! With these powerful principles nothing is beyond your reach! Know that I care for you and want you to receive all that is yours. This is why Mr. Gammons has dedicated his life to understanding and sharing the Laws of the Spirit with you. I know, when you truly understand these Spiritual Laws, NOTHING will be beyond your reach. By faith you can lay hold on whatever you desire. Once the intensity of agreement occurs it occurs everywhere. This is also called critical mass of agreement. Many have prophesied a transfer of wealth to God s people. There will be a release of influence to change nations. Illustration: Force Multiplication shock and awe. When the military sends in the missiles, laser guided bombs, the Air Force, Navy on a target it demoralizes the enemy and makes it easy for the ground troops to take possession. When believers get into agreement about their assignment favor is given from God to you, that releases the influence in you so that other people will like you and trust you in your assignment. 5
